Yesterday we published a blog about the obvious, pandering, virtue signaling BLM and MLK pictures hanging on the wall of Red Sox GM Chaim Bloom’s office during the MLB draft first round.
But that picture of what appears to be Alex Cora, Rafael Devers, and Xander Boegarts just didn’t seem right. Something was off about it. Now look where that picture was in last night’s draft.
These pandering assholes photoshopped three Red Sox personnel of color, including the manager who they just fired for cheating, in order appear like a diverse organization.
I have no words. The amount of thought that they put into this, and their reasoning for doing, so just shows how completely insane the Red Sox have become in their quest for wokeness. I thought John Henry’s “haunting” memories about renaming Yawkey Way was performance art, but this just takes the cake. On the day in which the franchise is picking a guy who will possibly be with them for a decade, this was their priority. Amazing.
