Shelley Berman keeps doing Shelley Berman things over in Andover...
Superintendent of Schools Sheldon Berman issued an apology late Saturday afternoon saying he mistakenly released a draft of a confidential personnel memo detailing allegations and disciplinary action against boys volleyball coach E.J. Perry. Berman said he accidentally sent the confidential memo to an Eagle-Tribune reporter Friday night when he was contacted for comment about Perry’s return to the team.
“In response, I attempted to send him a digital copy of the letter that had been sent home to parents of the student athletes. However, I accidentally attached the wrong file and sent the reporter an unsigned draft of a confidential personnel memo. I did not learn of my mistake until an article appeared online overnight with a link to the memo. At that time, I attempted to reach the Eagle-Tribune but was unsuccessful,” Berman said in the statement released just after 4 p.m. Saturday through a public relations agency.
Oops!!! Was I not supposed to release the confidential memo showing confidential personnel information to the newspaper? I wish someone told me!! I’m only making $228,000 a year, so please give me a mulligan on this one!
If you’re not familiar with this story than read our first blog on it. Basically EJ Perry is a legendary coach at Andover, and a hardo coach extraordinaire. He once went 112-0 in volleyball while coaching in New Hampshire, and has had enormous success coaching the AHS football and girls’ basketball teams. He was suspended a week or so ago because two of the captains on his team refused to come out of a game so the coach got mad at them:
Just reading that post gets me all fired up. It’s bad enough that this little shithead wrote something like that. But then his little bitch ass went and used it to get his GREAT coach, who he has no appreciation for because he SUCKS, suspended from the team.
Alex Shih and Matt Guthrie are two of the top students in the senior class. But because they’re basically nerds who can’t make real sport teams (like baseball, lacrosse, and track) they play volleyball.
And since they have no idea how real sports works, in that sucky kids who make sucky plays come out of game, they’re now blaming this legendary coach because he did his job and took out a kid who just fucked up royally in a critical situation.
Naturally gutless ginger AD Bill Martin and useless principal Phil Conrad caved to them and suspended the coach, because that’s what their puppetmaster Shelley Berman wanted.
But after we blogged about it and publicly humiliated them once again they caved and EJ Perry got his job back. But it comes with some caveats….
The memo said Perry used profanity during games and practices, engaged in racial and ethnic stereotyping of Asian-Americans, made references to locker room violence as a remedy for mistakes on the court and made other demeaning comments about Andover High student athletes.
Wait….what?? They made up racism? I guarantee you this never happened. They just need an excuse to justify his suspension for “decaptainizing” the two nerds who wouldn’t do as they were told.
Look, Asian and Eastern European people from communist bloc countries are all we have left. Every other race and ethnicity in this country has turned into a bunch of self victimizing losers who think it’s cool to pretend to be oppressed. Not Asians though. They never get down, and they never make excuses. You can put them in internment camps, ban them from coming to the country, and make them build our railroads. They’re still gonna open up wildly successful corner stores, make more money on average than any other race of people, and excel in academics in ways that wypipo can never dream of.
Once this country loses Asian people to the dark side (self victimizing SJW whiny land) we are officially fucked. All we’ll have left after that are Albanians and Poles. Luckily living through communism makes these great people appreciate sweet, American freedom.
But in order to take the job back EJ Perry has to basically emasculate himself:
The letter also issued a number of conditions Perry must adhere to as part of his reinstatement as team coach under a “Last Chance Agreement.”
As part of the agreement, Perry is required to :
- Apologize to the team for the use of racially insensitive language, swearing at and in front of students, and outbursts and other comments that have created an atmosphere of fear among members of the team.
- Engage the School Department’s Employee Assistance Program to develop strategies to control outbursts that can have a detrimental effect on students, the coach himself and the “positive competitive athletic environment we are working to create for our athletes, coaches, officials, opponents, administrators, and the game itself.”
- Engage with Athletic Director William Martin to develop coaching strategies to use the power of positive reinforcement to pursue winning but more importantly to teach life lessons that can be so powerfully learned through sports.
- Complete online training in recognizing and avoiding racially inappropriate comments and actions.
The coach can’t swear in front of kids? A “positive athletic environment?” Positive reinforcement? Online training? What the fuck is wrong with these kids? My football coach asked if I was a pussy or a cunt my first day of freshman year. He wasn’t being rhetorical either. He literally waited for me to answer the question. I chose cunt. And guess what? I survived. And coach was a good dude who just wanted the best of me. Because the locker room and the field of play have different rules than inside of school. It’s where boys become men, your classmates t-bag you when you least expect it, and consequently you go out and do great things on the field of battle. Everyone knows that.
Just read this and try not to puke:
“I am however disappointed that we are again discussing your behavior towards other members of the school community,” Conrad wrote. “It is important that all of our interactions with one another be positive and growth oriented.”
All interactions have to be positive? Has this guy ever played a sport before? When shitstain McGoo misses an easy return a good coach would not be positive about that. A good coach would yell at him and let him know how badly his failure cost the team. It makes the kids nervous and when kids are nervous they perform better. Kids that are laid back, having a good time, and know that their coaches will never be mean to them have no incentive not to fuck up.
I like EJ Perry, and I think he’s doing the honorable thing by being the bigger man here, but I couldn’t do it. I couldn’t be Shelley Berman and Bill Martin’s bitch like this. I’d sue their faces off for releasing that confidential memo, which was likely done on purpose to smear the coach as a racist. If it wasn’t on purpose then he’s incompetent and when you combine that with all the rest of the shit he’s pulled in town, it’s grounds for firing.
He’s got a union lawyer so he could sue them free of cost. Yet he’s agreed not to. Because he doesn’t want to drag the kids through this. The kids who openly revolted against him and refused to sub themselves out of a game.
Luckily the rest of the kids at Andover have staged a little mini-revolt on behalf of their coaches who seem to constantly be under attack:
That’s a rock on school grounds. It was immediately painted over as soon as Principal Feelz saw it, but the message was still sent. Good for you kids. Stand up for your coaches. Your principal, AD, and superintendent are all huge jokes. And the rest of society is laughing at them and backs you up.
