So Palmer it hurts.

A few months ago we fell in love with this picture from the great town of Southbridge:
Amazing.
But a turtle rider sent us a picture from Palmer, which although it didn’t come out as well as the Southbridge masterpiece, might be more legendary:
Because sometimes you just have to take your Busch Light 30 rack for a walk. Amazing job. Of course this is hardly surprising. When you drive around Palmer this the ambiance that you soak in:
When I look at those pictures the first thing I think is, “Busch Light.” And if the wife is using the family shopping cart at the Family Dollar, you just have to improvise.
Question – is Busch Light a step up or a step down from Natural Light? Do we have an official ranking of shitty cheap beers? Because I’m willing to bet Busch, Natty Light, Keystone Light, and Milwaukee’s Best are single handedly keeping the Palmer economy alive and well.
The funny part about Palmer is that in 2013 they voted AGAINST having a casino built in town. Because the danger of a Palmerite being hit by some moron who just blew his life savings on slots while he’s pushing his Busch Light in a baby carriage apparently outweighs all the tax revenue that Palmer clearly does not need. Because as you can see, the economy in Palmer is thriving.
We urge you to support the Turtleboy Sponsors by doing business with them. Without them none of this is possible. Click on any of them to check out their sites or Facebook pages.

The photo is taken from in front of Tenczars food mart in three rivers. (The shitty wolf den infested part of three rivers) they also found a dead body in between the Dominic’s resteraunt building and adjacent building a few years back. The other photos are taken on old Warren rd in Palmer. The one with all of the junk by the garage is on old Warren rd in front of John Lizaks property. (If you grew up in Palmer you definetly know who he is. He owned probably almost half the land in Palmer up until he died just a few years ago)
What a town! I’d run for mayor, if only to kiss a few babies.
Maybe one little bundle of joy is a growler from Tree House
Oh, and Kudos to Three Rivers and Palmer for flying multiple flags in that photo alone.
For what it’s worth:
1. Busch light
2. Natty
3. Keystone
AND a Distant distant 4th
4.Beast
Oh and shut the fuck up Bob.
That is all.
-The Captain
Busch and natty are the same thing in a different can. Keystone is instant diarrhea. And the Beast…. Only once did I make that mistake.
Don’t forget Pabst Blue Ribbon – the champagne of shitty, cheap piss water beer.
Let’s see, do we deduce:
A) He pawned the kid for the 30
B) Forgot the kid at the Sack N Suds
C) Left the kid alone at the trailer to go get the 30
D) Strollerjacking
E) Fill in the blank
The Palmer picture is way more legendary. Though the Southbridge picture is still great, there could have been a very good reason as to why he was on his bike (doesn’t have a car, trying to use his car less, etc.). There is just nothing to justify the baby carriage.
The Southbridge photo is more entertaining, much better quality too. Another example of how much of the state is a disaster. While the focus is almost always on Boston and pouring money into it.
I passed that car couple weeks ago on my way to Wilbraham.
So Palmer it hurts or South bridge or Webster or Spence of Fitchburg o Spence or…
That’s some good hustle right there! And what a waste of a nice 83 Cutlass, I had one of those when I was a teen, great ride. Fix that thing up.
I am a fucking no good coke head drug dealer and a proud piece of shit. Might as well nail me to the cross and crucify me. And I “F bomb” all the time. The neighbors hate me. Also, I’m a stupid moron with an ugly face and a big butt and my butt smells and…I like to kiss my own butt.
That guy with the baby carriage is in Three Rivers, “A nice place to Live”. Some of those stores shown were vacant when I was a kid. The Steaming Tender is really good if you happen to be in Palmer. I think the Southbridge pic is more legendary as I can’t fault an old guy for using something to help him transport his beer. Although he looks like he is about to Jaywalk about 15 feet from an actual crosswalk.
Thank you for bringing up the three rivers I was going to say that. And not all of palmer is like that. Only s. Main st, bondsville, three rivers, and thorndike. McDonald’s is nice I guess now that I think about it.
