This is Dr. Assaad Sayah, the CEO of Cambridge Health Alliance.

He’s basically a politician with a stethoscope and considers radical nutjob Somerville Mayor Joe Curtatone an ally, and believes we should have designated areas where junkies are allowed to get high.
Assaad Sayah @challiance; Why are you opposed to Safe Comsumption Sites (SCS)? They save lives, increase participation in treatment, reduce injection related infection (including HIV)
Volumes of peer reviewed research show they are proven & effective. #SayYEStoSCS @SIFMA_NOW pic.twitter.com/7v37Jb1Maw

He also happens to have owned the convenience store where Aaron Hernandez purchased bubble gum before killing a man, and testified at his trial.
Dr. Assaad Sayah is the next witness. He's a physician and also owns Blue Hill Express (convenience store where #Hernandez bought blue gum)

He got his current job despite a 2016 incident in which he oversaw the death of a white woman who could not get into the ER because the door was locked. She died outside, the hospital lied to her about what happened, and it was only discovered because of the police. He was chosen despite this as CEO for Cambridge Health Alliance because he’s an immigrant.
Yesterday in the wake of the shooting in Atlanta, in which a deranged man who claims to have a sex addiction killed 6 Asian women and 2 white people at massage parlors, Dr. Sayah sent out this email to employees with the subject “Standing up to Racism.”
“This deadly racist act….”
He just made that up. To be clear, there is zero evidence that the shooting in Atlanta was racially motivated. Nevertheless, reckless emails like this and virtue signaling from politicians have led to millions of people blaming this on “white supremacy.” The lesson we are supposed to take from this is that former President Trump caused this shooting by using terms like “Wuhan virus” and “China virus,” therefore these same politicians should be given the power to punish private citizens for their word choice in order to protect the lives of Asian-Americans. They have no evidence that any of this was racially motivated, but they never let a shooting go to waste. They always politicize it in some way. Always.
Victims of violence who are Asian are the only demographic of Americans where the majority of their attackers are not members of their own race. Most white people are hurt by other white people, most black people are hurt by other black people, etc. But for Asian people they are attacked by black people more than any other race, followed closely by white and Asian people.
There is no epidemic of white on Asian racism. It’s completely made up by the media in order to curb your ability to speak freely. That’s what they mean when they say, “we must dismantle racism and work towards racial justice.” Laws are already in place to prevent institutional racism, but they can’t police your speech. Yet. They need shootings to be racially motivated in order to fear monger the public into giving them that power.
Dr. Sayah also frequently says that the hospital is committed to “anti-racism,” a politically motivated term that many people including progressive now associate with peddling more white supremacy. It’s divisive, racist, and forces people to be judged and viewed largely on the color of their skin.
The links at the bottom of the email that he urges employees to click on the links to learn more about how they can become “anti-racist.” One of those is a link to Ibram Kendi, the multi-millionaire who has made a fortune as a direct result of the George Floyd killing by using the opportunity to sell more “anti-racism” trainings. Among the things that Kendi teaches is that white people who adopt black children are actually colonizers using props (children he calls “savages”) as part of their “lifelong pictures of denial” while pushing white supremacy. He said exactly that about Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett for the crime of adopting two Haitin orphans into her family of 9.
That’s also not Amy Coney Barrett, but facts have never mattered to Dr. Kendi.
The email also links to this album of 20 songs entitled, “Soundtrack of the Struggle.” Alongside such legendary Civil Rights music as Sam Cooke’s “A Change is Gonna Come” is NWA’s civil rights anthem “Fuck the Police.”
Here’s some lyrics from that uniting, peaceful song.
I don’t know if they fags or what
Search a nigga down and grabbin’ his nuts
Ice Cube will swarm On any motherfucker in a blue uniform
Just ’cause I’m from the CPT, punk police are afraid of me
A young nigga on a warpath
And when I’m finished, it’s gonna be a bloodbath
Of cops, dyin’ in L.A.
Smoke any motherfucker that sweats me
Or any asshole that threatens me
I’m a sniper with a hell of a scope
Takin’ out a cop or two, they can’t cope with me
Put in my clip, yo, and this is the sound
Yeah, somethin’ like that, but it all depends on the size of the gat
Takin’ out a police would make my day
Without a gun and a badge, what do ya got?
A sucka in a uniform waitin’ to get shot
By me, or another nigga.
And with a gat, it don’t matter if he’s smarter or bigger
Fuck the police, fuck-, fuck-
Fuck the police, fuck-
Fuck the police, fuck-, fuck-
Fuck the police
According to Dr. Sayad these racist, homophobic, graphic, violent song that explicitly talks about murdering police officers, “speaks to the soul of humanity,” and is a “continual resistance to injustice and oppression.”
What happens if a police officer in Cambridge gets shot? Does anyone think that they’ll be given quality healthcare and fair treatment by a hospital that urges people to celebrate shooting cops? “It’s gonna be a bloodbath,” after all. Several employees at the hospital reached out about this who have family in law enforcement. They are afraid to say anything or speak up for fear of being fired, so we will be their voice. We will call out violence, racism, and lying frauds like Dr. Sayad every time we see them.
