The MIAA showed today that not even the President of the United States of America can get them to give a fuck.
Assabet Valley Regional vs. Turner Falls is the battle we’ve all been waiting to see for the Division 3 State Softball Semifinal. Of course it was supposed to be on Tuesday, but the MIAA rescheduled it because of forecasted rain. Funny because yesterday on Dennis and Callahan, Paul Wetzel of the MIAA specifically said that the MIAA does not reschedule games because of weather forecasts.
So since they’re wicked smart they decided to play the game at 3:00 at Worcester State College. The only problem with this is that they’ll be about one mile away from where President Obama will be landing at Worcester Airport, at the SAME FUCKING TIME. Luckily for everyone they wrote this on their website:
The softball game MAY be impacted by the Presidential visit. Hopefully the leader of the free world doesn’t get in the way of the MIAA’s SOFTBALL GAME. If not, well, someone’s gonna have to change right? And we all know the MIAA does not reschedule games, so you’re shit out of luck Obama.
Gotta love these dolts. You think they’re gonna let a little thing like insane traffic buildup and secret service directives get in the way of their SCHEDULED softball game? LOL. Like, Obama, do you even know who the fuck you’re talking to. This is the MIAA mofo. They don’t reschedule for SAT’s. They don’t allow cigar smoking. And they certainly don’t give in to asshats like you who wanna get in the way of their softball match.
Just another hilarious chapter in this useless organization.
