If you like free speech and want to support what we’re doing, feel free to donate to the Turtle fund:
Hey fam – if you’d like to support Turtleboy and what we do here, feel free to hit the donate button at the top. We basically have to run this site like a Bernie Sanders campaign now since we’ve been blacklisted by Google and Facebook, due to the fact that rabid SJWs keep reporting our posts. Getting blacklisted by Google is a death sentence for most websites, since it’s much harder to monetize. And we all know the damage Facebook has done. We’re never going to stop fighting for free speech, but in the meantime the best way for turtle riders to fight back is to donate to the cause. Without you people none of this is possible. We love you all.
WCVB: Prosecutors are being forced to throw out criminal cases because of the involvement of a state trooper who’s now suspended without pay and under investigation herself, 5 Investigates has learned. Trooper Leigha Genduso has been suspended since federal court testimony surfaced from before she became a trooper. Genduso testified against a defendant and in the testimony admitted that she was involved in selling drugs and was a regular user of marijuana.
Stop right there. “Since federal court testimony surfaced from before she became a trooper.” Bitch, that shit didn’t just “surface.” We printed. Turtleboy. See how we linked WCVB in bold lettering in the paragraph above? That’s what you do when you’re a legitimate media outlet that quotes or gets information from another media outlet. I know, I know – it’s hard for you to swallow that a boy on a turtle beat you to this story. But swallow it you will.
One of the cases being dismissed involves Benito Ruiz-Rivera of Roslindale, who was charged by Massachusetts State Police with possession to distribute a white powder believed to be cocaine, driving an unregistered and uninsured motor vehicle, and possession of alcohol and marijuana in the car. Genduso and her K-9 Kojack were called in to conduct a “narcotics sniff” of Ruiz-Rivera’s car. Now all of those charges against Ruiz-Rivera have been dismissed, according to the DA, because Trooper Genduso was involved in the investigation.
This isn’t the only fallout from the investigation of Genduso. In addition to Suffolk County, district attorneys in Middlesex and Norfolk counties tell 5 Investigates they’ve also had to throw out cases involving Genduso.
Gov. Charlie Baker said he isn’t familiar with the details of the cases being dismissed, but was firm in his statement about Trooper Genduso: “She is suspended without pay, as she should be for misrepresenting and falsifying information when she applied to the department.”
Massachusetts State Police say their investigation into Genduso is progressing, and once completed, the agency will take appropriate action commensurate with the results of that investigation. Until that time Genduso remains suspended without pay. State Police also say as part of her ongoing reforms, Col. Kerry Gilpin increased the staffing in the department’s Internal Affairs Section to expedite internal investigations.
This is so awesome. Never thought I’d see the day Turtleboy would be celebrating the overturned convictions of drug dealers, but this needed to happen. Every single case this lying fraud was involved in should be overturned. How the hell are you gonna be arrested by a drug dealing, tax evading, money laundering, perjurer? It’s insane that they think they can sweep this under the rug and lie to us about who did what background check, and tell us that Jodi Dotolo and Genduso weren’t friends before she joined the MSP.
Do I want criminals to go free? Nope. But the bigger criminals are the dopes who used their positions of authority to let a drug dealer into the MSP. Charlie Baker is trying to pin it all on her for “misrepresenting” herself, but she had no authority or power over this. What did she do wrong? Sure, she didn’t tell them in her application that they had previously investigated her for drug trafficking. But guess what? It was the MSP’s job to figure that out on their own. If it’s up to the applicants to be honest about their criminals background, then any drug dealer off the street could just walk into the Academy. After all, they don’t do background searches in the MSP.
Oh wait, they did know that and they let her in anyway. I hope thousands and thousands of criminals get released from jail. I want absolute chaos. I want the state to lose billions of dollars in lawsuits. Maybe then heads will finally start to roll. Because the fact that Marian McGovern and Jodi Dotolo got away with their crimes, disgusts me more than anything.
