Maura Healey is the Attorney General for Massachusetts. She is the highest person on the totem pole when it comes to law enforcement in this state. She sets the tone for policy and her actions are representative of her priorities as a whole. Well, Yarmouth Police Officer Sean Gannon was murdered on Thursday, April 12. Yet she could not be bothered to attend the vigil for Officer Gannon because she was busy doing more important stuff. Let’s see what she’s had to say on Twitter since then….

She’s tweeted excessively about her latest meaningless lawsuit against Exxon for something about global warming. This is what she’s willing to be aggressive about – global warming. As if the AG of one of the smallest states in the country has the ability to legislate a solution to a complex series of weather patterns that many scientists believe are largely the result of countries like India and China polluting like it’s going out of style.

She’s used her platform to check white privilege and lecture other white people about “systemic racism,” which apparently is a pressing issue for her to tackle:

That sort of stuff she is willing to file lawsuits over. But what will she do about the fact that two of her LEO’s have been murdered by career criminals who should’ve been behind bars a long time ago? Apparently just this:

“Thoughts and prayers.”

“Thank you for your service.”

“You guys are brave.”

Blah, blah, blah. Meaningless, virtue signaling, cliche bullshit.

Why isn’t she suing the parole board for letting Maggot 125 out of jail? Why isn’t she using her platform to call out the judges who let him go? Why isn’t she showing the same sort of aggressiveness that she is with Exxon? Why is she acting like this was some sort of unavoidable tragedy? This is a woman who once held a press conference with a 7 year old boy whose parents now are pretending he is a 7 year old girl, in order to condemn a bathroom bill in North Carolina.

Screen Shot 2017-02-23 at 10.00.27 PM

She’s using people like this to advance her agenda. But why not use the friends and family of murdered police officers to push an agenda that can make the streets safer for all of us? She has that ability and she’s not doing it.

Meanwhile she’s championing the bill that Charlie Baker just signed which now eases penalties for criminals:

Why is the person in charge of prosecuting criminals clapping her hands for a bill that eases penalties for criminals? Notice the girl in the bottom picture is wearing an EPOCA shirt. EPOCA is a non-profit run by convicted murderer Kevin Lynch. They basically exist to push for shorter sentences for dangerous criminals. Here’s the convicted murderer with Maura Healey at an EPOCA event at the Statehouse:

For those of you unfamiliar with Kevin Lynch, he plead guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter for his part in the killing of Andrew McDonough on June 13, 1992. Mr. McDonough came to his parent’s house for an after party one night, Kevin Lynch told him he was not welcomed there, Mr. McDonough left with his friends, Kevin Lynch then followed him out with a nine iron, handed it to his friend, began punching Mr. McDonough, and allowed his friend to bludgeon Andrew McDonough to death with the nine iron. According to Kevin Lynch it was no big deal though:

In that case, Mr. Lynch said, a “few people” had come to his house for a party while his parents were on vacation, there was a fight and “somebody was killed in that fight.”

Because he is a cold blooded murderer at heart who shows no remorse and still blames Andrew McDonough to this day for being a “leg breaker.” This is the person Maura Healey chooses to champion the cause of:

Not the Yarmouth Police.

Kevin Lynch served just seven years in prison. Because judges and people like Maura Healey believe that dangerous psychopaths like him can be reformed. After being released from Walpole he settled in Fitchburg where he has become a constant nuisance for law enforcement, and was arrested in 2011 for violently assaulting a police officer and a firefighter. Oh, and the cop he assaulted? Kevin Lynch was stalking him and his family:

“I am very alarmed and it should be noted that both subjects have been recently observed outside watching my house, with my young daughter, elderly mother and fiancée at home,” Sgt. Siomos’ report said.

Mr. Lynch’s cellphone allegedly contained several close-up photos of Sgt. Siomos’ family car registration and was confiscated.

This is not the only violent criminal she has gotten behind either. In October of 2016 we broke the news that Moses Dixon, a candidate for State Rep out of Worcester who she was endorsing for office, had been arrested for choking and assaulting his then girlfriend.

The charges were dropped after the victim got cold feet (as they often do in abuse cases). And when this information came to light Maura Healey doubled down on her support for the woman beater and blamed Republicans for calling out domestic violence:

“I stand by Moses Dixon and hope voters in this district repudiate the ugly, baseless attacks against him by the state Republican Party,” Healey said in a statement. “Allegations of assault must be taken very seriously, as I believe they were in this case before they were dismissed as meritless. The state Republican Party leadership continues to stand in lock step with Donald Trump while he openly brags about assaulting women, and their attacks here are a cowardly, cynical attempt to win a legislative seat through lies and distortion.”

Because Maura Healey is a politician, and having a democrat win that seat was more important than standing by her alleged convictions that domestic violence is bad.

Now back to this bill:

Here’s some things that it does:

  • Currently, indigent or poor people charged with crimes are often unable to get out of jail prior to trial, because of their inability to pay what would be for more affluent defendants a reasonable amount to ensure future appearances in court. Under the reform package, a defendant’s ability to pay bail would be taken into account by a judge when bail is set.

