This headline right here it the Globiest thing I’ve ever seen:

Minority owned businesses are struggling in the Seaport District? Only the Boston Globe could turn failing businesses into a race issue. This is what both the Globe and the Red Sox have become under the ownership of John Henry – a woke, agenda driven organization that pretends to care about black people.

Of course this has his trophy wife Linda Pizzuti’s handwriting all over it. Before we go any further let’s just establish something – Linda Pizzuti is basically a high priced prostitute. She’s gorgeous and could have any guy she wanted. Naturally she chose a withered elderly man who she cannot possibly be physically attracted, because he has the only two things that matter to her – money and power.

And in exchange for giving him orgasms until the day he dies, she will inherit everything he owns. Until then he basically handed the Globe to her, and she’s in charge of it now. And this is what they do:

  • Harass WEEI’s advertisers into ending business relationships with them
  • Protect dozens of men who have been guilty of sexual harassment inside of and outside of the workplace
  • Write an article about one of their former employees being guilty of sexual harassment, but not name who he is
  • Ironically write an article about ESPN commentators who are allegedly guilty of sexual harassment (naming names) only to find out that no such sexual harassment actually occurred
  • Publish satirical Sunday papers about doomsday scenarios that would occur if Trump was ever elected President

  • Hire columnists like Gish Jen who opine that we all “failed the Tsarnaevs”

  • Employ Kevin Cullen as a columnist, despite being a professional liar who makes up stories about being present at the marathon bombing

Here’s some clips from their latest work of race baiting bullshit form race-baiting hack journalist Meghan Irons:

La Casa De Pedro, a Venezuelan restaurant on the first floor of a luxury residential building on Congress Street, has amassed $3 million in debt over its first 18 months in business, and now the owners are fighting with their landlord to keep their space. According to the owners, Pedro Alarcón and Luis Maggioli, residents in the building complained that the Saturday night hip-hop events and Sunday brunches were attracting “the wrong type of people.”

A business in the most expensive rent district in Boston is $3 million in debt. Must be racism that’s causing their problems. Not the fact that they opened a restaurant that serves Venezuelan food, something nobody is familiar with unless you lives in Venezuela.

The restaurant’s problems are indicative of the harsh realities for businesses in the Seaport, where people of color occupy a tiny fraction of the booming restaurant, retail, and housing market. For minority-owned businesses, the economic hurdles are especially high, and there is little room for financial error — let alone millions of dollars worth.

Oh yea, “minority owned businesses” are the only businesses that have economic hurdles in the highest rent district in Boston. White owned businesses have magical powers to pay their rents on time and not fall millions of dollars in debt.

The uncertainty was real for Larry Jimerson, owner of Larry J’s BBQ kiosk, who said he has been pleading with his landlord, the Massachusetts Port Authority, for years to help him expand his D Street takeout and catering business, and has spent the last 12 months worrying whether they would extend his lease.

“If I’m the lonely minority-owned business down here, then why are you trying to uproot stability in the Seaport, when, I’m sorry, it’s an all-white neighborhood?” he said.

Sure Larry, the reason your business is failing is because you are a minority owned business in an “all white” neighborhood. It has nothing to do with the fact that you opened up an overpriced restaurant that serves ribs, chicken wings, and sweet potato fries in an area where rich people go to eat Seafood, steak, and Italian food.

Don’t me wrong Larry, the food looks fantastic.

But the wine and cheese crowd isn’t looking to eat a pulled pork sandwich on their lunch break.

And of course it’s Massport’s job to “help him expand his D Street takeout and catering business.” Because that’s the role of the government – to make sure failing business ventures stay afloat in the most expensive part of Boston.

It’s not just black owned businesses that are unfairly failing…..

Nearby, Alarcón and Maggioli are trying to hold on to their Seaport business. Alarcón said he invested $1.2 million of his own money and secured a lease with Waterside Development Group LLC. He hired a builder to construct a 10,000-square-foot restaurant space on the ground floor of 505 Congress St., which houses 236 “luxury apartments with alluring amenities,’’ according to its website. But the construction took longer than planned, delaying the grand opening by six months. When the restaurant finally welcomed patrons in November 2016, La Casa De Pedro was behind and heading into a slow season — winter. Alarcón said the restaurant needs $120,000 weekly to be profitable, but it was making $55,000. Rent is $64,000 a month. La Casa De Pedro never fully got off the ground, the owners said. Alarcón said his other restaurant in Watertown had steady sales last winter compared to his Seaport venue.

