A young man accused of pointing a gun at Holyoke police officers over the weekend was out on $100 bail for a drug and weapons case out of Chicopee.

The 22News I-Team reviewed documents at Chicopee District Court, which show that Hector Guzman was arrested May 25 in Chicopee for heroin distribution, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and possession of a taser. He was arraigned the following day, and Judge Bethzaida Sanabria-Vega granted him $100 bail.

Saturday night, Holyoke Police Lt. Jim Albert says that officers had to draw their weapons on Guzman, who had pointed a 9mm handgun at them at a housing project on Leary Drive. Guzman ultimately dropped the gun and ran away, but was caught a short time later by police.

Albert says that Guzman is a “known member” of the Bloods gang in Holyoke. Lt. Albert said “many families live in the housing project, and officers didn’t want to endanger any of them.”

Screen Shot 2016-06-06 at 1.50.12 PM

Yea, so this basically debunks two main things that protesters have been whining about for the last couple years:

  1. White privilege. If white people had privileges that people of color did not, then Hector Guzman would be dead. And he’d certainly be in jail for a lot more than $100 bail. That’s insane.
  2. Police are trigger happy in the hood. Actually it’s the exact opposite. The police officers had a gun pointed at them by a known gang banger, and instead of shooting him and eliminating the threat to their life, they chose not to because they did not want to endanger the innocent people who are trying to live life in the housing project.

It also proves two things:

  1. Police are so afraid of the reaction from the media and the protesters that they’re hesitant to shoot dangerous criminals. They have made themselves much easier targets.
  2. Judges are endangering our safety by releasing these career criminals back into the streets on such small bail.

Judge Bethzaida Sanabria-Vega became a judge in 2010 when Deval Patrick appointed her.

09oct-member-month-picture (1)

And she’s got a really interesting past:

“Massachusetts District Court Judge Bethzaida Sanabria-Vega issued a “harassment prevention order” against a blogger, Dan Valenti, whose web site provided critical coverage of the actions of Meredith Nilan, the daughter of a senior court official, who struck a pedestrian with her car (leaving him with a broken neck), and then drove off (she was charged with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, but in a deal with prosecutors, she will avoid any jail time in the case). The judge ordered Valenti to stop blogging about Nilan, demanding that he take down his prior blog posts about her, and remove “any and all references” to Nilan on “any and all” web sites.”The judge’s order in Nilan v. Valenti is a patent, flagrant violation of the First Amendment, as two lawyers, a law professor, and I noted in a July 4 story in the Berkshire Eagle that quoted us.”

So she likes to shut down blogs for uncovering corrupt court officials? Hey Bethzaida – you don’t wanna poke the turtle. This is why we are anonymous by the way. They’d never be able to pull any of us into court. It’s almost impossible to shut down Turtleboy. As you saw when Gordon Davis tried suing Turtleboy for $153,000, and Judge Davis basically was like, “we have no idea who Turtleboy is – case dismissed.”

So basically this judge is willing to take unprecedented steps to kill free speech because it’s critical of someone’s niece who she eats lunch with, but she’ll let out a dangerous gang banger who pointed a gun at a cop. Welcome to Massachusetts.

See,now I’m posting without my avatar. Big fucking deal! I’m sure that filthy gash ProfessorM will jump all over me again. Good job on trying to drive a wedge between Fiesty and I but we belong together so you’re gonna have to accept it.

I found out who the fuck you are asshole. IP address, e-mail address, then googled your name then got your home location information. It is not really that hard to do but you need to make certain requests.

I got them and I got you. Cease and desist or it will rain on your parade like you have never known before in your little pathetic life you coward hiding behind my screen name.

I invite you to keep it up. The more evidence I get the stronger my case. It truly is that simple. Go ahead.

First of all..this fat piece of shit SHOULD have been shot. I need to be careful what I call him because TBS censors and deletes any comment I make about specific welfare sucking, lazy, criminal ethnic groups as I have noticed from previous posts. Not that I blame the blog. EVERYONE caves to political correctness….even the Turtle.

Second…TBS was right on when they said:

    “It also proves two things:

Police are so afraid of the reaction from the media and the protesters that they’re hesitant to shoot dangerous criminals. They have made themselves much easier targets.”

I have been saying that since Ferguson after that fucking debacle all because a cop was defending his life and the life of others from a CRIMINAL SAVAGE. Police are eventually going to be killed left and right because they fear persecution and prosecution for firing their weapons at some piece of ass flesh.

    • BobnMic
      June 8, 2016 at 2:28 pm

I just hope the hell Cops do not cave into the current rhetoric surrounding the events in Ferguson. They need to protect themselves, protect us from these absolute fucking savages, then go home at the end of their shifts in one piece to their families. Then unfortunately do it all over again the next day.

People think times are tough in the middle east. Well they are of course but how about right the fuck here in our own back yards. Cities, towns all across America being tortured and terrorized by Gang banging little weenie fucknuts and when a Cop takes one of them out – Oh hey – bad Cop – give me and the rest of America a fucking break already.

