And make no doubt about it, the enemy is the People’s Councilor Michael Gaffney. She might as well have painted her face like Braveheart. As much as we despise this woman and everything we stands for, we can’t help but respect those corn rows. More on the dumb things she said tonight coming tomorrow.

Pull all that hair away from her face and all it does is accentuate what a big nose she has!
If she hadn’t proved she was crazy before this, I would have thought someone braided her hair too tight.
She used all that CDBG money that the city funneled into her husband, Jose Encarnacion’s, organization in order to braid them. All that money that was funded to them by using the Regional Environmental Council as a financial conduit. 🙂

I just watched the video of the evaluation and it made me want to throw up. Aside from Gaffney, and Lukes they’re all so completely delusional. This is why the city is going to remain exactly the same as it ever will be.
