Everything you need to know about the Doherty High School football player who caused a shitstorm by lying about being suspended for kneeling during the National Anthem, can be seen by watching this interview he did with the Turtlegram:

“Well I feel like there’s a lot of um, unjust, injust, and unequality to a lot of black people nowadays. And when I noticed Colin Kaepernick doing it, I realized that it was somebody, that he was somebody that I could, um, that I could copy. Cuz it was something that someone of my caliber could actually do. Because as a young man, and only high school, there’s not much I could actually do, so this is my way of being able to protest.”

See that right there? That sums up Colin Kaepernick’s peer group in one singular paragraph. People are getting behind this? This is a clearly confused young man who has absolutely no idea what he’s talking about. And everyone’s cheering him on and encouraging him. It’s borderline abusive. I’m not hating on him for the way he speaks. He is what he is. But for all these idiots out there who are using him as some sort of prop in their game of SJW world domination, how can you possibly take him seriously after listening to that interview?

He feels there is a lot of “injust and unequality.” He actually said those non-words. He’s a junior in high school. But he believes there is “injust and unequality” towards black people because the poor kid couldn’t possibly be easier to manipulate. He doesn’t even know how to pronounce or spell those words, never mind explain how they’re manifested in American society.

The worst part is that he literally says point blank that he is doing this to “copy” Colin Kaepernick.

screen-shot-2016-09-12-at-12-40-56-am

Coping something is a brainless exercise. It requires zero thought. He came right out and admitted that he basically has no idea why he’s doing this. He’s just copying a backup quarterback. He can’t even really tell you why he’s taking a knee. He just saw that it was cool now, and something, something, something, oppression.

The best part is that here is how the Turtlegram transcribed that same sentence:

“I feel like there’s a lot of injustice and inequality for a lot of black people nowadays,” he said.

But he didn’t say those words!!! That’s insane that a “reporter” would do that. The “reporter,” Scott O’Connell, LIED about it. He deliberately wrote something the kid did not say in an attempt to make him sound smarter than he is. Because Scott O’Connell obviously has an agenda, and he thinks this kid’s cause is legitimate. But he knows that if he writes what the kid actually said then everyone’s gonna realize what a joke this whole thing is. This is yet another example of why the only media outlet you can trust is Turtleboy.

And can we please stop calling this a silent protest? It’s not. If it was silent then Turtleboy wouldn’t know about it. This kid and Colin Kaepernick himself TRIED to do the silent protest thing. The problem is that no one noticed it. So they had to go blab to the world about oppression, which means it’s no longer a silent protest. It’s actually the exact opposite.

He even managed to make it worse with this interview with WBZ:

“I’m not a hero I’m just trying to help justice be served. I’m not a hero I’m just trying to help justice be served,” Oppong said.

You’re not a hero? Who the hell said you were hero? Oh yea, millions of people who should know better. But they just wanted to use this poor kid as a pawn because they’re not in high school to do it themselves. And what justice is he hoping to be served? Could he tell us a single thing that he actually wants? Of course not. Because he thinks unequality is a word.

Oh yea, and he keeps changing up his story too:

“The coach had asked him at the game ‘Why did you do that?’ The young man stated that he was going down to tie his shoe. So then, during the weekend, the young man decided he wanted to call the coach and tell him the truth. So he called the coach and said, ‘I wasn’t really going down to tie my shoe, I was doing it as a protest,’” Binienda told WBZ NewsRadio 1030.

Oh I see. So at first his protest was just him tying his shoe. Then over the weekend he changed his mind and decided that it was a real protest. So he allegedly called up Coach Mulcahy and was like, “Changed my mind coach. Turns out I was fighting oppression.” At that point the coach called up the administration, on a SUNDAY, and decided that he was going to be suspended for a game. They were hoping to sneak this punishment through without anyone noticing, but it blew up in their face and they got rid of the punishment. That’s what we are to believe happened? OK then.

