A while back we had someone file a Freedom of Information Act request on Mosaic Cultural Complex, in regards to the check for $17,496 that the city wrote Mosaic on 6/29/15. We just got it back today, and it is the most damning piece of evidence against Mosaic that has come forward so far. Let’s take a look, shall we?
Here’s the check:
As you can see there are a couple problems with this check. First of all, it’s made out to Mosaic Cultural Complex. The problem with that is that Mosaic’s own lawyer readily admits that Mosaic is not a legal entity, and thus the city is required to pay them by law through a fiscal agent:
“Howard Stempler, an attorney representing Mosaic on Tuesday night, explained that the organization is now filing to become an official non-profit. Mosaic has in the past done non-profit work with fiscal agents managing their money, the lawyer said.”
The other question is, why the hell is the check made out to 23 Hamilton Street? Mosaic operates out of city property on 41 Piedmont Street. This is 23 Hamilton Street:
We’d love to know why the checks were sent to this address.
Next up, we saw that the payment for $17,496 wasn’t for the year, it was for the quarter (10/1/14-12/31/14). However, they requested $46,137.62:
So why did the city only give them $17,496? Well here is how they planned on dispersing the $46,137.62:
Let’s break this down. Brenda decided to pay herself $33 an hour and billed the city for 121 hours of work. So did a bunch of other people. Now keep in mind, they only receive city money for the purpose of helping black men receive hypertension medical care. But the name that should stand out the most on that payment request is Michael Jerry. That’s because he’s an openly racist, anti-police radical:
This man is an employee of Mosaic. A man who publicly is urging people not to cooperate with police and calling an African immigrant a “coon.” Brenda Jenkins proudly calls him an employee and thinks we should give him our money.
But they didn’t get the money you will notice. Why not? Because they can’t prove that any of these people actually worked any of these hours:
Oops!! Yea sorry Brenda, we can’t just take your word for it. In real life you need to be able to verify that you actually did the work you claim you did.
So the $17,496 ultimately went to this:
We have no idea what “occupancy” means, but it was denied anyway. And the “Amin 8%” was only half funded. The Nurse (RN) makes sense, since we are paying for blood pressure screening.
But Red Tab Consulting took $15,000 for it. So obviously we had to find out what the hell Red Tab Consulting is. Here’s their website. The company is run by Southbridge resident, and 19th ranked Worcester hippie Keesha LaTulippe. Why the hell would Mosaic consult her? Remember, the only reason they are given money is to improve the lives of urban black men by helping them get their blood pressure tested. I must’ve missed that part in Red Tab Consulting’s mission statement:
We provide consultation for strategic planning, action planning, and evaluation in addition to comprehensive training in the areas of structural racism in the workplace, in schools, and health & human services. Our model incorporates a psycho-socio-political framework to understand the complex dynamics that we see as institutional racism. More importantly, our model allows individuals to find themselves in that system and plot a course for targeted, measurable, effective change.
Whether we are working withor institutions, the goals and process of capacity building are essentially the same; build a shared language, analysis, goals, and process by increasing knowledge and skills in a safe and supportive environment. However, the content that is used with these groups are highly tailored to the individuals participating in the process.
We have worked with groups seeking to demonstrate their cultural competence, diversify their workplace, and increase outreach to minority and disenfranchised communities.
Holy buzzwords!! I see a lot of typical hippie terminology, but nowhere do I see the words “hypertension” or “blood pressure.” I do however see the phrase, “training in the areas of structural racism in the workplace, in schools.” AKA she is trying to sell schools training in structural racism. If a school like North High School is perceived to have racist or “culturally incompetent” teachers, they could consult her company, write her a check, and have her and her pal Joyce McNickles come into the school and teach them about how they are all perpetuating “structural racism.” She is a salesman for diversity training and in order to pay her bills she has to make people believe that racism is rampant. But obviously this has nothing to do with blood pressure.
