Good news involving the Jorge Zambrano assassination of Auburn police officer Ron Tarentino – the courts did everything right. Phew. That was a close one. For a minute there I thought they royally screwed up and let this animal back on the streets with a long and documented history of attacking police, selling drugs, and weapons charges. But it turns out they’ve investigated themselves and they reached the conclusion that they got everything right:
https://twitter.com/SAllenTG/status/742406677039878144
Translation – we wouldn’t change a thing. According to the Turtlegram the judge who reached the conclusion that her coworkers all did a great job, handed out six new recommendations to make sure this doesn’t happen again. Here’s one:
“To assess how “risky” defendants going forward, with a system to be designed to recognize suspects who may be at a risk for re-offending. This system would put into place assessments regarding the impact on public safety and to “maximize the ability both to identify dangerousness and to respond appropriately.” The tool would be made available to both judges and probation officers.”
Hey here’s an idea for a system to help judges recognize who might be most at risk of offending again. If they’ve been arrested 84 times like Jorge Zambrano was, then they’re probably a high risk to re-offend. Just a hunch.
“To re-examine the “enforcement model” for high risk probationers. Justice Dawley calls in this recommendation for a review of “probation standards and policies”
Here’s a thought. If you’re dating and accepting gifts from the brother and business partner of a man who’s been arrested 84 times, you don’t get to work in probation. Especially if your name is Ashley Losapio and you’ve already admitted to giving up confidential information to known criminals in the past.
“To make past files for a defendant available to judges and probation officers for their consideration, including records from the RMV, sealed records, out-of-state records and previous case documents”
But Judge Andrew Mandell already knew all about Jorge Zambrano’s past, and he still let him free. Remember this?
Oops!!
“To strengthen judicial and probation “education programs” for high-risk offenders”
See this is part of the problem right here. Stop trying to fix savages like Jorge Zambrano. They can’t be fixed with “education programs.” They don’t give a shit. They’ve chosen a life of crime despite the fact that they’ve been told their entire lives that there are in fact other options. At this point being a criminal is just what they are. They cannot be rehabilitated, they can only be contained.
So at the end of the day it looks like we’ve learned nothing from this, Ashley Losapio is still employed and will continue to in her work in the Dudley District Court probation office, Giancarlo will continue to rip off customers with his “business,” and the Jorge Zambrano’s of the world will remain free to hurt and/or kill law abiding citizens. Welcome to Massachusetts.

Yes please Turtle Boy , he should not get away with what he has done , stealing money from innocent people to lying and making his living from the drug world . Ashlee Losapio and her step dad need to be stopped from all the corruption they have caused . Valentino and losapio need to be investigated and brought to justice .
Giancarlo , needs to pay for being a fink ! Honestly he thinks he is untouchable , you are a disgrace to all human beings . You have your brother do the work and others handle the money and you and your girlfriend live like drug dealers ! You both should be so proud of selling and addicting people to dugs. Giancarlo and Ashlee need to be looked into and made to pay for all the wrong doings they are causing !!!!! Your brother is a piece of shit that should of went to jail a long time ago and so should the both of you !!!! SCUM !
I think TB needs to keep this story GOING, we haven’t heard the last of GIANCARLO
You have enemies? Good! You have stood up for something in your life.
Winston Churchill
Give them hell Tb, remind them giants still walk the earth
Not surprised one bit. What is this state coming to? So disappointing.
Apparently Fiesty has seen your balls TB,so I’ll take her word for it. Don’t stop digging
Well… I was figuratively speaking there buddy! I haven’t seen anyone’s balls here and I would like to keep it that way! Balls aren’t first on a woman’s list…lol
“Oh, he’s sexy, I would love to see his balls!” I don’t think I have ever heard someone say that… ha!
Well, will anyone here take solace in knowing their lives will be ruined in different ways? I’m really creative, that’s for sure!! One day… Everyone has their day when it all comes crashing down. I hope it happens soon BUT not before I’m done having fun!
Que tenga todos una buena noche! 😉 😉
Hey, TB this article comes off disappointed to me, and rightfully so but don’t give up… Balls of steel is what has made your graveyard the beauty it is. Keep going even if you think you have driven toward a dead end, don’t give up.
Thank a lib.
Would love to see the day when people don’t need to be reminded about this, but things are getting worse instead of better. Maybe by the time my future great grand kids can vote,, they won’t be living in a society that has been totally destroyed by the lib agenda.
Sam Allen tweeted that out as “BREAKING” news? Wow, that just shows her inexperience in life and politics. Who for a minute though that the hack judge investigating other hack judges and hack probation officers would come to any other conclusion than he did. The officer wasn’t burried for more than a day or two and the head judge at the court was already circling the wagons dropping hints about policy being followed. Of course they threw in some bs recommendations for good measure that there will be no follow through.
We should form a citizen Court and review each other’s infractions, like speeding tickets. If you get a majority of a citizen panel to agree that the other citizen didn’t speed, well he/she obviously didn’t. Move along, nothing to see here, folks.
Corrupt. In other States Judges are elected. Here you have to be a Democrat and submit the proper payola, then you can be corrupt for life and immune from rebuke unless you really step in it.
Imagine if it was investigated, by a outside professional legal group. This is Mass., forgot for a second.
THANK GOD!! That other judges investigated this. For a minute I thought that Marsha Coakley on Muffy Healy might have done it. I think we all know how those two investigate
Like EVERYTHING else that needs to be done right, the FEDS need to be involved.
Wished the NFL worked like the Trial Court. Then we would have Gronk and Edelman investigating Brady. Nothing to see here, move along. Now this investigation will be cited constantly going forward.