500x305-20131210-coach-of-year

But here’s the thing he didn’t think through by pulling this stunt – he’s fucking over his coach. He made him look like a white guy trying to suppress speech from one of his black players. And pretty much everyone who’s played football for DHS likes Coach Mulcahy. He has some legendary locker room speeches.

But if we are to believe the kid’s story, it would mean that Mulcahy arbitrarily decided to suspend him, since DHS administration didn’t find out about it until Monday morning. Here’s what he told Turtlegram reporter Carl Setterlund:

Oh I see. Mulcahy was “pressured into” suspending him. By who? Well, that would be the DHS administration who didn’t know about this situation on Sunday.

Don’t you see what he’s doing here? He’s trying to save his coach. He unintentionally fucked him over, so now he’s trying to pin it on administration. He’s doing all of this instead of just telling the truth. Because it’s a lot more fun to be a victim than it is to be a liar.

He may have left his country but arrived in a sick society. Americans are unaware of free speech and how it works but Ghana ranks higher than the U.S in education. The flag is dying and we deserve it,like MLK said”your too arrogant America GOD will break your backbone one day” happy anniversary 9/11. When you lie with dogs you get fleas, wait til he sees the satanic candles the kikes put up in a PUBLIC newton square. Different rules for different people the flag has never been weaker.

This is disgusting. Why are you trying to silence someone whos making a statement? Everyones speech is free and protected, including yours.

Get a life and get back to real journalism. Heres a hint: jouranlism doesnt involve perusing the Doherty High Handbook or correcting high schoolers spelling mistakes

What is disgusting about showing truthfulness. Did you not read the article.? This kid is the child of a refugee family taken in by the most fair and tolerant country in the whole world the USA. He should be standing on his toes and crying with joy every time he hears the national anthem not protesting it. Because you know if he had the option to return to Ghana he most certainly would refuse. He’s acting like a spoiled fucking brat.

I did read the article. Did you? The part with the Ghana nonsense seems to come from an unaccredited facebook post. Her “evidence” is his last name. How racist is that? Assuming that someone is a refugee because of their last name?

There are third-generation Changs living in the United States. A last name isn’t indicative of someones country of origin or refugee status.

Do you see this turtleboy? Do you see this, potential & current Turtleboy advertisers? People with two brain cells to rub together are going to flee from this site, and it’ll be just left with the idiots obsessed with high schoolers. I used to recommend this site to friends and coworkers because true, hard-hitting journalism in the Central Mass area is very hard to find – but I can no longer do that in good faith

Sad part. His football team is screwed this year. Whatever chemistry they may have had just went up in smoke. What a selfish move on his part.

The worst part about the telegram is that they would deliberately change a quote to make public officials appear worse. In this case they change it to make this inarticulate young man sound smarter. That, good people, is not journalism, it is propaganda. Welcome to Worcester.

He feels there is a lot of “injust and unequality.”

And also found out that he is not good enough to be a professional athlete and now has to STUDY and WORK HARD to get ahead … TOTALLY UNFAIR.

    Nice grammar, shithead.

      September 13, 2016 at 2:24 pm

      Spelling != grammar

      (BTW… != means “is not equal to”…)

Can’t even call out an error correctly, shithead.

      • TurtleBook
        September 13, 2016 at 5:22 pm

I wasn’t referring to the spelling. “Coping” is a different word altogether.

Now kneel, while I empty the contents of my shit pipe on your face.

          September 13, 2016 at 5:27 pm

Also I believe the correct symbol for “Is not equal to” is this: ≠

Learn how to use a computer or die.

            September 13, 2016 at 5:39 pm

I’m a computer engineer dickhead… Shell scripting “is not equal to” expression is !=

Coping/Copying is an obvious typo that wouldn’t be picked up by spellchecker and still has nothing to do with grammar.

Go fuck your mother smart guy. But you’ll still have to wait in line just like everybody else.
