They are trying to block the meds. The first week the delivery driver for our meds was turned away multiple times and it was delayed almost every day that first week. I purchase them and can confirm with email complaints to my supplier who assured us their deliveries would cross the strike line beforehand. Its straightened out now. I’ve witnessed nurses standing in front of delivery trucks and telling them “ho home you’re crossing a picket line” as if that’s a legit reason to not do their job and wait to get in. They are obnoxious. Most of them don’t even work here it seems like. They are using our hospital to further their agenda that the whole state voted down a few years ago about patient nurse ratios. We get daily updates. You are missing some of the intel I think you would like.

You would have to be in one to understand. Unions today are nothing like the 60’s-70’s. Unions were formed to preserve jobs and to protect workers and to maintain /keep said jobs inside the USA. Ever since NAFTA was passed, the American worker was in jeopardy. Mexico, China, Canada and the like took over many of the manufacturing post war jobs which were prosperous but according to the “boomers” costs were out of touch. Today’s world is corporations making a quick buck off of widgets while blaming the blue collar worker for trying to keep up with the cost of living. Trump had a good thing going with bringing mfg back to America. I could go on forever but this should make one understand that it isn’t going to get any better because of our pilfering geriatric politicians that run this country.
