Editor’s Note: If you EVER had a positive experience with deceased Auburn Police Officer Ron Tarentino please message us on Facebook or email us at turtleboysports@gmail.com to share your story. We are trying to chronicle as many stories as we can so we can have something to share with his family. It must be devastating for them, but we would like to think that it will help them through this process if they can see what a difference he made in the community.

Reading the long criminal rap sheet for cop killer Jorge Zambrano will make your head explode. Eighty four cases against this waste of space. Eighty FREAKING four!!! In ought seven he punched a Worcester cop in the face and tried reaching for a knife during the exchange. During an incident just four months ago the convicted felon attempted to pull a Worcester cop into his car and feed them to his pit bull. But this is probably the craziest:

Mr. Zambrano is also charged with hitting his girlfriend and being out-of-control in an incident on Interstate 495 in Berlin on Feb. 10. Trooper Ray M. Burton wrote in his report that Mr. Zambrano was out of control, resisted arrest, and made violent threats when they arrived. An off-duty Hudson police lieutenant, who pulled over to help with the stop, received lacerations to his hand in the struggle as Mr. Zambrano was placed under arrest.

Mr. Zambrano resisted even after he was pepper-sprayed, an action Trooper Burton noted “had little effect” on the suspect, court documents show. On the ride back to the Leominster barracks, the trooper said, Mr. Zambrano yelled and screamed.

“He stated several times how, ‘He can take all of us,’ and, ‘Just wait until the handcuffs come off,'” Trooper Burton wrote.

The trooper added that Mr. Zambrano said “several times” how he could hurt the officers and “if he wanted to hurt us, he could have taken our guns.”

Mr. Zambrano was bailed out the next day on $500 on charges including assault and battery on a household member, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct on a public way, third or offense. He was bailed by his Worcester girlfriend, records show, and had a hearing on that matter May 17, a hearing that was later continued

Unfreakingbelievable. The man was an animal. He assaults cops for fun. He was a ticking time bomb. It wasn’t a matter of IF he would kill a cop, it was WHEN he would he kill a cop? I mean, who is this unafraid of the police? Even most hardened gangsters recognize that the cops will always win in the end. This guy thought he could take them all. His words, not mine.

So why wasn’t this savage in jail where he belonged? Why was such a dangerous, violent individual allowed to breathe the same air as civilized human beings and walk amongst us? Well as it turns out he did seven years in jail for cocaine trafficking, and while doing so he sued the state several times because jail made him wanna kill himself. He lost every lawsuit obviously.

So why didn’t Joe Early’s office have this slug rake locked up after the violent incidents in 2016? You won’t believe it until you hear it from this reporter on WCVB News. Turtleboy’s head almost exploded when he heard this one:

3482430F00000578-3603909-image-a-30_1463961520191

Prison wasn’t working for Zambrano, and so he was offered a year’s probation with regular drug tests and mental health evaluations.”

What. The. Fuck.

Screen Shot 2016-04-30 at 11.17.50 PM

District Attorney Joe Early, the lucky sperm of Jim McGovern’s predecessor – entrenched 9-term congressman Joe Early Sr., actually had the balls to issue a press release in which he admitted to not sending Zambrano to prison because it “wasn’t working for him.” So apparently all violent repeat offenders have to do in this state to remain free is to say that jail is making them suicidal. I hope all you potential cop killers are taking notes, because this is the blueprint right here:

Screen Shot 2016-05-23 at 7.46.38 PM

If you say those words then Joe Early will set you free. Make no doubt about it – Joe Early has blood on his hands. He had the opportunity to protect us from this asshole, which is his job. But he elected to take the easy way out because he didn’t wanna hear him whine anymore.

He was “offered” probation?!?! Shit, I don’t get “offered” much at my job…I work for it. Where’s the white lives matter protest being held? I’ll take a vacation day to come. Disgusting. Trump for president.

