President Obama gave a speech at a college in Iowa Monday, and you’ll never believe who he was going after. Donald Trump? Nope. John Boehner? Negative. No, since he’s on his way out he can say whatever he wants now, and he went after a common enemy – the PC police on college campuses:
“I don’t agree that you when you become students at colleges have to be coddled and protected from different points of view. I think you should be able to…anybody who comes to speak to you and you disagree with, you should have an argument with them. But you shouldn’t silence them by saying “you can’t come because I’m too sensitive to hear what you have to say.””
You know what this is? This is the Trump factor. This is an example of why Trump can be a good thing. As Trump has shown, the country overwhelmingly buys into the anti-PC message that he is sending. We are all sick and tired of dipshit college students telling us what we can and cannot laugh at. We’re sick of seeing certain points of view silenced because they don’t fall in line with hippie ideology. We wanna laugh at dirty jokes, make fun of our fat friends, and make people with penises use the men’s room.
So the message has been sent loud and clear to politicians everywhere – no one like politically correct assholes. Go after them. Talk shit about them. Colleges are out of control with gender neutral pronouns and microagressions, so Obama had free reign to attack at ground zero for the PC police academy in order to let these idiots know that even liberals are sick of their bullshit. This is kind of a microcosm of the Turtleboy Sports Revolution. It’s a bunch of grown adults, many of whom are liberal, who wish to distance themselves from buttnuts and socialists and rally around common sense.
