Three years ago Spencer mother Ashley Sheehan was killed in a car accident on the Mass Pike shortly after this video was posted on Facebook.
We had sources telling us that it wasn’t an accident though, because the front passenger, Gina Corrieri, had yanked the wheel after putting on her seatbelt because she was throwing a bitch fit with the driver. We published a blog about this piece of information after I personally went to the hospital and spoke with one the survivors (her boyfriend Jason) who told me what he saw in the backseat.
A year later Gina was finally arrested and her trial concluded this week with a verdict of not guilty.
As you can see, Gina’s mom is rubbing it in the victim’s faces that the woman responsible for killing Ashley will not be held responsible for her crime.
Basically Judge James Reardon said that there was reasonable doubt that she yanked the wheel because the people in the backseat were drunk and thus not reliable. According to one of the passengers who testified the last thing Gina said was “That’s it, I’m ending this,” before yanking the wheel. The driver was admittedly under the influence, speeding, and made a deal for a reduced sentence by testifying against Jungle Juice Gina. So according to Judge Reardon he couldn’t find her guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

We also got a message from someone who was on the grand jury that indicted her. According to them going with a bench trial saved her from a jury.
I was one of the grand jurors that indicted on this case. Horrific testimony. The smartest thing this girl did was pick a judge because any jury would’ve found her guilty. She put on her fucking seatbelt looked at the driver and said “I’m gonna end this,” grabbed the steering wheel and catapulted them into a rock wall.
Isn’t it crazy how many defendants pick trial by judge in this state? Almost like they know that a jury of their peers would see through their bullshit more than another Massachusetts hack judge. There will be no justice unfortunately for Ashley Sheehan and her family.

Let me start out by saying I don’t support this drunk loser in any way shape or form. With that being said:
Are you fucking dense, professor? It’s our constitutional right to waive a jury trial. An honorable judge weighed the evidence presented to him and gave his ruling. If you’re angry at anyone it should be the prosecutor. There is no conspiracy here. Her mother is rubbing her daughter’s not guilty finding in the people’s faces? Are you kidding me with his one?!? The parents of the deceased are not surfing this woman’s Facebook. This young delinquent was found not guilty by a man with more respect than you could ever dream of, THATS how she’s not guilty, you ignoramus.
You should really go to law school. For one, you could fight your own dumbass legal battles. Two, maybe you could get a real job again. Third, I think you might learn something, although I’m not sure your seemingly fried brain would retain one syllable. You’d probably squeeze and threaten you’re way through. Perhaps, you’d grow the fuck up.
I have been following this for a couple of years and what amazes me more than anything, is the hatred and lack of class in what people post.
A young mother’s life was lost because a night of crazy behavior, drinking and drugs which created chaos and ultimately a horrible car accident.
Instead of pointing fingers, calling people names, showing a complete lack of class and trying to blame the “system”, maybe everyone involved should start the healing process. Holding onto the anger will never allow you to heal. God is good every day, maybe its time for healing.

It’s human nature for victims of a crime to look for some sign of remorse and regret (thus going to her Facebook page). She didn’t show an ounce of shame.
Her scumbag friends and trashy family’s posted , “Thank God! Justice!”, “So relieved” and the worst — “Congrats”. Classless twats.
They picked a bench trial because a jury would have hung her. A bench trial gave her attorney the leeway to argue a lot of complex facts and legal subtleties that a jury most likely wouldn’t understand. Dylann Roof tried for a bench trial because of the notoriety – same here. She found not guilty more likely because of a legal complexity rather than anything to do with a “by a man with more respect than you could ever dream of”.

Witnesses who make a deal for a reduced sentence are not the most trustworthy witnesses. If I were in that position, my response to the DA would be the following: “Just tell me what you want me to say, man.”

It’s all based on moodleys testimony which is the testimony of some POS that took under age kids to drive HIM around on a drunken joyride that He SUPPLIED the alcohol to. Gina was in HIGH SCHOOL and wasn’t driving. She was young, naive, and hanging out with a 35 year old with a criminal record. What was Jay’s motive to lie? He never liked Gina. He mentioned it in his testimony in case you never read through the actual evidence. What was Andy’s motivation to lie? A reduced sentence. All this he said she said bullshit is because some angsty middle aged man is trying to blame a little girl for a night that he orcastrated. Everyone made mistakes that night. It’s time to be an adult and own up to it ✌️
I don’t really care for this kid, or his BULLSHIT myself. But I’d say in this case he is truly responsible for taking out the TRASH, (or is it “talking” out the TRASH? lol). I know, this is was just another conspiracy to ruin some young, innocent girl’s life, right? This young girl, IMHO, appears to be no more than another SPOILED LITTLE HOOD RAT who beat the system. I actually like Uncle Turtle and respect him as a journalist, but he majorly screwed this story up. I’ve met Moodley before, and he’s a total piece of shit. I dont like being around him and I personally believe he has legitimate mental health issues. I wouldn’t believe a word he said while testifying. I in no way have any ties to the Corrieris, and I think she’s probably a piece of shit too , but to send her to prison based on the testimony of someone like moodley would be a miscarriage of justice. A man in his mid 30s should never depend on children to drive him and his significant other home from a night of drunkenness. Also, he was totally fucked up off weed and alcohol right before the crash. I feel horrible for the deceased and her family, but there’s no way to know what exactly happened that night , and a young girls life should not be ruined based on testimony from a sociopathic drug dealer. Just look at his Facebook , he’s a totally full of shit loser.
I really hope uncle turtle amends this story and cites the second blog they did about this where Jason goes mental on Adrian K via text. That exchange shows the crazy that’s in Jason’s head.

She obviously knew ahead of time what she was going to do Did she tell the passengers in the back seat to put their seatbelts on? I DOUBT IT! She took care of her and that was it. In my opinion she committed murder not involuntary manslaughter…I guess if you have a mother who is going to always take care of you(she’s basically and adult) and you have no responsibility you can do as you please. Your comment lacks serious thought and understanding of how legal judgments are issued in cases like this.
The judge did base his decision solely on the FACTS.
If the judge let his emotions penetrate his thought process as you suggest he did, I’m sure the verdict would have been very different.
Be glad our legal system although not perfect is the way it is.
In certain countries around the world the driver and all of the passengers would have been executed simply because they were all breaking the law.
The legal system is not perfect, but its the best system in the world.

Speaking from my personal experience you can always count judges to do the right thing
I just don’t understand this world in many ways. How? How can people celebrate such pieces of shit with no hint of guilt or irony? How can those motherfuckers say ‘Oh thank god! Not guilty” or “God was with her?” This shit makes me sick.
You need to open your mind. If the verdict was Guilty, everyone hoping for a guilty verdict would be thanking God and posting messages that God is great, etc etc.
The system worked based on the circumstances of the case. If you are unhappy with the verdict, maybe you should question why the DA’s office did what it did and how they handled the case.
I personally don’t think God is great because of the pain so many people in this case are dealing with. But for those who believe, let them believe. Life goes on but never forget the losses everyone has suffered.
I think you’re missing the point completely. If the guilty verdict was reached this time, it would be the closes thing to justice. The not guilty verdict in this case is bullshit. So why would people be crediting god with a murdering piece of human shit going free?
Please turn that “Suicide Squad” into a “Suicide Pact”. Down the road, not across the street.