Keesha LaTulippe was one of the hippies who got a closed door meeting with Ed Augustus, Joe Petty, Lisa Dyer, and Melinda Boone back in March, when cops at North High School was all the rage. She’s pictured in the Worcester Magazine article on the far right:
Keesha was one of the people beating the drum about North High teachers being too white:
Keesha Casserole, whose real name may or may not be Keesha Jolly, also may or may not be a resident of Southbridge, which is odd because she’s getting closed door meetings with the most powerful leaders in Worcester:
Ya see what they did there? They don’t want cops in the school because it’s bad for business. Unlike RBG and the other morons for hire, they don’t actually believe any of this shit. They’re just in it for the money. Follow the money. If cops are in the school that means there’s no “district-wide inclusion training” required. And they’re trying to bill the city of Worcester for diversity training like this. Cops in North High are bad for business, and the fact that they drastically improved the safety in that building towards the end of the year was of no consequence to the Circlejerk.
Meanwhile, teachers at North High School were repeatedly denied access to Melinda Boone. She came to a faculty meeting but refused to answer any questions, and instead bragged about her charts. Let that sink in. Teachers who are invested in the education of their students aren’t allowed to give their input on school safety, but a bunch of race pimps for hire, trying to sell the city diversity training for a private corporation, get a meeting. This is how your city operates.
But unlike some of the other clown shows at Mosaic, Keesha actually has her shit together. She filed paperwork documenting the work she had been doing for the 480 hours she billed the city over a three month period. Just keep in mind that this comes out to 40 hours per week, including Christmas, Thanksgiving, Veterans Day, and Columbus Day. Yet she has other clients on top of Mosaic, such as UMass Medical School. She must work 90 hours a week if what she is saying is true. Here’s her time sheets:
That was her time sheet for October. We would show you November and December’s time sheets, but they are copy and pasted the same exact thing. Ya got that? She wants us to believe that she allocated the exact same amount of hours for each of these endeavors in each of the three months she was paid for. And the city just wrote her a check because….fuck it. It’s easier to just write it off sometimes.
The best part of her billing the city were these gems:
She’s billing the city for “cultural competency,” and “training in partnership with Mosaic’s partners in the area of undoing racism and institutional racism.” This is a woman who is receiving taxpayer money under the guise of helping black men with hypertension. So yea, I can see how billing the city for undoing racism training and cultural competency would fit into that category.
It’s not surprising really. She’s very good at her craft. Keesha’s made a career out of this:
- In January she spoke out against a City Council resolution that commended the WPD for their fine work.
- In December of 2007 there was a press conference held to announce that U.S. Rep. James P. McGovern’s Task Force on Youth Violence had received state grant money toward fighting violence. Since she has a lot of influence she got to choose the guest speaker for the presser. She chose a guy named Tyrone Gamble, who unbeknownst to congressman McGovern and everyone else, was the poster boy for violence. Three weeks prior to the press conference he was in Worcester Court facing charges of illegal possession of a firearm without an FID card. He’s been in and out of jail for a variety of gun and drug offenses. Keesha knew this and still chose him to speak at this presser.
- She also accused the city of Worcester of institutional racism in 2013, when they shutdown the Henry Lee Willis Community Center, after it was discovered they owed millions of dollars and were a fraudulent and borderline criminal organization. Why? Oh I dunno, maybe because she was the Assistant to the Executive Director for Henry Lee Willis.
The list goes on and on with her. Google her and knock yourself out. You might as well know more about her, since she’s basically calling all Worcester residents racist who don’t subscribe to her brand of radical anti-cop ideology.
The bottom line is that Mosaic gets money from the city for one purpose and one purpose alone – to provide hypertension services to men of color. Yet when you peruse their website you don’t see any pictures of nurses or black men getting their blood pressure tested. You do see a lot of pictures of them receiving more grant money from UMass Med School (with Sarai Rivera, Rep. Mary Keefe, and former mayor Joe O’Brien):
pictures of a “women of color breakfast,” which is weird because they are being paid only to service men of color for hypertension:
pictures of Brendan dancing with the sunshine kid
RBG’s sewing pow-wows
and pictures of Brenda being given award after award at fancy dinners, because they worship and protect her like the Queen Bee:
Look who else was at this dinner honoring Brenda Jenkins for bilking the taxpayers:
Keesha and #20 hippie Marianna Islam. Of course. You knew they weren’t gonna miss the free meal.
You also see videos like this from Jim McGovern, kissing Brenda’s ass all the way from Washington:
Is it any wonder why Mosaic gets all this grant money? They have the backing of the most powerful people from Worcester. The solution of course is just to change who those powerful people are, and the only way you can do that is by voting. That’s why democracy is so awesome. Because we can get rid of the shitbags who can’t take their hands out of the cookie jar.
