In an unexpected turn of events, we have added another headstone to the Turtleboy graveyard.

The head of the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles has resigned amid the fallout from a deadly crash in Randolph, New Hampshire, that killed seven people associated with a Marine motorcycle club. Massachusetts Department of Transportation Secretary and CEO Stephanie Pollack said she has accepted the resignation of Registrar Erin Deveney. The truck driver involved in the crash, 23-year-old Volodymyr Zhukovskyy, of West Springfield, has pleaded not guilty to seven counts of negligent homicide.

I don’t even know who this blowfish is, but I humbly accept her resignation and welcome her into the Turtleboy graveyard. It’s bad enough that she’s admittedly culpable in this, she’s also guilty of a much, much worse crime – overseeing the RMV. The most dysfunctional organization ever known to mankind.

5 Investigates reported that Zhukovskyy has a history of driving under the influence charges and license suspensions. He was involved in a rollover crash in Texas just weeks ago, according to 5 Investigates.

Stop right there. Enough of this “According to 5 Investigates” bullshit. It’s “According to Turtleboy investigates.” We were the ONLY media outlet reporting that he was fired from his previous gig as a trucker in Texas because of a rollover crash. Now these FRAUDS are chiming in with their bullshit and lies about “5 Investigates.” Investigate who bleached the Banana Clam’s asshole.

Almost as shameless as “Just one station.”

We literally printed this story over 24 hours before they did, everyone knows we did, it was the biggest blog of the year, and they have the audacity and lack of self-awareness to chime in with “Just one station.” The mainstream media is now and always will be a joke.

Back to the story though…

According to Pollack, the Massachusetts RMV did not act on information provided by the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles regarding a May 11 incident that should have triggered the termination of Zhukovskyy’s commercial driver’s license. Former MassDOT Chief Operating Officer Jamey Tesler will take over as acting registrar of the RMV. Pollack said Tesler will lead an in-depth review of the Registry’s state-to-state data sharing processes to ensure the RMV acts as quickly as possible on any information shared by other states.

“The loss of life in any motor vehicle crash is a terrible tragedy and the massive toll this crash is taking on the families of the seven individuals who lost their lives, many of whom served this country, is impossible to comprehend,” Pollack said in a statement. “The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles has a responsibility to enforce the laws governing safe operation of vehicles and carries out its mission to the best of its abilities.”

Zhukovskyy received a Massachusetts personal driving license on April 25, 2013, and received a Class A license, or CDL, on Aug. 3, 2018.

How the hell was the RMV not already sharing information with other states? So you’re telling me that a driver can get 20 DUI’s in 20 different states, and can still get a license in Massachusetts, no questions asked? Do they really expect us to believe that there wasn’t already protocol in place (ya know, like a computer) that could search a person’s name and find out details about their driving history? Sorry, not buying it. Not in Massachusetts, where the official mascot is a stack of incomplete forms with a pen that just ran out of ink lying on top of it.

This is pure speculation, but I think this is more sanctuary state bullshit coming from the Commonwealth. This shithead’s an immigrant and a criminal. In other words, he’s the patron saint of Massachusetts. A background search on him would make it hard for him to get his license, and could lead to deportation. What happened here aligns with this whole idea that “we’re not gonna search your background or your record because it might stop you from getting a license” nonsense that people like Maura Healey have been force feeding us since before Trump got elected.

I found this hard to believe.

Zhukovvsyy’s driving history did not have the number and type of violations that would have disqualified him under state and federal law from obtaining a Massachusetts CDL in August 2018. On May 11, 2019, Zhukovskyy received violations for an alleged OUI incident and refusing a chemical test in East Windsor, Connecticut.

This is Massachusetts. We invented regulation and red tape. You can lose your right to buy a gun if you have a medical marijuana prescription. Yet somehow you can get multiple DUI’s and still get a CDL. Makes sense.

Anyway, thanks for our support with getting the message out there about this story.
