ESPN: Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is not a believer in protesting by sitting or kneeling during the national anthem. Speaking to Yahoo! on Monday morning, Ginsburg had some harsh words for San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick and other players who have decided to kneel during the national anthem in protest of racial inequality.

“I think it’s really dumb of them,” Ginsburg said. “Would I arrest them for doing it? No. I think it’s dumb and disrespectful. I would have the same answer if you asked me about flag burning. I think it’s a terrible thing to do, but I wouldn’t lock a person up for doing it. I would point out how ridiculous it seems to me to do such an act. But it’s dangerous to arrest people for conduct that doesn’t jeopardize the health or well-being of other people. It’s a symbol they’re engaged in.

Ginsburg, 83, told Yahoo! she didn’t feel Kaepernick and other players should be punished for their protests but made it clear that she would disagree with their stance.

“If they want to be stupid, there’s no law that should be preventive,” Ginsburg said. “If they want to be arrogant, there’s no law that prevents them from that. What I would do is strongly take issue with the point of view that they are expressing when they do that.”

Ya know that your protest is a joke and you have no friends when the most liberal justice on the Supreme Court takes a steamy RBG dump all over you. Is he still taking a knee now that everyone stopped paying attention? Did racism get fixed yet? No? Then she’s absolutely right. He has every right to do what he’s doing. No one is debating that. But the whole thing can be summed up in one brilliant word – “stupid.” Kneeling is a respectful sign of reverence. You are kneeling for a flag that you claim represents a country that oppresses you. That’s the definition of stupid. And you just got called “stupid” by a SCOTUS justice known for exclusively siding with anyone who aligns themselves on the side of “social justice.” If you can’t win her over then you are a joke.

I would assume that SJW’s would have to agree with her right? After all, the woman has done more for social justice than every protester in the world combined. Oh wait, what’s that? SJW’s are all up in arms about the mean white woman exercising her privilege? You don’t say….

This is why it’s pointless to try to reach any sort of common ground with SJW’s. Because it’s either 100% their way, or you’re a racist. One or the other.

Ya know why all these people are saying stuff like this? Because most of them don’t know who she is, and the rest are just shocked that she’s not as dumb as they are to fall for Kaepernick’s bullshit. They don’t know that she’s sided with the progressives on Citizens United. They don’t know that she ruled against colleges that discriminated against women. They don’t know that she sided with gay folks with the 2014 Hobby Lobby decision.

Oh yea, and most importantly for people of color who think they’re being oppressed, RBG was a dissenting voter in a 2013 case that virtually gutted the Voting Rights Act. You ding dongs ever heard of the Voting Rights Act? Did you know it was torn apart three years ago? Probably not, because you’re more focused on blocking traffic than you are about actual legislation that affects people of color. No big deal, the Voting Rights Act was only the major piece of legislation that Martin Luther King marched and ultimately gave his life for. Who cares about that when we’ve got REAL heroes like Colin Kaepernick taking one for the team?

Ya see, her dissenting vote actually mattered. It affected policy. Kaepernick’s protests have not and will not change anything, hence why she was calling it “stupid.”

See that? This moron is so ill informed and “stupid” that he believes RBG is some sort of conservative justice, when in fact she redefines what it means to be a liberal. This is how dumb people are who support Kaepernick.

Yup, who cares if she’s been a consistent vote for all things “social justice” throughout her entire tenure. The fact of the matter is that she’s old, therefore it’s OK to shit on her.

So let me get this straight. Kaepernick, who is only a known person because he plays football, expresses his opinion while being paid $119 million to ride the bench, and he’s a hero. RBG expresses her opinion, and despite the fact that her entire career has dealt with expressing opinions on matters of speech, she must stop talking. Got it. So basically the half white guy with two white parents can say whatever he wants, but the ol’ Jew broad should speak when spoken to. Yup, nothing sexist about that!! Yay for social justice!!

Look, whether you’re conservative or liberal the undeniable fact of the matter is that every Supreme Court Justice is much smarter than you. Seriously, 99% of the people who whine about SCOTUS decisions don’t actually read the justices opinions on the cases because their simple minds wouldn’t be able to comprehend all the big words. These are brilliant people. So when nine brilliant people tell you you’re being stupid, you’re probably being stupid. Just sayin.