I heard what Joe had to say. Ive met Joe on numerous occasions. Hes a very nice man. The problem is NOT him. The problem is the laws. Let may paint an albeit minor scenario to this, but its an example that I continue to live with. I had a person who I THOUGHT I knew lived in the other half of my house. Shortly after- I started noticing jewelry missing, started hiding it or keeping it on- but there was so much of it that I had inherited from my mother. Finally, I had enough and threw him and his gf out. We changed the locks and started packing. We found my mothers pearls in the funeral bag in his closet. We found the medal my grandpa got from the APD when I was a kid. I called the police. It went from there. This tool- I so want to say his name BUT its an ongoing case- went to the AUBURN MALL to pawn the stuff. They took pics of the items next to his id. The police got all the evidence they could. What is missing totaled about 15k. What we could charge him with, according to the dates, which is a legal term- he was charged with 4 counts of RECEIVING stolen property over $250. He has 4 k in restitution to pay. 2 years probation. He keeps getting violated- so now they are pushing jail time. Joes fault? Lous fault? Nope- the laws as written are the problem so we need to step up and DEMAND a change. Starting writing- start yelling- but going through what I did showed me that our DAs are at a disadvantage because of the way the laws are written. Its NOT their fault. Jorge shouldve been in jail- but coulda woulda shoulda. Too late now- only way to give any justice is to CHANGE THE LAWS so this doesnt happen again.

So, Mr. Early’s quote “Prison wasn’t working for him”.Look up the definition of prison , ( A facility in which inmates are forcibly confined and denied a variety of freedoms under the authority of a state as a form of punishment.) I would be interested to hear form Mr. Early using the definition of the word prison, what it was that wasn’t working? From what I hear, this now deceased, menace to law abiding citizens didn’t like or want to go to prison. So, my understanding would be that it would have been seen as a punishment to him thus making the definition correct.
The death of this police officer may have been carried out by a criminal with over 80 cases against him, but lies also in the hands of Mr. Early and judges that wont stand up for the laws, justice, and forms of punishments that are in place.

    • Tara-
      May 24, 2016 at 9:15 pm

Unfortunately, this tool well, jail wasnt a punishment. It was a way to make “friends” to continue his crap in and out of prison. I have read people defending him, I even had a lengthy conversation with one who stated that it was race related. I lost it- I told him off, and when I really read what he was saying- it was kind of like his side- being milado, and mine being a white woman. We all get discriminated against. It needs to change. Pointing fingers and bad mouthing other races/religions etc is not going to be a way to solve this problem. I think we are all face the same things- just different circumstances and until people realize that NOBODY is exempt from being segregated for whatever reason- its not going to get better. Criminals like this guy- if I saw him out Sunday and knew it was him- I wouldve tightened my seatbelt and stepped on the gas. He died- a day later than he shouldve. I dont feel bad for his friends or family. How do you NOT know someone you claim to know, is into this shit??? I say bullshit. He got what he deserved- and no hes no hero- he will be just some fkn scumbag who murdered a cop- his name will not be repeated, he didnt go “down in a blaze of glory” he died like the bitch he was- hiding in a closet after shooting a cop IN THE BACK like a pussy, but Officer Tarentino will NEVER be forgotten. Rest easy Officer, your family now has an extended family that will never forget you- EVER.

  • Elizabeth Warren

It was DEVAL PATRICK’s “crime bill” that made it infinitely tougher to put these ultra-violent drug traffickers in jail. The liberals deem these people like Zambrano “non-violent” drug offenders. The truth they are the most violent people on society. Every murder in Worcester this year was a drug related murder. Obama just pardon over 500 drug traffickers from federal prisons across the country. People applauded that bullshit. They simply don’t understand what is going on in every city in the US.

Want to know why Webster and Fitchburg have devolved into what they are today? Go to the Worc County Sherifs web site and explore the Community Corrections area. Take a close look at the client profile, it describes who they allow to walk the streets of these two towns. After the client profile check out what level III and IV offenders have done to achieve that designation.
The reason for these Community Corrections Open Air Jails is very simple, $50k / yr to house the scum and 5k avg to let them walk free in Fitchburg and Webster. Webster office was closed in 2012 after 15 years of importing this garbage into town , the results were amazing, the spiral downward spectacular. Worked so well they reopened it. Gives the Sherif and warden of Worc County Jails a whole bunch of extra spending money.
We should invite President Barrack Hussien Obama to South County to explain his program allowing convicted drug dealers to leave federal prisons.

I know this is going to sound very sucky and many will not like this but the District Attorney has very little say in the Massachusetts Sentencing Guidelines system put in place back in 1994. “The Massachusetts Sentencing Commission was established in 1994 by the truth in sentencing law as a response to the escalating concern for sentencing reform.”

The goal was an attempt to promote, “Truth in sentencing” as a standard guideline form of evaluation of a criminal’s (no longer considered a suspect or defendant) on kinda like a grid tool type of system. Sort of like using a ruler to measure something. And of course it is all considered as well based on past history to be a factor after adjudication.

