Mainstream Media Fails

Some Idiot Attorney Took Failure Swift’s Case And The Providence Journal Wrote A Story About The Lawsuit Filled With Inaccuracies About Her “Business”

A lot of people have been asking about what’s happening with the Failure Swift’s bullshit CAPS LOCK LAWSUIT against Turtleboy, and we’ve got some updates I wrote about on TB Daily News. Click here to read it. The Providence Journal also wrote about it except they made a couple really glaring mistakes in their reporting, because the ProJo is fake news.

The lawsuit was initially filed by Cranston State Rep, and twice held in contempt attorney, Christopher Millea. She then fired him because she thought he was colluding with me to sabotage her lawsuit. After the Rhode Island ACLU agreed to take my case they filed to have it moved to federal court, since superior court in Wakefield, RI has no jurisdiction over a business in Massachusetts that doesn’t practice any business in Rhode Island. Judge Susan McGuirl then issued a temporary restraining order against me, demanding that I take down all blogs referencing Kathryn Narcisi, which of course was a blatant First Amendment violation.

In a sane world Judge McGuril would be fired for gross incompetence, and Attorney Millea would be disbarred for taking money from what appears to be a mentally unbalanced woman. He knows what libel is and isn’t, and he knew that this wasn’t it. But she wrote him a check drawn on her husband Metro’s hard earned money, so that’s all he needed to see. As for the Judge, the fact that she is so incompetent that she believes she has any right to order a media outlet to remove factual or opinion based content from its website, simply because a crazed plaintiff has filed a frivolous lawsuit, should make anyone question whether or not she’s capable of doing her job. This didn’t require case law research on her part. It’s a basic First Amendment right that she violated.

Kathryn Narcisi did a couple whining videos about how she couldn’t come up with $7,500 for an attorney, because Metro’s money has to be drying up. He told me when I spoke with him that he didn’t want to pay for this, but since he’s an emotionally abused man who is too cowardly to stand up for himself, he allows this woman to waste his money on her nonsense. I know this because she has hired a new attorney, they’re trying to get the case out of federal court, and the Providence Journal wrote about it.

Again, I’d like to thank the Rhode Island ACLU for agreeing to take this case. When I was calling lawyers for this case one of the first people I called was Robert Flanders, since we endorsed him in his failed campaign against Sheldon Whitehouse for Senate last year. The republican was going to charge me over $500 an hour, despite the fact that this right leaning media outlet was being attacked by a democratic state rep, and a democrat appointed judge. I couldn’t afford that, so the Rhode Island ACLU, a left wing organization with actual principles, has been a life saver.

I’d love to see the Massachusetts ACLU stand up for the First Amendment in the other two equally frivolous lawsuits filed against me. I just got another bill for $8,300 on the Azadnia case yesterday, on top of the $5,000 retainer.

And if that case goes to trial, it’s going to cost at least $20,000 more. That’s on top of the thousands of dollars I’ve paid to defend myself against Rian Waters and Jamie Genereux. If and when that case does go to trial we will not be able to survive it without raising the money via donations and merchandise sales. So please, if you’d like to support us and help us keep this revolution in media going, this is how you do it. We are uninsurable, and constantly targeted by bullies like this. Because we’ve been demonetized by Google, blacklisted by Twitter and Facebook, and our local advertisers get harassed until they agree to stop advertising with us, we don’t make enough money to afford to fight lawsuits like this.

Please don’t let them win.

We love you all.

Was this actually filed and accepted by the court? I don’t see a case number nor the stamp from the online filing system? (I worked for RI attorneys for a few years). Generally speaking, they grant these TRO’s for a short periods of time until an actual hearing is set. That’s when actual facts will come out. Usually these are presented Randomly to be signed off on. You don’t need much to get the temporary order. However. You do need sufficient evidence for a RO that will be in place for any period of time. The system is very broken and unfortunately politics plays a huge part in this. Hopefully, the appointed judge will see through this nonsense. Although, I’m cautiously optimistic….

Filing frivolous lawsuits is a problem that the bar association and our court system are long overdue in fixing. It clogs the system and uses our government as a weapon. Since lawyers benefit from these cases they have been absent on this clearly constitutional threat. When people can financially bankrupt someone because they want to exercise the first amendment right we all have then we ALL cannot allow this to stand. We can automatically Bill people on the Pike and send people to the moon but we can’t figure this out? probably cuz it’s only a problem for those who dare speak out in this state. Some lawyer should figure this out and we can sign a petition and get it to the State House.

But how? I’m not a lawyer so wouldn’t know where to start.

But with some guidance and backup, would be entirely willing to head up an expedition.

Come to Mother Russia Uncle Turtle Boy. As others have said, “stop playing by US rules.” You are creating a bigger problem for yourself than there needs to be. Create a new website and start from scratch. Use our Russian servers next time.

Man the fuck up and get a second job! Christ, you expect us to believe writing one or two blogs a day with an occasional “live steam” is a full-time job? My wife and I both work two jobs and still manage to have kids, take vacations, and afford nights out occasionally. I would kill to sit in my fucking garage and write about scumbags I see on Facebook!
Asking readers to pay for your attorneys is fucking bullshit, man. You’re just like the Gofundme idiots and beggars you write about.

You would think as an adult you would know the difference between begging for money and being paid for a service. One that you obviously use considering you’re here responding to a blog you just read for free. So who is really the scum bag? The guy who sits back and enjoys someone’s hard work for free or the guy who tries to provide that service for as little as possible? I’m going to say it’s you the so called “adult”. BTW if both you and your wife have to work two jobs to provide for your family which as you say includes nights out, vacations and other things maybe you should cut back on some of those things and you wouldn’t have to work two jobs or maybe be more valuable to one of your jobs and they would pay you more so you could quit one. Not to mention judging by your comment you wouldn’t be a very good blogger anyways. No humor and not very good at trying to point out others flaws while revealing how pathetic your own life is going. lol.

You already have an outstanding balance of $1371 that you haven’t made any payments towards so what makes this guy think you’re going to cough up $8 grand?
You should be a man and pay this lawyer for the work he has done but fire him at the same time or he’ll keep working your case and next month the bill will be around $13,000

  • Dont play by the US rules
    August 10, 2019 at 7:16 pm

Easy solution as was pointed out earlier, just start a new website every time one gets shut down. Keep piling on these scumbags who are filing these bs lawsuits. They may be able to outspend you but you can open infinite websites and make them spend hundreds of thousands of dollars trying to shut them all down. And keep your name off the domain, do it discreetly through overseas sites.

    August 10, 2019 at 6:25 pm

Aren’t journalists supposed to investigate before writing? If for nothing else than the fact Narcissist doesn’t own two businesses (which can clearly be checked) this Providence Journal piece has no merit. I hope some folks write respectful letters and this reporter will correct her story.

Turtleboys biggest mistake was ever attaching his name to this blog. This all could of been avoided by hosting a site on foreign servers with private registration paid for with bitcoin and updated through a VPN. That’s the only way this can work. It has to be truely anonymous.