Translation – we’re going to make it easier for dangerous criminals to be released on bail because it’s not fair that white collar criminals can afford more expensive bail. Economic “equity” is more important than keeping criminals off the streets.

  • The bill encourages district attorneys to create and utilize diversion programs for veterans and people suffering from mental illness, as well as those with substance abuse disorders. The idea is to use the diversion program as an alternative to jail time. (A similar program has been in place for juvenile offenders.) Under a diversion program, a judge would be able to use discretion to allow an offender to do community service or some other program before he or she is arraigned.

Translation – we’re creating a loophole where defense attorneys can blame their client’s actions on “substance abuse disorders,” in order for them to avoid jail time.

  • The bill puts restrictions on the use of segregation, or “solitary confinement,” in the state’s prison system. Inmates in segregation would have to be given periodic hearings to determine if being isolated from the rest of the prison population should continue. Prison officials would also be prevented from placing juveniles and pregnant women in solitary.

Translation – we know more about running jails than wardens and CO’s. The worst of the worst inside of our jails should not be punished with solitary confinement because it’s mean to them.

  • During the war on drugs in the 1980s, laws requiring mandatory minimum sentences for all sorts of drug crimes were adopted. Reform advocates say these laws tied the hands of prosecutors and judges who had no discretion but to issue lengthy sentences, often for drug-dependent people who were only using illegal drugs, or involved in small drug transactions in order to fund their drug habit. They also argue that minorities were often disproportionately given heavier sentences under mandatory minimum laws. Legislators hope with the elimination of certain mandatory minimums, more low-level dealer-users would get the treatment they need, instead of lengthy prison sentences.

Translation – drug dealers can now say that they’re simply drug addicts who are selling drugs in order to feed their habits. Because….racism.

This is who the Attorney General fights for in Massachusetts – murderers like Kevin Lynch, women beaters like Moses Dixon, career criminals in solitary confinement, drug dealers, criminals who can’t afford bail, and 7 year old boys who claim to be girls. Instead of fighting for tougher reforms that will put dangerous thugs like Maggot 125 behind bars, she’s pretending to be Captain Planet and suing big oil and President Trump. She sets the tone for law enforcement in this state, which explains why cops are being killed by animals like Maggot 125 and Jorge Zambrano.

To whom ever runs this page Please take the picture of my son and AG Healey down off your site and the comment. He is a boy and a child I was not asked for the use of that picture by you and I do not appreciate you including my son in your issues. TBS printing LIES again. You have zero credibility. I NEVER held a club. I have always been very remorseful to Andrew’s family. I had zero control of the fight in 1992. I had six different blood types on my cloths and none were that of Andrew. There were multiple fights happening at the same time and they were intersecting.
In 2011 I was playing with fire as I took a political stance and was at odds with sgt Siomos. We have met since where he has apologized. I NEVER was outside his home as he stated to Judge Biboe that he blacked out his address in the stay away order so I wouldn’t know where he lived. We have since spoken to one another and shook hands. He hasn’t apologized to Dave Gonzalez for assaulting him and stealing his iPhone yet. Maybe you should do investigative reporting and ask siomos.
The law that just passed received all Republican Senator votes at 37 to 0 and the House voted
148 to 5. This bill was researched exstensively. The law removes restrictions from employment and housing. You can’t restrict folks from working and housing and then bitch about SSI, food stamps and crime.

(And the rant he posted is old, and he copy&paisted it from a different post like a moron) you should stop crying like a bitch that got fingerfucked and dumped, and worry about that cunt Emily instead of us, and go back to blowing recently paroled loser inmates at “work” … fuckin fat fuck. But yet they found pictures of that cop AND his family AND his HOME on your phone! You were literally creeping in his fucking bushes taking pictures like the sick fuck that are! You’re a murderer who refuses to take responsibility for any of your own actions. Stop blaming society for your fuck ups and stop playing victim!

It’s time to make changes. When someone’s ideals start to lean so far left that it’s dangerous and leaves the rest at risk, it’s time to change. As the AG, it should be her duty to protect the citizens of the state she presides over. Obviously this isn’t of importance to her.

Thank you Maura Healey and your liberal progressive politics. Thank you for suing Exxon Mobile for Global Warming. I’m so glad you will be doing your part by:
    1. Not burning gas in your tax payer funded limo creating CO2.
    2. Not burning home heating oil in your 3000 square foot mansion creating CO2
    3. Not flying in jets, you know, CO2
    5. Not using cosmetics or pharmaceuticals made with petroleum byproducts. Yes so brave.
Thank you also for illegally creating laws taking away a lawful licensed citizens right to defend him/herself against the murdering animals you and your Judge wife release on the streets every day.
Because you know, copy cat duplicate weapons of war. That’s what you said. Isn’t a duplicate the same as the original??? How does a single shot semi automatic rifle equal a fully auto military assault rifle??? Hmm have to think on that one…
Oh and the bathrooms where men can pee upright next to women in the next stall next to them in the ladies rest room. And vice a versa. Yes thank you. I can’t wait to see what progressive laws and agendas you inflict on the citizens of Mass for the rest of 2018!