But here is the kicker. This is fucking Massachusetts. So what ever system they align themselves toward will always fall short of what it really should be! That is the reality and that is out of the hands of D.A. Joe Early.

What to do? Stop voting for Democrats. BOOM – problem solved.

I have posted here many times telling you to look into the gun situation in this state…This POS was caught with a gun with a silencer.. How much time did he do for that ?? You know how much time you would get for the same offense!!! ..It takes you a year or more in Mass to get your License to carry if you have a squeeky clean record and your chief of police does not have a god complex..But this guy can get caught with a gun with a silencer..Do hardly any time for it and be back on the streets with another gun in no time

You need to contact G.O.A.L (Gun owner action League) and get some storys done on the real bullshit being swept under the rug in this state over illegal guns and the lack of charges for those who get caught with them…Cops and good people will continue to be killed by scum and the politicians pretend nothing is wrong with the system..Mass has to be getting fed funding money for something for letting these gun charges slide..There is no other reason why these guys are never charged!!

They’re never charged or allowed to plea down because that’s what the lib Democrats want. They want the “gun violence” to continue so that they can keep making laws and executive actions to further restrict our rights and erode civil society, all the while the lemmings look to the government to “protect” them from the increasing violence. And of course it’s always helpful for big government to have a constant parade of habitual criminals in and out of the system so that everyone involved gets paid handsomely, and DA’s and other pols get their photo ops and press conferences on their way to running for higher office. It’s all a charade and people won’t realize it until it’s too late. Look at what is happening in Europe. I mean the Dem’s presidential candidate (presumptive) would be in jail if she were anyone other than a Clinton. We’re doomed as long as people keep electing Democrats & RINOs.

That presser was a fucking joke, he kept interrupting the MSP media guy to tell him not to answer certain questions (that MSP clearly didn’t mind elaborating on). Not sure if you caught it, but Joe had one hell of a nervous tick going on too…

Just like Marian Ryan got elected as Middlesex DA after letting Jared Remy go free to kill Jennifer Martel, Early will get elected again. We are that dumb.

But the stupid people won’t. Joe Early is a Democrat and the rules are different for Democrats.

I’m at a loss for words. I can’t begin to imagine how this guy kept slipping through the cracks.

Every single time I see someone say that cops and judges give it to minorities “harder” I will share this man’s story. It’s a surprise to me he didn’t end up dead years ago. What a cancer to this world.

It makes me more mad that this tragedy could have been avoided. I can’t believe it…

He didn’t “slip through the cracks” the DA made decisions not to go after him.

That’s what slipping through the cracks means. It’s to not be noticed or dealt with by the system.

He had to be a really really good snitch…. That’s the only reason that makes sense to me. He was also a client of Hector Pineiro on more than one occasion for issues unrelated to what you find online. He is someone grouped into his prisoner rights cases.

It’s whole situation don’t sit nicely with me.

Isn’t it ironic that the cop killer’s last criminal lawyer was Anthony Scola.

FLW. Disagree. In this case it looks like he was “noticed” and the way of the system to “deal with him” was deliberate. He was pushed through the cracks and if it was the push of the DA then there should be some legal consequence for the district attorney’s office.

Loss for words?! More than half the incarcerated population are repeat offenders. How often do we see sex offenders victimize children after they’ve been released from jail for the same offense. Oh please, you let an animal out of a cage more often than not they’re going to attack

WTF? Seriously???!!!! JAIL IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE FUN! IT SHOULD MAKE YOU MISERABLE! I think my head is going to explode also. I can’t even… cant even….

It looks like Joe Early isn’t working for his constituents. Including police officers in his district.

When does a lib Democrat ever “work” for his constituents? They only “work” for their non-working constituents (aka – their base voters).

The sheriff is so busy glad-handing with school children on a daily basis, it’s no wonder the jail isn’t working.

The DA is a notorious glad hander at the schools too. He is photographed multiple days each week at local schools. Is this part of his job? Apparently he doesn’t actually know what his job is. How about you convict some criminals DA Joe and stop politicking on the public’s dime.

Prison would have worked for this scumbag. They just didn’t give it enough time to work for him. And if he had committed suicide in there it would have been a win win situation for everyone.

So now you only have to say your depressed for a felon to avoid jail and get free room and board at taxpayer funded home? Welcome to the New America slowly but surely flushing down the drain. Thanks for nothing stupid Libs be careful what you wish for, you just may get it.

Maybe he should face the family and tell them that line of shit to their face
