The State Police are investigating how Leigha Genduso managed to become a State Trooper. It’s clear that her six years as a State Police dispatcher helped, as that is how she met her ex-boyfriend disgraced Lt. Colonel Daniel Risteen. A number of people suggested that her boss when she was a dispatcher, now deceased Gary McLaughlin, was the one who hired her. She did thank him on his obituary:
And as you can see, she credits him with hiring her.
Far be it from us to speak ill of the dead, but it’s imperative we find out how an admitted criminal became a state trooper, and apparently Gary might’ve used his influence to help her out. And the fact of the matter is that right on Leigha’s open LinkedIn page she has one person who has written her a recommendation. Guess who?
“Leigha is a consummate professional and I would recommend her for any position requiring leadership, integrity. Her efforts are i keeping with the highest traditions of the Massachusetts State Police.”
Yea, personally I’d recommend her for any position requiring previous experience with money laundering and wrapping drugs in Christmas paper. But apparently Mr. McLaughlin’s views on professionalism, leadership, and integrity differ from ours. Because Leigha Genduso was never any of those things. She was a pot dealer who saved her own ass by diming out her ex-boyfriend and sending him to prison when he was no longer of use to her. Then she married a corrections officer, is rumored to have had an affair with a VERY high ranking member of the Sheriff’s Office (who we have yet to verify and disclose the name of), ditched him, dated a man 20 years her elder (Risteen), and dumped him when he was of no use to her. This isn’t integrity. It’s just fucking people who can get you nice things while fucking over those who can’t.
So obviously his written recommendation helps. But look at all these law enforcement officials who have also endorsed her on her LinkedIn page, including the the chief of police in Chelsea:
And police from close to home, as well as all over the country:
This is a big reason she became a state cop. Because a bunch of law enforcement officials went to bat for her. They endorsed her. They recommended her. They didn’t bother looking into her background. Probably should do that the next time you endorse someone on LinkedIn. Just sayin.
