Targeting E would be the Police just randomly picked a Black person based on color and shot them for an unknown reason. In this case and nearly all others the police were called because of the alleged victims actions. Please find me a targeting incident where this innocent person you claim was murdered was not involved in a crime or resisted arrest. What your advocating for is that any civilian black or white as the Right to engage in physical confrontation with police and the police are just suppose to allow it. Guess what there are people who are allowed to use deadly force and there called the Police. Again a normal person Black or White if you Assault or flee the police you place yourself in danger.
