Here’s a post that someone flashed the turtle signal for on a Worcester yard sale page….

Boo. Fucking. Hoo.

God I hate these people with a passion. It’s always the same story line:

  • Greedy landlord actually wants to be paid rent
  • Sick child’s bills make it impossible to afford regular bills
  • Please give me free shit

This story doesn’t make any sense either. You don’t just get kicked out of a building overnight with a litter of crotch fruits. Your landlord doesn’t take all your possessions and put it into a storage facility. That storage facility doesn’t then sell all your shit because your kid got sick. None of that happened. It’s all a lie. She just wants to get free shit from you.

Of course what likely happened was she didn’t pay her rent for a year, ended up getting evicted after a long and drawn out court battle, and had her possessions put into storage until she could pay back what she owed. And because she likely doesn’t work very much she couldn’t come up with that, so now she wants you to refurnish the next place she gets evicted from.

This Facebook filter tells you everything you need to know about her.

Ninety nine percent of people who use the “I am living proof that recovery works,” are actually living proof that recovery doesn’t work 99% of the time.

Then there’s her choice in mate.

Or how bout the fact that on her Facebook page she has a picture of her allegedly sick son graduating from what appears to be high school two years ago (which would indicate he’s probably at least 20 years old now).

But of course she has to hide behind him and raw dog trophy #2 because she knows that kids = cash/money. Just don’t mention how old the kids are, because mentioning sick kids gives the readers the illusion that they’re little, and it usually does the trick.

Then someone pointed something out…..

Yup, that’s right – her and her junkalump friends robbed an elderly man on while he was riding his bicycle in Northboro.

Heather L. Collazo, 35, 665 Boston Road, Sudbury, was arrested and charged with unarmed assault with intent to rob and conspiracy. Jabiel I. Zayas, 37, 15 Sturgis St., Worcester, was charged with assault and battery on a person over 65, with injury, and unarmed assault with intent to rob and conspiracy. A third suspect, an unnamed juvenile, was also charged with the same.

Sudbury!! She’s from friggin Sudbury!! If you’ve ever lived in Sudbury and you find yourself begging for free shit, you should just stop existing. Because you are the ultimate failure.

She got three years probation for the assault.

Heather L. Collazo, 36, of Sudbury, was placed on three concurrent terms of 3 years’ probation after pleading guilty to two counts of assault and battery on a victim over 60 years old or disabled with an injury; and unarmed assault with intent to rob. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to remain drug-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to stay away and have no contact with the victim, and to pay $90 victim witness fee, $65 probation fee.

But of course whenever someone points out an inconvenient truth on these community pages the morons come out to play junkie’s advocate.

“Innocent until proven guilty.”

Yea, the good part about when Heather pleaded guilty was that the taxpayers didn’t have to pay to have it proven that she was guilty. She just admitted instead.

“She is asking for help, not looking to steal or buy your items.”

She’s a junkie who robs elderly people while they’re riding their bikes in public. I assure you that she is capable of robbing your ass.

“Why would you even do a background check?”

I know right? How dare someone else do a basic background research on someone before agreeing to meet up with them to give them free stuff. If you can’t trust a junkie on Facebook then who can you trust?

Blah, blah, blah. Shutup.

The bottom line is you should always question everything you see on Facebook, especially in your local yard sale or community pages. Scam artists are everywhere and they prey on stupid people. Anyone who calls you an asshole and says you shouldn’t should be mocked relentlessly because they’re contributing to the problem.

    Leases transfer with the property when real estate is sold. A landlord cannot go in and remove your possessions, even if you haven’t paid the rent in years. The only way he can do this is through a formal eviction, which needs to be approved by the Housing Court, which could take anywhere from 6 months to a year. The only time a lease is voided is when there is a foreclosure, but the mortgagee still needs to initiate formal eviction proceedings through the Housing Court.

      Also, after the landlord gets screwed by getting no rent and making multiple trips to housing court to get the dirtbags evicted, THEN the landlord has to pay accredited (top dollar) MA movers to pack up the tenants crappy trash junk possessions AND pay for the storage unit!

      You are absolutely right. A person who is really a recovering addict does it for theirselves and not for Facebook likes. Most who are truly in recovery keep it to themselves. The ones who constantly brag about their “sobriety” Are usually very far from sober. They aren’t fooling anyone and are only hurting thereselves.

    there are infact asshole landlords out there. Some will offer you a new shit hole to rent from them and fix up after you just moved into one of thier other shithole houses 6 months prior and made it beautiful after the previous tenants ran a fucking trap house out of the place. And when you straight up ask them should i take the new house because you want to sell and if i dont take it you will try to force me out in a rush in like 6 months when you decide 6 months from now you want to make bank off tge free to the landlord upgrades i did to your property i already repaired and fixed for you and that asshole will look you dead in your eyes and say i would never do something so horrible to another person let alone my best tenant and then 6 mo ths later you get a notice to terminate tenancy not because you ever missed apayment because all rent is paid plus the electric and heat that said lanlord was supposed to pay but didnt so even though lease stats landlord pays those bills he doesnt. All because he is a greedy little weasal who lied straight to your face when you asked him if this move should be made to avoid uprooting kids in a rush later.. People are greedy assholes and they have no problems throwing a family on the streets just so they can sell the property you paid to make livable and beautiful.and fatten thier pockets even more . TRUST NO ONE ESPECIALLY A LANDLORD

      Why wouldn’t you take that issue up with the court. You shouldn’t have put your hard work into any property that you didn’t own. If you were gonna fix something why wouldn’t take it from the rent. If you fixed something by choice, that’s just what you did. Fixed it by choice

        we didnt fix by our own choice we were told we would be compansated for any imptovements made to property. The property needed to be fixed and deep cleaned prior to move in due to previous tennants running a trap house with multiple dogs that chewed through walls and shit and pissed all over the home plus an extermanator to treat new property prior to moving due to a massuve flea infestation. Landlord was to busy couldnt do the work so we did with his promise to reimburse and or supply materials .. Landlord did neither.. Tenants rights are a fucking joke in this state as ive talked to 3 differant lawyers all of whom said he can do whatever he wants and i would have to pay thousands just to fight it and still pay rent to avoid any actual reasons for the eviction

          Unfortunately if that is what happened you should have covered yourself by getting something signed, saving receipts and what ever else as proof. Not just by taking someone’s word. These days when it comes down to money people don’t care who they screw over. When a family member passes, all of a sudden everyone thinks they are due something even if they were gone for years. People suck and take other people’s kindness for weakness all the time, so you have to make sure you cover yourself in every way possible especially when it comes to money. I also would have made sure if I was doing this work to improve the property so I could live there, I would make sure my work was compensated, by deducting a certain amount from my rent every month. Idk it just seems odd that you would allow someone to play you so bad. Maybe there is something I’m not understanding.

            I have all reciepts and texts stating landlord would compensate. We only did all the work because landlord agreed to give us atleast 4/5 years at the property until we saved up for our own and compensate us for work we did. Once he heard how much improvements we did and how beautiful the property finally looked ( compliments from all the nieghbors and constant thanks from them as well for not being ratchets like the last tenants). Landlord decided to sell earlier ( its been just under 1 and half years) we cant afford a lawyer on top of rent and i dont feel comfortable with holding rent money as i like to take care of my responsibilities .. But you are correct i shouldnt allow anyone to play me and my family like this. However not much can be done if i cant afford a lawyer to fight this insanity. Im starting to think tenants rights only apply to ratchets with ghetto black mold. Not your average renter who pays thier bills on time and take care of the property they live in
