Everyone knows that State Senator Jamie Eldridge is sexist. It’s why he supports boys who dominate girls high school sports. But he’s also pretty racist, and tries to mask it by championing himself as an advocate for racial equality on Twitter. Last night there were was a forum about racism on WCVB which turned into one big “police are wicked racist” clusterfuck. We all know that Jamie Eldridge does not support the police. After all, he voted against funding for bullet proof vests for police officers on the day of Ron Tarentino’s wake. Senator Eldridge, who lives in the ultra-wealthy, almost exclusively white suburb of Acton, was sitting in his homogenous community pretending to care about the plight of black people:
Hey Senator, could you please name one black person in Boston who has been illegally killed by a police officer? Because that’s literally all this guy does. He retweets ignorance. He shits on the police and makes up lies about them because he thinks it will impress black people who don’t follow him on Twitter.
But yet Jamie Eldridge voluntarily lives in Acton. He could live wherever he wants, and he purposely chose to live as far away from black people as possible. Here’s a map of homes in Acton that cost between $150K-400K:

For those of you not familiar with the Metrowest and Route 2 corridor, this is pretty much the whitest district you could possibly draw in Massachusetts. Sudbury, Westborough, Northborough, Marlborough, Hudson, Stow, Littleton, Boxborough, Harvard, Southborough – these are some of the wealthiest and whitest towns in the entire state. None of them have black populations over 4%. Most are under 1%. Shirley and Ayer are 5-6%. Not one of those towns has a Latino population over 5%. Most are under 1%. But please Jamie Eldridge, tell me more about the “significant populations of Latinos” in your district.

Ladies and gentlemen, this man stands with Mosaic Cultural Complex. This is an organization that we proved was falsifying time sheets. They took state grants that were supposed to improve healthcare for black men, and they paid it to their “employees” who we proved never showed up for work. This organization hurt black people by taking money away from them, which is why the NAACP opposed it. So yea, if you support Mosaic, then it means you don’t want black people to get health services. That’s Jamie Eldridge – Beacon Hill’s resident racist from Acton. It’ cool though because he does ribbon cuttings at bubblers:
But more importantly, Mosaic employed some pretty awful human beings like Robert Alston. When we “attacked” Mosaic (which is now being investigated attacked by a liberal Attorney General) we did so because Robert Alston (the son of Mosaic CEO Brenda Jenkins) basically announced to the world that Mosaic was a huge scam that used “dumb n words” to play off “white guilt” in order to get that “unlimited source of income”:
Jamie Eldridge supports this because he thinks that by supporting ANY black person, it will make him a civil rights advocate. This is how out of touch wealthy white progressives from the burbs are. They are the worst people on earth.
But when you live in Worcester you understand that there are good and bad people of all colors, and supporting someone simply because of the color of their skin is just plain stupid. Turtleboy is a proud graduate of Worcester’s diverse public schools. It made me a better and more well-rounded person and I wouldn’t change it for the world. By interacting with people on a daily basis who look differently than you, it gives you perspective that people like Jamie Eldridge could never understand.

I honestly feel bad for this guy. We call out a lot of politicians on Twitter but most of them ignore us because they know we will humiliate them in a public forum. Because when everything you stand for is so baseless and dumb, it’s best to stay far away from Turtleboy. Not Jamie though. He just can’t help himself. And he’s also not very smart. When someone on Twitter called him out for calling Acton a “diverse” town, his response was priceless:

Thanks for the advice, but I like to read all different kinds of sources every day. I have noticed that’s a tb trend however: “You don’t have to read this blog. Move on.” I read this blog all the time. I want to know what other people feel and think about things. Not so I can get offended, but so I can try to see another person’s point of view to understand where they are coming from. I can’t close my eyes or deny that hate and anger exists, because I read it on here all the time. It helps me to renew my determination to show others compassion and empathy whenever possible, to not make ad hominem attacks or bully people.