Translation – he made a series of poor business decisions and he’s not selling nearly enough Venezuelan food to pay the insane rent prices for the restaurant. But shockingly his business in Watertown, where rent is much, much cheaper, is doing just fine. The only logical conclusion I can reach is once again, racism. Because who wouldn’t wanna eat whatever this shit is?

So because people weren’t buying enough food for him to pay the bills he decided to turn the residential area into a night club:

The landlord was receiving “recurring complaints of disorderly conduct at the premises, which have taken a toll on our residential tenants’ peaceful enjoyment of their homes.” Waterside Place attempted to work with La Casa de Pedro regarding the disturbances and the back rent in an attempt to allow the restaurant to continue to operate. But the rent being unpaid for nine months and “continuous complaints of disturbances left Waterside Place with no choice but to terminate the tenancy.”

To generate revenue, the owners said, they began hosting private events, including their popular “Brunch so Hard” that brought in $25,000 to $29,000 weekly, they said. Their Saturday night hip-hop event generated $6,000 weekly atop dinner sales, they said.

“The only thing keeping the business going are the private events,’’ Maggioli said. “That was the way to get through the winter because there was no foot traffic.”

Both men ended the brunch and hip-hop nights in March. Then things took a turn April 13, after about 100 patrons who attended a birthday party at the restaurant spilled onto the sidewalk around 2 a.m. Police reported seeing a large, boisterous, and unruly crowd that included some people running up and down the sidewalks yelling, according State Police spokesman David Procopio.

But fearing the landlord would speed up the eviction, he filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on April 15. He also cited a Feb. 14 e-mail from the landlord that said, in part: “Your promotion of the venue as a nightclub is clearly attracting a clientele that is not appropriate for our luxury apartment building and not something we ever approved.”

So let me get this straight. You opened up a restaurant in a residential area. The business was supposed to make money by selling food to people. But people didn’t want the food, so instead you turned your business into a night club that brought in guido douchebags who haven’t missed a Friday night “at the club” since 2001. Naturally these idiots got wasted by spending hundreds of dollars on overpriced drinks (the only thing you can actually get people to buy) and then did what drunk people do – spilled into the streets and started running around yelling shit for no reason.

Shocking that residents in this extremely high priced rent district would object to their neighborhood turning into Club Sidewalk in Amherst.

Naturally the failed business owners are blaming the white people who called the cops:

Maggioli and Alarcón said the building’s residents were aware they would live above a restaurant in one of the city’s busiest entertainment areas.

“It’s very difficult to operate when the tenants are complaining about everything imaginable,” Alarcón said.

Alarcón explained that the 150 guests were “educated young professionals” and that he hired five security guards and a police detail from the Massport to disperse the crowd.

Yea, they were well aware they’d be living above a RESTAURANT. Not a night club. There’s kind of a difference there. One involves sober people eating food quietly and leaving by 11 PM, the other involves drunkards making noise and acting a fool all hours of the night. Same thing.

Keep in mind, the woman who wrote this article is Meghan Irons. In March she wrote a column slamming the Boston Police for following Turtleboy Sports on Twitter, because we are allegedly racist. Then it turned out that she had also been following our Twitter account for months. Can’t make this stuff up.

She also was pushing this fake news:

Of course we thoroughly debunked this fake hate crime by simply going to Google street view and seeing that “White Lives Matters” was already written on the side of that building in July of 2017:

After being debunked she messaged us, clearly trying to do a followup that would prove that we were fake news. She failed:

And of course she never ended up doing a followup on her previous fake news column, because revealing that the white lives matter “hate crime” was a hoax, wouldn’t go along with Linda Pizutti’s agenda.

The Boston Globe is a joke, and Turtleboy Sports is real news. FACKS.

So the Port Authority in Massachusetts is fixin to let Venezuelan communists and niggers push them around till the neighborhood they cleaned up turns into shit again. That sounds about right.

Dang, Massachusetts. The whole country thinks y’all are racist anyway, and you still let the savages fuck up everything. Y’all are stupid. We don’t shit on y’all cuz of your sports teams. It’s cause of this… Tryin to run damage control on race relations and being all smug about it, and meanwhile the blacks and browns stick in your craw somethin fierce.

You got great colleges, tech, everything. How far would you be without minority bullshit? Why try to get along with them? They hate you anyway. Just ask that lard bucket Didi Delgado. If you shoved off the nigras, you wouldn’t be dealing with her shit.

Fuck em. Scare the minorities the fuck out of your state. Ain’t they on the news every night? Don’tcha want nice things? Clean cities? Not gettin robbed?

Set up Klan chapters now. Clean up your act and stop tryin to be what we know you’re not.

