The Red Sox are going to the White House on Thursday and it’s all the buzz because Alex Cora announced this week that he would not be going for political reasons. Others who will be staying home include Xander Boegarts, Mookie Betts, Sandy Leon, Rafael Devers, David Price, Jackie Bradley Jr, Christian Vazquez, and Hector Velazquez. The media has pointed this out because they make money off race baiting, but in fairness it’s kind of hard not notice.

My take is simple – if you don’t wanna go to the White House then don’t go. I would prefer if players went simply for team unity, but they’re not obligated to. I didn’t care that Tim Thomas didn’t go in 2011 and I don’t care now. What I really care about is the fact that they decided to plan this trip in the middle of May instead of during the 5 months they got off after the World Series. What better way to build team unity now that they’re finally getting their shit together than to split your team up along political lines?

Being a republican, or a democrat willing to go the White House, or even being politically indifferent are not bad things. But of course the woke patrol that runs the mainstream media disagree. I expected nothing less from race baiting hack Jemele Hill.

Oh right, because the white players are morally obligated to turn down a free trip to the White House with their families because their teammates of color are democrats. This from the woman who single handedly tanked ESPN’s ratings and was later fired after urging her followers to boycott ESPN’s advertisers.

Then there’s Adrian Walker, the Globe’s version of Clive McFarlane:

Dan Kennedy is the biggest fraud in the media, and ironically he teaches journalism. This is what “journalists” do now. They promote other terrible takes from their journalist friends in order to pretend that they’re still relevant. Walker of course called the team the “White Sox” and said that the decision for the team to continue the tradition of visiting the White House would haunt them for years to come.

This coming from the SAME NEWSPAPER that published this column in 2011:

You cannot make up this level of hypocrisy. Yet blue checkmark Bruins reporter Matt Kalman, who is on the radio on WEEI while Kirk Minihane is not, found a way to try to say that this was an inaccurate analogy.

“Everything conservatives believe in is a conspiracy theory.” That’s sadly become a standard left wing talking point. This guys is a “sports” reporter.

Steve Buckley from the Herald used the same terminology:

Alex Cora has confirmed newspaper report he will not make the trip to meet the president. So basically it’s the white Sox who’ll be going.

This is what the media does folks. They go out of their way to divide us, and nothing works better than race. Nothing.

Initially it appeared as if David Price was endorsing Buckley’s tweet:

Price has nearly 2 million followers, whereas Buckley has just 38,000, so it looked like Price was suggesting that he agreed with the “white sox” take and wanted more people to see it. Many congratulated him for being woke, but it turns out he was just shitting on the media like he always does:

The thing about David Price is, he’s just kind of an asshole in general. And what he’s doing here is shitting on Steve Buckley for using his platform to try to divide the Red Sox along racial lines. Good for him.

But by far the worst person in the media on this topic is this thing:

• Wrote a VERY original column for Dig Boston about why Boston is a racist city, and accused the Red Sox advertisers of being racist, and called Jackie Bradley Jr an Uncle Tom
• Wrote an article for Cosmo entitled, “Why I don’t shave my legs“
• Wrote an article for Buzzfeed entitled, “My herpes doesn’t bother me, why does it bother you?”
• Wrote an article for Cosmo about why she won’t have sex with her husband
• Wrote that “I’ve had sex because I wanted drugs from someone.”
• Wrote that, “The first time I had anal sex, I cried through the whole thing”
• Wrote that Republican congressman Steve Scalise deserved to be shot by a radicalized Bernie bro

She still fancies herself a sports writer and diehard Red Sox fan, so obviously you knew she was going to chime in with a hot take.

It’s almost as if they’re grown adults living in a free country and they’re allowed to accept an invitation to the White House because they won the World Series. These elitist media queefs can’t get over the fact that not everyone spends every hour of the day thinking about ways in which they can prove their wokeness.

What if these players like Trump and the job he’s doing? His approval ratings have never been higher, so it’s perfectly normal to feel this way. They’re not supposed to go because one of their teammates doesn’t like the job Trump is doing? Oh wait, they’re actually not supposed to go because the teammates who don’t approve of the job Trump is doing have a different skin color than them. Presumably if the players staying home were white then the media would be cool with the visit. It’s not enough that the media believes in race baiting, they demand that professional athletes do too.

I also love how J.D. Martinez gets qualified as a white guy now too. He’s arguably the best pure hitter on the team and he’s a diehard Trump supporter, which means he doesn’t qualify as Latino. It’s almost like the media is lying to you. Notice they also don’t mention the fact that Eduardo Nunez and Eddie Rodriguez have not declined the invitation. They don’t count either.

Anyway, Britni de la Cretaz is just an amazing trainwreck to watch on social media. You’ll never see someone virtue signal as hard as her:

“I’m a victim because people say mean things to me after I publish dumb columns. But allow me to check my privilege and point out that women of color have it worse than me.”

She’s one of these frauds who gets tons of well thought out responses pointing out the weaknesses in her argument, but ignores those people and chooses to highlight the biggest yahoos instead.

That about sums up social justice warriors in a nutshell. Everyone I disagree with gets blocked. This is what people do when they’re scared of hearing new ideas and differences of opinion. They want us all to become race baiting lemmings like them, which is why they’re trying so hard to purge people from social media on the grounds that their differing opinions are hate speech.
