This is Stephanie Ebbert from the Boston Globe:

She’s an activist from Winchester who pretends to be a journalist and uses her position at the Globe to push the narrative that wealthy suburban white women are the saviors we’ve all been waiting for. And ever since Bob Kraft got arrested for getting a handy in Florida she’s been on the warpath looking for places where men go to get away from overbearing wives like her.

According to her bio in the Globe she used to be a regular reporter who wrote down facts and stuff like that. But then when the anti-christ was elected in 2016 she decided it was her job as a reporter to be completely biased instead.

Stephanie Ebbert has been a Boston Globe reporter since 1997, covering local news and state politics and documenting some of the most closely watched campaigns in the country, including those of US Senators Elizabeth Warren and Scott Brown. In the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election, she shifted her focus to gender issues, documenting women’s political engagement and tracking their status in society, in politics, and in the workplace.

She also resists the Trump administration through the power soy and yoga.

And despite choosing to live in one of the wealthiest towns in Massachusetts, which has almost no people of color, she cares about the plight of minorities because she subscribes to a Facebook page.

On Sunday she wrote one of the most hilarious stories I’ve ever read, lionizing a bunch of fellow rich white women from Wayland for going full Nancy Drew meets Joseph McCarthy on some local Asian businesses in their town.

Yes, that’s right. A group of women with entirely too much free time on their hands, who just found out that sex trafficking is a thing that exists, have made it their mission to save victims of sex trafficking by the power of their dog walking club. The haircut says it all:

We all know that “I’d like to speak with the manager” is a regular part of their vocabulary, so harassing some local businesses is right up their alley. I’m not going to rehash the whole article because it’s long and ridiculous, but let’s check out some of my favorite parts. Keep in mind, she gave these women anonymity because the work they’re doing is so dangerous that they can’t have their names out there. I shit you not…

End sex trafficking in Massachusetts. Why didn’t anyone think of that before?

Their leader’s name is “Pat,” (sorry Pat FF), and she, like many others, had previous experience in “grass roots organizing.”

Which means they knitted their own pink pussy hats and whined about how oppressed they are living in Wayland.

This sums up what happened:

So they drove two businesses out of town without any evidence of wrongdoing, no one was saved from exploitation, no one was arrested, and they have no idea if their out of control suspicions were legitimate. Luckily they were just getting started.

Of course they were so proud of their work they reached out to the Globe to report on it:

Think about how full of yourself you have to be to do something like that. You’re so obsessed with your own white savior complex that you call up the person at the Globe who best represents your demographic (Stephanie Ebbert) and you invite her over to your house so she can watch you all plot to save the world, one Becky at a time. This is narcissism.

So they find Asian massage parlors in town and go inside and harass people for being Asian and female:

Evidence!! Gotcha!!

Newsflash – Asian people are just like regular people. They don’t like to be harassed by random Becky’s while they’re at work.

All they need now is a name for their group.

Operation Rescue. How original. Again, think of how self-satisfied you have to be to believe that you are in a position to be rescuing people from sex trafficking. Also, that name is taken, and I don’t think they’re going to like it when they find out by who:

Pat also was none too pleased with the job being done by local law enforcement in regard to their pressing matter.

Why aren’t they being more urgent!!! Didn’t the cops hear them say the magic words – “sex trafficking!!” As long as white women are talking about sex trafficking we can throw out due process, evidence, and facts.

So what was their next move?

Ninenty-nine point nine percent chance all of their husbands regularly seek out discount handies from massage parlors. Wouldn’t you? Imagine working your ass off so you can afford to live in one of the wealthiest communities in the state and you have to come home to this every night? At least there’s homemade cookies though.

They did admit this though….

Nevertheless they persisted. One of them saw a bag in one of the spas when they were doing reconnaissance missions, which obviously meant there were sex slaves living there. But the lazy police disagreed….

Crime? It’s called international sex trafficking. Google it.

Eventually the spa owners had enough of the harassment and they left Wayland.

But chasing out two immigrant owned businesses from their town wasn’t enough satisfaction for the dog walkers. They read in one of their Mommy groups that you have to get your pitchforks out and chase them into whatever town they attempt to do business in next.

They read about it on the Internet!

A responsible reporter would point out that these women are clearly just a bunch of overbearing racists who think they’re progressive but actively are promoting white supremacy in Wayland. How else would you describe rich white women taking pride in harassing and driving out business owners who they targeted because of their racial identity?

But Stephanie Ebbert works for the Globe and therefore she’s not a real reporter. This is how she left it:

The evidence is in front of them and all they have to do is organize.

Except there is no evidence, and they have no idea how to organize it.

So in conclusion the Globe just treated these terrible people who bullied Asian people out of their town like white heroines saving the world from sex trafficking. But instead of admitting that her story sucked Stephanie Ebbert did what reports always do – take the worst message they got and pretend that it’s representative of group think.

Even worse, her story inspired more white women to harass Asian owned businesses in their Metrowest communities.

“These women are heroes.” And this is your next hero:

She’ll be at Starbucks drinking a $6 latte while virtue signaling on her MacBook if you’d like to help her save the world and have a husband who pays all your bills. Then again, witch hunts are right up her alley, although she usually goes after white dudes like Brett Kavanaugh, who are also rapists despite having no evidence against them.

Her activism knows no bounds:

“Drink wine.”

Nuff said.