There’s special treatment for minority owned businesses. In fact it’s an official state thing that requires WYPIPO to hire minority contractors for state and MBTA, etc contracts. ALSO women are considered “minorities” although they are 52% of the population. You CANNOT have an official minority business without a woman owner, and you have to give them a percentage of the state revenue although they probably are doing shit for you.

I drive by that place everyday. Didn’t know a restaurant was there. Don’t they know most restaurants fail. It’s not because its minority owned, but because it is a difficult business that takes years to make money. Their rent is more then most people make in a year. SMH

The Globe had a story a few years back about racism and so called predatory lending within the mortgage industry. The main character in the story whose name was Pedro was mathematically challenged like the 2 challenged individuals in this article. Pedros income was enough for him to qualify for a 1200 a month mortgage and he applied for a mortgage that was 3500 per month. When his plan collapsed because his deadbeat room mates didnt pan out. The Globe cried RACISM.
Solyndra went bankrupt after Obama stole 400 billion from the American tax payer. That must be racism too.
When Obama took the outstanding debt from 9 trillion to 20 trillion that waz racism too.

Is it racist when a white scores 100 on the Boston police exam and doesnt get hired so that a black or hispanic with a 50 test score can.can the Globe elaborate.
Black on white violent crime is rampant but yet the Globe never menyions race when this happens judt a group of teens assaulted peopke at the Miracle Mile in Shitcago.

The evil white is under attack by third world savages

i have eaten at Casa de Pedro. The food was very good. I had the LA Falda de Yayi which was amazing. The Empenadas were fantastic…all the food was great…The mojito was also very good Mojito Tropical Picante, albeit $13. It has jalapenos in it..very spicy…The meal for 3 for lunch was over $100…so yes it is expensive…but I would go back….I would imagine the prices do frighten people…and I am also someone who seeks out new types of food when looking for someplace to eat..So I’m not your typical white seaport visitor..

Was it considered racism when the Glob featured a cartoon depicting the Irish people as rats?
Love the Red Sox. But will never attend another game with John “vampire” Henry at the helm.
And when Henry and his daughter Linda develop the land the Glob sits on in Dorchester he can specify that it all be minority occupied to ease his white guilt.

Every time John Henrys name comes up, I think of the Green Monster.

Is the Morse Code still painted on the G.M.? If it is, some grounds keeper, a ladder and a bucket of paint can get rid of it. Also if is still there, why?

Also, Henrys NASCAR team. There is a black, a hispanic and an asian in NASCARs top division. Funny how they aren’t driving for his team. BTW, his NASCAR team has lost hundreds of millions in value since he bought in.

Most restaurants fail anyway, but with Casa di Pedro renting in an insanely overpriced area and serving food that maybe 10% of diners would even dream of ever eating was pretty much a guaranteed death sentence.

And no kidding Linda is with that crypt keeper because of his money and influence. You think love is blind if he was somewhere washing dishes for a living?

I check out dolartoday.com and look at the black market exchange rate on the Venezuelan Bolivar. I bought 10,000 Bolivars off Ebay when it was worth $0.59. The government of Venezuela was adamant that 10,000 bolivars was worth $999.00. Whatever. Today it’s worth $0.014. Not quite 2 cents.

I let my kid ride the school bus with that 10,000 bolivars and was regularly told the latest exchange rate. It was a safe lesson on socialism and resulting hyperinflation early in life. Maybe I’ll put it some donation box. I wonder if you can give 10,000 bolivars on gofundme.

Here’s the fucking solution to everything, without being racist:

    KILL THE POOR.

The only exclusions are wounded veterans, those with actual documented and severally verifiable medical records indicating exact nature of infirmity, the elderly and the young, and the mentally handicapped (I don’t give a blistered cunt lip what the fucking modern euphemism for it is).

Stay in school, try hard, don’t be a burden to others, don’t be a fucking thug asshole, and don’t deal or do opiates…

or we line you up and blow your fucking heads off your shoulders and laugh abut it.

That’s fucking it. That’s the future. Fuck-ups at life through every fault of their own have left us no choice. That’s the new order, and it’s right around the corner. Deal with it, or perish for our amusement.

All they have to do is get Dave Andelman from the Phantom Gourmet to whore for them. Maybe They did. Probably costs extra to be in the “Great 8” and “Best 10” categories.

Never understood how a “Phantom” Gourmet wound up having restaurants that he highlights as advertisers. Must be a coincidence.

Look up “Foodservice Expert Overview on How Long Restaurants Last” at Perry Group International. If you open a restaurant and are still in business at that location at year 5 consider yourself extremely fortunate. A majority of restaurants that open, fold within the year.

These highlighted owners are not in a special category.
