The fake news media is finally getting its comeuppance for what they did to the Covington kids, and so many other people with their one sided, completely slanted coverage of the “news.”
Digital publishers BuzzFeed and Verizon’s HuffPost have wasted no time in implementing the cuts they said were coming earlier this week to accommodate the new financial realities. Bryan Maygers, head of the HuffPost opinions section, tweeted his goodbye Thursday: “Hi all. So some sad news. As of this morning, HuffPost’s opinion section is no more. I and the rest of the team have been let go.” HuffPost’s parent company, Verizon, said it was chopping 7 percent of the personnel in the Media Group, which also includes Yahoo and AOL. The cuts total about 1,000 people. BuzzFeed is smaller, but the cuts of about 250 people, or 15 percent of the work force, were implemented almost as soon as they were announced. The national security, health care and national news desks were all being let go, according to reports.
Karma tastes so much better when it’s salty. Basically Huffington Post and Buzzfeed both got rid of their opinion section, because there’s no need for an opinion section when your news section is entirely opinion. Here’s a quick look at what the world has lost from these layoffs.
Bryan Maygars is your typical sheltered SJW 20 something white boy who moved to Brooklyn to be near everyone he agreed with ideologically, got a blue checkmark because he ran the opinion section at HuffPost, and used his platform for hot takes like this.
What will the world do without a grown adult victim blaming children by calling them “bad” for wearing hats that support the sitting President of the United States?
Thoughts and prayers.
How will we survive without blue checkmarks like HuffPost’s Nick Wing calling other white people racist in order to feel better about himself?
If you need him he’ll be whining that another social network isn’t censoring people who “harass” failed journalists like him.
Gab isn’t just facilitating the harassment of journalists, it’s also partaking in and encouraging it. pic.twitter.com/XpeCvTvSWs

I don’t wanna live in a world where I can’t read about people who are so self-absorbed that they marry themselves.
HuffPost’s deputy opinion editor Chloe Angyal will no longer be able to virtue signal about how they stopped hiring white people in order to bring more trans women of color on board.
Sad day for journalism. Luckily she has a “literal PhD in romantic comedies” so she’ll be in high demand for sure.
HuffPost’s Carolina Moreno will have to lead the charge for resisting somewhere else, because her ass got fired too.
If you need someone to write some clickbait about “marginalized communities” give her a buzz. It’s not like she has any other skills.
But where will I read about how the Covington kids were evil due to their religious upbringing?
Luckily HuffStool Sports seems to be hiring!
And I know when I’m on the throne in the morning I like to read stories about what trans dads can expect when they’re prego.
So much quality journalisming down the drain.
And now I’ll be lost for what to do about sex toys for transmasculine people.
And I know when I watch TV shows the first thing that goes through my mind is, “This show’s pretty good, but it would be a lot better with more abortion.”
Journalism is a lot worse off without people lecturing us all about how only white people can be racist.
And with BuzzFeed laying off guys like this, how will I ever stay woke about Covington kids participating in genocide?
Also, I can’t live in a world where white people don’t lecture me about how Indian mascots and TV shows made the Covington kids evil.
And we definitely need more people to mock Megyn Kelley after she lost her job due to Twitter outrage from blue checkmarks.
But if you’re gonna make fun of someone for losing their job, try not to lose your job a week later.
Then there’s this thing:
Talia Lavin parlayed a last place finish on Jeopardy! into a job as a fact checker at the New Yorker. Except she fucked that one up pretty quickly when she wrongly stated that a paraplegic veteran who now works for ICE and was spotlighted for saving children from abuse, was a white supremacist because of a tattoo she misinterpreted.
You had one job. Just one. Fact. Checker.
Nevertheless an untalented hack like this immediately got another job offer from HuffPost where she produced stories like this.
So true. Everyone who believes in due process and is skeptical about a woman who repeatedly lied while under oath, also thinks women are animals who deserve to be raped.
Hopefully The Atlantic is hiring so she can keep on sharing hot takes about the Covington kids trying to crush women’s reproductive rights while hate smirking at fake veteran elders.
Talia Lavin and people like her meanwhile are using their blue checkmarks to whine that people on 4Chan are harassing failed, unemployed journalists by saying, “learn to code.”
btw, if any other journos targeted by layoffs are getting masses of “learn to code” harassment, it was coordinated on 4chan (of course) pic.twitter.com/DtpinjWhID
— Talia Lavin (@chick_in_kiev) January 25, 2019
I shit you not. “Learn to code” is harassment. What people mean when they say “learn to code,” is that coding is a valuable skill that can get you a highly paid job because it’s in demand. When a skill is in demand employers have to offer a higher salary because the people who can do that job are rare. Whereas, on the other hand, people who spit out, “The Covington kids are racist cuz of white privilege,” and “Brett Kavanaugh raped me with his freedom,” are a dime a dozen. You can go to any coffee shop in Brooklyn and find a dozen of them sitting on laptops, drinking soy lattes, and looking for things to be offended by on the Internet.
But here’s the crazy part – Twitter is now banning people who say, “learn to code,” for harassment, despite allowing Kathy Griffin and others to violently threaten children all last week.
I am told by a person in the know that tweeting "learn to code" at any recently laid off journalist will be treated as "abusive behavior" and is a violation of Twitter's Terms of Service
— Jon Levine (@LevineJonathan) January 28, 2019
I’m not even kidding. This is a platform that allowed people to openly threaten and dox children last week. Just ask Kathy Griffin.
Ps. The reply from the school was pathetic and impotent. Name these kids. I want NAMES. Shame them. If you think these fuckers wouldn’t dox you in a heartbeat, think again. https://t.co/IS80wiaQ7v
— Kathy Griffin (@kathygriffin) January 20, 2019
It allows that, but it doesn’t allow people to make fun of bad journalists by giving them good advice to learn how to code.
And in the greatest twist of irony ever……
Hey Twitter founder, Jack Dorsey, this isn’t why you can’t sleep at night. Manipulating elections around the world and knowingly taking unlimited money for clicks instead of ethically moderating your website will help with your eating and sleeping habits. https://t.co/eiEIyjF8ko
— Kathy Griffin (@kathygriffin) January 27, 2019
They’re complaining that Twitter isn’t “ethically moderating” their website, while she attacks children on their website.
Hopefully her ass is getting sued.
For all those who refused to retract, refused to correct, refused to delete, and refused to apologize, but continued to lie & libel many #CovingtonBoys, you can expect an Intent To Sue Demand Letter this week. I hear Covington is beautiful this time of year. #StandWithCovington https://t.co/Qt8JxP56zN

Of course Twitter did this because failed liberal writers like Ben Collins from NBC made a big stink about hurt feelz from failed journalists.
New from me: Coordinated 4chan trolls flood laid off HuffPost, BuzzFeed reporters with death threatshttps://t.co/Mm1EqoNCeI
— Ben Collins (@oneunderscore__) January 25, 2019
You may remember Ben Collins from his Turtleboy debute a few weeks ago, after he used Twitter to urge Facebook to deplatform Pop Squad because they’re trying to prevent kids from getting raped.
Incredible new story by @brandyzadrozny: Facebook is home to vigilante pedophile "catchers," who lure and ensnare potential "predators" for video clicks.
One of their "catches," a 20-year-old gay man in a religious family, went home and hanged himself.https://t.co/eP5z7JDZhY

This is who the MSM (and that now included HuffPost and BuzzFeed) promotes. They hate religious people, Trump supporters, white teenagers, and people who can code. What a huge loss for the media.