Thank you TB for spotlighting a small fraction of the outrageous decisions handed down by SOME of these District and Superior Court Judges in Massachusetts. Just like any profession, many are very good BUT a few are horrifyingly bad. As with anything else….it always seems to be THE SAME JUDGES.
Please look into the absolute absurdity that is the criminal advocate and all out activist Judge Margret Guzman. Famously, the worst Judge who has ever handed down laughable decisions in that building.

Who was that little guy that was a CDC judge in Worcester that was probably worse than Guzman? Years ago I’m thinking. Everybody hated him. I can’t remember his name.

I swear what ever you think I am doing I am not doing. Every once one in a while I skip a letter in my email address because it so fucking long then it comes out like a plain avatar. But I always immediately retract with a, “I forgot my Taz.” Now my other imposters do not do that do they?

No more please. If I was going to be that much of an assface wouldn’t you think I’d at least change my name or something? Comeon and I was talking about CDC judges that had nothing to do with you for God sake. This is getting crazy here already.

Hey alright that is it I’ve had enough and you and yours bringing the feud back. And you want to know fucking something you unbelievably stupid little bitches. As the referees say in the NFL about a play being reviewed, “Upon further review” – “The play was an incomplete pass, there was illegal contact on the defensive side of the ball, however the offense have regained possession which regains possession of the ball. First down!!!” (Fuck it is a sports blog isn’t it?)

That in real life that means go fuck yourself fucknut. How dare you continuously challenge my integrity. How many times do I have to fucking explain myself. It should have just been one time to apologize. That’s fucking it.

Are you fuck holes running out of people to fuck with so you come back to me? Is that it? My God. SJWs written all over this one.

I think it’s time to un-appoint any judge who was appointed during Patrick’s disastrous, useless, worst-in-state-history joke of a Governorship!! How many times do you hear a story like this, and then not surprisingly learn it was a Deval appointee?? Seems to be a very common theme too…I just can’t quite pin it down though! He was absolutely no friend of law enforcement. That was well known! He, along with another very powerful and popular politician are completely responsible for allowing things to get this out of hand statewide and nationwide!! Speak up for what is right, and leave race out of it!!!

If you point a gun at a cop, you deserve to be shot.

How does this become about black people? Ask yourself why is there so much anger and hatred in the tone of commentators when bringing up the “black lives matter” movement or “the protestors. It’s almost as if it hurts the people commenting to the core, why such deep emotion? Hatred maybe? The name Obama has almost become a curse word in our world, a ” black” president who is just as much white as he is black. Off topic… If the police went into suburban neighborhoods sticking their hands in peoples pockets and searching there homes, would they find anything? A little child porn maybe ?

    • BobnMic
      June 7, 2016 at 1:59 am

Let me put it this way . I am probably more sick of racism than anybody else on this blog. If not than I am tied for first place. This is the product of two things:

      1. The failure of this current President to speak to the people of color during moments of domestic incidents involving police and Black Americans and,

      2. The result being the actual free for all attitude for the very few thugs that are Black that took advantage of this very fact. Obama could have stopped this a long time ago but chose not to.

Look, one of my best friends in this whole world is a Black man. I have known him for more than half of my life. And he was the first that brought me to this very conclusion after much discussion and cold beer.

    • Wwy
      June 7, 2016 at 2:34 am

All lives matter so you know, and Obama is bi-racial please don’t disregard his white mother and white grandparents that’s racism. Colors are for gangs. Bloods(red),crips(blue),etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. etc. pick a color and shoot the other. Black lives matter is a gang similar to the KKK both are segregationists. I and others here don’t support either hostile ideology.

      • BobnMic
        June 7, 2016 at 2:58 am

Much truth and logic to this. Segregationists really do describe what the fuck is wrong going on currently. Is it fixable? Of course it is. Anything that is broken can be fixed. All we need is leadership. Unfortunately we do not have it now.

Man oh man Turtle you nailed it with the, “It also proves two things” part of your article that resonates with me. I hope to hell that current law enforcement at all levels throughout this country do not forget their respective training on the force continuum policies and when in need of the top layer of the use of deadly force do not hesitate for fear of fucking media scrutiny and the fucking BLM outrage.

Failure to do so will mean that these few militant BLM assfucks are winning and they can never win. Plus you may never finish your tour of duty and go home to your families. The goal is always to home in one piece. Fuck the media, fuck Black LIves Matter and fuck everything thing else that would get in the way of the men and women in blue to do their jobs.

I could never be a Cop in this day and age. I would lose my shit day one on the job with these fucknuts. Stay safe thin blue line and you are all much more appreciated than you think…

As long as the blogger wasn’t telling lies about the case, there is no valid reason why he should have obeyed the order. He should have continued and pressed the order on constitutional grounds.
