Her given name is Julie Rocco-Jewels, better known around these parts by Emily Thickinson. She made her Turtleboy debut in 2018 when the recovering junkie form Holyoke cashed in on a $2,300 GoFundMe to buy a computer so she could write a book, and then immediately started another one to make it look like she didn’t raise that much money.
Basically writing doesn’t pay, and she didn’t wanna get a job, so she constantly gave people guilt trips to fund her unemployed lifestyle. Months later Bristol blogged about her when she virtue signaled about what a hero she was because she allegedly gave a junkie a Narcan cocktail in a Dunkin Donuts bathroom, took her picture, and then posted it on Facebook.
Well, she’s back, and this time she’s making up shady stories and publicly shaming Lyft drivers who probably did nothing wrong.
Poor Felipe was getting roasted on this post for a few days before she finally took it down. Just to review her attention seeking lie this time:
- Her Lyft driver added a stop to her drive home and she agreed
- Somewhere along the way he ended up in Holyoke and abandoned her at 11 PM
- She then said that SHE chose to go to that destination, but when she didn’t come out fast enough he bounced, which is completely different from him adding a stop and then throwing her out of the car
- She left all her shit in the car and called Felipe but he said it wasn’t there, and she calls this theft
- She claims she’s now getting strange phone calls and is worried that her Lyft driver (gasp) knows where she lives
- Someone dropped her car keys off at CVS, they called her to tell her that, and now she’s freaking out because someone could’ve made copies of her keys
- Now she’s broke and can’t afford to go to Pennsylvania this weekend seek out help for a “certain health matter”
- She claimed she paid for a ride both ways AND tipped Felipe, even though you don’t tip a Lyft driver until after the ride is completed
- She wants Lyft to reimburse her for the ride she supposedly paid for and never got but that ain’t happening so it’s “theft”
Gee whiz, I wonder what she was doing in Holyoke at 11 PM? What can you buy in Holyoke around that time that you probably wouldn’t go to West Springfield for? Can’t think of anything a “recovering” junkie could purchase there. Either way, this isn’t how ride share companies work. Everything is traceable. If she paid to get from point A to point B and Felipe didn’t bring her there, it’s an easy fix. No pun intended.
After getting called out by her own friends who clearly knew something was up, the next day she dirty deleted and announced that she had relapsed.
Blah, blah, blah, pay attention to me, blah, blah, blah.
Two days later she was still complaining about Felipe, while virtue signaling about how she was gonna beat addiction this time.
And today she announced that she hasn’t showered in a few days, but she did get some of her shit back after she lost it and blamed it on Felipe for “stealing it.” Oh, and she’s using fentanyl “cautiously” because that’s a thing you can do now.
Yes, that’s right – she’s announcing to the world that she’s doing fentanyl, but she’s clean because there’s no needles involved. And I still can’t figure out what she was doing in Holyoke that night.
This woman somehow has an army of friends and followers who kiss her ass and tell her how strong she is for (checks notes) doing fentanyl.
You have to be kidding me. Ya see all those people? They’re the real problem. This woman is obviously in serious need of psychological and medical help, and this crowd of idiots who wanna get off on an inspirational story are telling this woman how proud they are of her so that she can feel good about herself and convince herself that her recovery is going just fine. Because of enablers like this she has no reason to ever correct what she’s doing. After all, they’ll just tell her how brave she is no matter what she does.
We blog about people like this because their lies aren’t harmless. They’re manipulating people, posting pictures of other addicts who probably wouldn’t want their lowest moments to be shared by a stranger on Facebook so they can get some likes, and smearing innocent people like poor Felipe because they can’t get their shit together.

I used to be a lyft driver. Some people are so inconsiderate and rude. He probably left her because she took to long at the stop. Please keep in mind we don’t get paid when people take forever inside a store on a stop. Its not fair to leave your driver waiting beyond 5 minutes on a stop, and if you can’t avoid it at least have enough common decency to tip them.
What a maroon. I do rideshare in my free time so that my ex wife has a nice house to bang her new boyfriend of the week in, so I feel I have a unique perspective regarding this.
Lyft will give a passenger their money back for pretty much any reason whatsoever. They are not hard nosed and tight with giving refunds. They will always side with the passenger before the driver. Always.
During stops while on a Lyft ride, the passenger has a time limit for how long they can take. Driver can move on after that time has passed. While the driver waits, they are paid $0.27 per minute. Would you wait around for this junk box for less than 30 cents a minute or move on and get a passenger that isn’t a junkie? Easy answer.
My thoughts are that Felipe had a dash cam and the junkie was doing junkie shit – either being sketchy, abusive or straight up insane. That’s the only time Lyft won’t refund.
Miss Rhine-Stones is a simulant of sobriety, no doubt knowing the program well enough to turn around and use to scam the FB hicks and justify her addiction to herself, as well as anyone still tied to her.
Her 13 year old daughter will turn into a 16 year old hater.
So this is how the white girls from middle class Massachusetts families describe their habits — they have “health matters.” Her way of saying she thinks she’s better than those who sleep at night around Methadone Mile.
She was probably heading to the Kensington neighborhood in Philadelphia, a notorious open-air drug market. I hope someone calls child services for her daughter.

They actually pass out free fent testing kits at all the methadone\suboxone clinics. So that junkies can test their stuff to see if it’s fent or heroin. I’m not sticking up for this woman at all. I don’t think that anyone with children should be doing any dope at all. Probably about 90% of opiate users are abusing opiates. But there are a few people out there, like myself, that use opiates recreationally. I have a small amount maybe once or twice a week, have been for over 20 years. It’s no different than having a drink or two like a lot of people do. It’s just a matter of having a sense of shame and pride. And I have both. There’s nothing worse than people that chose not to control their own behavior and blame the drugs. It’s a choice. Not a disease. Cancer is a disease. This bitch is just desperate for attention.
Well, to find heroin nowadays that isn’t laced with fentanyl is the exception and you’re going to need a very good connection to get it fentanyl free. Any old school junkie can look at it and tell instantly. Light brown with a look that it has been infested with sugar is a sure giveaway. The high only lasting 20 minutes is another.
People who really want to stop using do not go online and tell that to their “Friends list” they just do it. It’s not anybody else’s concern what the hell you do. If you really wanted to get better you would just being doing without needing every Tom, dick and Harry to give you that pat on the back. Good job girl, you didn’t use needles this time. Here’s a reality check, you can die and get stds from sniffing it too, your a junkie you should know that already so you shouldn’t be proud that you didn’t stick yourself. You probably collapsed all your veins and just couldn’t, so you didn’t. I hate this give me a cookie shit, I’m getting help for me, cause I don’t want to die. Bullshit. WHO leaves their purse in a Lyft car & runs an errand without it? When I take rude shares, my purse is around my arm. I’d never leave it in the backseat & “run an errand.” Who knows how long she left this guy waiting, until he finally left. I doubt the driver even saw the purse. Chances are the next riders took it. I mean, think about where they were and the time of night! I believe the driver looked for it when she got in touch with him, but it was gone by then. Again, I repeat WHO THE #%*^ leaves their purse in a rude share and goes to run an errand. Not the sharpest tool in the shed.
