Deval Patrick is no longer the governor of Massachusetts, but his reign of terror looks like it’s gonna haunt us for the next 30 years because of some of the judges he appointed. Meet Shannon Frison:
She was appointed to the bench in 2012 by Cadillac Deval. Today she had the opportunity to sentence a woman beating, cop slashing scumbag named Patxie Delorbe to 10-12 years in prison. Here’s what he did:
Worcester Police Officer David Rojas believes that if he and Officer Mariah Kaplan did not interfere with Patxie Delorbe on a July morning last summer, he may have killed the ex-girlfriend he was trying to see. Delorbe had brought a steak knife with him, and after pushing Kaplan, pressed the knife up against Rojas’ face, creating a slash mark. “I firmly believe he intended to kill her,” Rojas said about Delorbe’s motive for trying to see his ex-girlfriend that morning.
Delorbe, 31, of Byron Street, pleaded guilty in Worcester Superior Court on Monday to charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon; assault to murder; assault with a dangerous weapon; carrying a dangerous weapon; resisting arrest; two counts of assault and battery on a police officer; and two counts of violate abuse prevention order.

Wasn’t his first incident of domestic violence either, which is why his ex-gf had a restraining order out on him:
At the time of the incident, Delorbe had an open domestic assault charge against him for pulling a knife on the same ex-girlfriend on June 28. He was released on $500 cash bail in that incident.
Nice guy. Tries stabbing his ex. She gets a restraining order. He threatens to kill her again. Shows up at her apartment, sees the cops there, stabs a cop in the face, and assaults his ex. These are the kind of people we should be giving second and third and fourth chances to. At least that’s what Justice Shannon Frison believes:
Judge Shannon Frison sentenced him to 2-and-a-half years in jail followed by one year of probation. He will receive credit for 280 days of time served and will have to complete a certified batterer intervention program.
Two and a half years for stabbing a cop in the face, and trying to kill his ex-girlfriend. Oh yea, and he’s already done almost a whole year, so he’ll be out for Christmas 2018. And that sentence also ensures he’ll stay nice and local at the Worcester House of Corrections instead of playing with the big boys up in Shirley. Too bad, Aaron Hernandez could’ve gone to town on this meat puppet.
Oh, and did I mention he can’t speak a lick of English so we’re paying for not only his lawyer, but his interpreter as well. Because……Massachusetts.
It’s not Shannon Frison’s first time letting a shitbag off the hook. Last year a prisoner in Shirley who killed his cellmate plead guilty to first degree murder. She was like…….nah…..
A Brockton man’s offer to plead guilty to first-degree murder in the beating death of a fellow inmate two years ago at the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center was rejected by a judge Tuesday in Worcester Superior Court. In refusing to accept Michael Freeman’s guilty plea, Judge Shannon Frison said she was not satisfied there was an adequate legal basis for the plea, which would have subjected Mr. Freeman to a statutory term of life imprisonment without parole.
This is how bad judges are here. People with lawyers actually plead guilty to crimes and judges STILL want to make sure they don’t have to pay the price for it. This guy didn’t want a second chance and he fully admitted that he took a 72 year old prisoner with a cane, dragged him into a cell, and beat him with his fists and strangled him for 30 minutes until he was dead. But Judge Frison came to his defense nonetheless.
Oh, and she also tweets a lot of SJW stuff too. Like how she’s opposed to minimum mandatory sentencing laws:
The only reason to be opposed to minimum mandatory sentencing laws is for judges to have the discretion to let criminals go free as soon as possible. The purpose of minimum mandatory laws is to stop judges like her from giving insanely lenient sentences.

It would be an interesting social experiment to ask left leaning people what punishment this perpetrator should receive. Then change his name to something racially ambiguous (Michael Smith, for example) and ask the same question.
Guaranteed Mike Smith would deserve a much heftier sentence, while the black man who may be an immigrant gets a slap on the wrist. But TBS and the turtle riders are racist, right?
Agree with you Stu. That would be an excellent experiment. But, I’d make the names Sean O’Brien, or Paulie Santinello instead of Smith just to make it obvious, which would guarantee their bias to show.
I will vote Republican the rest of my life. Can’t have Democrats run anything. They are dangerous to law abiding society. Two doctors dead and now this in just a week.
This makes me wonder how the cop(s) feel?
They do a thankless job, take both verbal and physical abuse and by the time the trial rolls around these criminals get treated like toddlers who were naughty instead of like the criminals they are. So, this guy will be out by Christmas 2018, is it likely he’ll turn into a model citizen, get a job, contribute to society? More likely he’ll meet another woman, abuse her and once again encounter some unfortunate cop, maybe next time the cop will end up dead. Is that what it takes for someone to get an actual penal sentence?
It’s time we held weak judges to higher standards. A felon cut loose by one of these pitiful judges who then re-commits the same crime or a similar crime should have to be in the cell next to the judge who failed the pubic by not imposing the correct sentence. It also might be time to do away with appointed judges who act far to lenient, or at least impose term limits on them.

So 3 attempted murders gets you a 2-1/2 year sentence, which lets face it, he probably will not do the whole sentence.

I’m thinking if you pull a knife on someone, then do it again only to slash the officer that responds to the scene, chances are, he will do it again. When he does, the judge should be held just as accountable.
