Oh good, someone passed out in broad daylight at Webster Square. That’s a great look for Worcester. Just remember when you go to vote in November – Tracy Novick did this. She sued the city so that guys like this could stand in the middle of traffic, beg for drug money, and take naps. This is what she wants our city to look like. Take your city back from assholes like Tracy Novick.

    Given a choice today, I’d be only voting for Donna Colorio for Worcester School Committee and Mike Gaffney as Mayor. They are the fighters for change and are needed to ensure there is safety in our schools and in our communities.

    people need to mind their own business just because you’re homeless or panhandling doesn’t automatically make you a drug addict or alcoholicthe guy holding the anti homeless sign with his wife sitting next to him is a hypocrite his wife is a crack addict

    Oh sorry, the 14th amendment, can also look at freedom of travel laws for U.S citizens. I didn’t write the law was just stating the FACTS I thought that’s what turtleboy revolution was about. This is why you don’t see military checkpoints throughout the U.S like in Egypt,Israel,Macedonia,etc just to name a few.

        Care to expound on how the Amendments give someone the right to Panhandle and pass out in a flower pot. If their are laws against panhandle and Public intoxication I cant fathom how they are constitutionally guaranteed these rights

        1st amendment – Religion and Expression. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

    I like turtleboy but he doesn’t take the constitution too seriously in a story like this, sure no one likes to see this, but we don’t know him, maybe our govt. sent him off to fight a illegal war like Iraq,Serbia,Nicaragua,panama,Grenada,Egypt,Palestine,Vietnam,Korea. You get the drift failed policies have created this and when your congress considers the country they represent 2nd to Israel don’t complain he still has the rights of all Americans.

        Most people that comment on the constitution have never read it. Like our president.

        But you are right, the right to sleep in a planter is not in there.

        In fact SCOTUS ruled that you have a right to free speech (in a case brought by Westboro Baptist Church) but you must stay on the sidewalk.

        The kelly sq hippies missed that SCOTUS ruling I guess.

    Of course, Gaffney needs to win as Mayor. He’ll be #7 on the School Committee.
