BiBlow gate might be the biggest story we’ve ever broken at Turtleboy Sports, and it doesn’t appear to be going anywhere anytime soon. Everyone knows that Colonel McKeon jumped on the grenade and “retired” with a $188,000 pension to avoid implicating his co-conspirators in the coverup of Judge Tim Bibaud’s daughter’s arrest report. Obviously he did not find out about the report on his own, and someone clearly told him that he needed to do Judge Bibaud a solid and help his daughter avoid further embarrassment.

We said from the beginning that it was District Attorney Joe Early doing his buddy and former coworker Tim Bibaud a solid by forcing troopers to redact pertinent information from Alli Bibaud’s arrest report that could embarrass her.

Alli Bibaud also used to work for the DA’s office, and clearly she has influence.

If you don’t think he was involved in this then I have a horse ranch in Nantucket I’d like to sell you.

Now we find out that Joe Early agreed with Alli’s lawyer to impound the original police report:

The case against Ms. Bibaud was filed Oct. 17, when the criminal complaint was issued at Central District Court in Worcester. That day, the defendant’s lawyer filed a motion to impound the police report, and the motion was not opposed by the Worcester district attorney’s office.

And the stuff that was taken out of it just so happened to be the same stuff that Colonel McKeon ordered to be taken out of the report:

The Worcester DA’s office filed a motion to redact sections of the police report on Oct. 20. The Sceviour lawsuit alleges that material the court allowed to be redacted from the police report is similar to what the trooper says his commanders wanted removed.

What a coincidence!!!

Early himself said that it was necessary to take out the parts in the report where she offers to sell herself to trooper Sceviour, as well the rhetorical question about how many guys she had to blow to get the heroin she had on her, because it would make her look bad:

In a statement Friday after his office was asked why the DA did not oppose the motion to impound the police report, Mr. Early said the woman “would be at risk from prejudicial pretrial publicity.”

Pretrial publicity? If the report was never changed this trial would not receive ANY publicity!!! Do they think we’re this stupid? Do they expect us to believe that Alli Bibaud is OJ Simpson or Jody Arias? Her case wasn’t gonna get an ounce of media coverage and no one would have any idea she said these things, nor would they care. She’d just be another ratchet caught up in the opiate epidemic.

Then today the Boston Herald revealed that government officials are blowing the whistle on Early and alleging that he communicated with McKeon early on about Alli’s arrest report:

Someone in the Worcester DA’s office communicated with former state police Col. Richard McKeon “early on” about the arrest of a judge’s daughter by state troopers, a government official told the Herald.

“There was communication between both the Worcester District Attorney’s Office and McKeon on the Alli Bibaud case,” the official said yesterday.

The official did not provide further details, including who in District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.’s office spoke with McKeon or what specifically prompted McKeon’s order to alter the report, only to say it was “early on” after Bibaud’s Oct. 16 arrest.

Oh look, Turtleboy was right again. Shocking.

Here’s my question – who is gonna investigate Joe Early? Maura Healy? Early’s good friend? These people are all in bed together and could never be trusted to investigate one another. What we really need is an independent outsider to come in and get to the bottom of this. All these people do is scratch each other’s backs, donate to each other’s campaigns, and hold signs for one another, because ultimately they’re all playing for the same team.

Oh, and Charlie Baker is full of shit too:

Baker stressed to reporters — twice — that McKeon said he “initiated” the order to trooper Ryan Sceviour to erase several embarrassing details from the arrest report of Alli Bibaud, the daughter of Dudley District Court Judge Timothy Bibaud.

If you believe a State Police Colonel did this by himself, that would mean that he reads every single arrest report in the entire state. Of course he didn’t do this on his own. Someone asked him to do it, and since he’s a politically appointed hack he did what he thought he was supposed to do.

The bottom line is that Joe Early was involved in this and he’s skating free.

This and the whole debacle is typical state. It fell like a house of cards, didn’t take too long. Once in awhile, the state’s dirty doings are unmasked. If one knows the system, this comes to no surprise. It’s dirtier than ever.

I don’t know what it is but the more times I read about this the more attractive Alli becomes to me.
Let’s be honest, what’s worse a bad driving party girl who likes to suck dick for money or the scum bags in Government who fuck you everyday out of half your paycheck and don’t even have the decency to give you a reach around.

At the end of the day the Turtle is a rat . That’s about all I can take away from the fact that the rat boy is pumped about breaking this story . I also find it comical that the turdle continues to make very powerful enemies . I stick by my view that the two arresting. Troopers should have left out the alleged statements from the defendant in their report . This whole situation is not good for anyone .

so by ratting out Early he potentially saved the careers of two troopers who were ordered to be part of an illegal coverup. I’m sure there is more to it. Most of these things are quietly taken care of UNLESS the accused was a total disrespectful ass, which I’m led to believe is the case. It’s nice to help someone out and cut them a break but when someone refuses to do something illegal then you need to cut loose and not bully people with your power or the turtle we beat your rabbit ass.

Walter might want to get in her pance with his pathetic middle school journo prose, but he’s too stupid to realize there’s a gaping barn door already ripped in the crotch with a belt buckle overhead reading “enter here, additional parking in rear.”

Walter couldn’t find his way there with a compass and a bag of dicks, as much as he might try.

And you know he obsessively reloads TB.. so..

      GFY, Walter.

The people who will investigate Joseph Early is the mass board of bar overseers (the bar). They have the authority to ask nearly any question they want, but someone has to take the first step and file a complaint to review his license. If that is not acceptable then the state ethics commission and finally the voters at election time.

Also the issue of prejudicial Pretoria’s publicity is total bullshit and he can stammer his face off and it will still be bullshit. There is no amount of additional information that can come out which can taint her jury trial. Also I can’t image what lawyer is going to put this in front of a jury. This is a bench Trial but a 24D disposition is the way to go. No one is going to fight this to ensure she goes in the can. Also, if her father moved her to a nut house, this would allow the attorneys to potentially get a soft disposition without anyone knowing. If the DAs office wants a soft sentence who is going to stop them?

Anyone who gets their job at a ballot box is going to have a major problem if and when Alli is back at it after a light sentence and she plows down a bunch of kids in a crosswalk after a new drug, booze and boner bender. Massachusetts voters might be unusually tolerant of political corruption but there is a breaking point. After all these guys falling on their swords for a junkie, and all the attention this has gotten.. they ought to be wary.

Only problem with the BBO is that a complaint can be filed, but before they bring charges, the complaint is investigated. They can just drop the complaint right there – and I’m sure Baker will tell them to do.

I had a couple of friends that went to Williston and played football with Joe Early. They said he was a decent QB, but dumber than rocks. I doubt he would have got into that school on his own merits, even though it was a second-tier prep school at the time.

This is a very dangerous precedent to set in this state. Nothing compared to three former speakers of the house to be convicted felons of the fourth to be considered “an inidicted co-conspirator. This is at a different level. Almost Kennedyesque’ in its corruptive manner, this will reverberate much like the drug lab scandal. How many reports have been altered and how many times has the court been lied to ? “Thousands of times” , according to the now former Colonel. What’s next ?

And with an amazing pension, no less. Now the tax payers can fund the new colonel and the old one.

All of the hard working people in this state should move away and leave the degenerates to flounder when there’s no one left to foot their bills!!!
