This morning we published this blog, asking for the assistance of Turtle Riders in finding out the identity of this nudnik:

who threatened to kill people for touching the same pole on the MBTA as he was touching:

and assaulted a woman on the MBTA and was caught on camera:

Within an hour we were sent a name – Vincente Lomba. And wouldn’t you know it, he’s got a Facebook page:

Vincente was arrested in Newburyport in 2013 for being an all around fudgemuffin:

I hate when these people go north of Beverly and south of Salisbury. That area is reserved for nice, clean people.

He was also arrested by MBTA police in 2013:

On March 19, 2013 at approximately 4:40 pm a Transit Police officer from Area 4 was on patrol at MBTA Mass Ave station. While there his attention was drawn to a male, later identified as Vincente Lomba, 21 of South Boston, who was walking on the platform and smoking a cigarette. The officer approached Lomba to educate him in regards to the no smoking law on MBTA conveyances and property.  Subsequently the officer discovered Lomba had an warrant in existence for his arrest issued from South Boston District Court for; Possession of a Firearm, Abuse Prevention Order Violation, Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest, Larceny from the Person and Threats to Commit a Crime.

Why is this asshat allowed anywhere near the T? He obviously is a threat and a danger to civilized society. Under no circumstances should he EVER be allowed to ride on the MBTA ever again. Those are serious charges – guns, resisting arrest, larceny, abuse prevention orders. It’s unfortunately completely understandable that he’s not in jail, given the fact that many, many judges in this state are afraid to do their job.

But now we’ve got a name and documented track record of dooshnozzelry. He needs to have a warrant out for his arrest today. We fully expect that the police will do their due diligence and have this guy in cuffs in no time. Anything less is unacceptable. Career criminals like this can’t be allowed to assault women on the subway.
