Somerville State Rep Pushing Bill To Make Girl’s Bathrooms Open To Anyone Who Says They’re A Girl

A Somerville State Rep and her fantastic friends want to open up the girls locker rooms in public schools to anyone with a penis who says they are a girl.

So apparently there is a bill in the Massachusetts State Legislature that would allow students who own and operate a penis, access to the boy’s locker room. Because it’s 2015 and a trouser snake no longer makes you a boy. Basically what the law is doing is adding “gender identify” to an existing law that bans discrimination in public places, instead of “sex.” Well Fitchburg State Representative and Mayoral candidate Stephen Dinitale is apparently taking a lot of gruff for opposing this ridiculous bill:

Glad to see someone’s standing up for common sense. Look, this has all gone too far. You can call yourself whatever you wanna call yourself, but at the end of the day Turtleboy Jr. isn’t allowed to say he’s a girl and take a dump in the girl’s bathroom because it’s cleaner in there. Because that’s exactly what I would’ve done if this bill passed when I was in high school. Turtleboy Jr. is kind of a sketchy kid, so he’d probably do the same.

That’s what makes all of this nonsense so ridiculous. You would NEVER be able to deny a boy who wants to go into the girls locker room. Ever. Because all you have to do is just say you identify as a girl, and that makes you a girl in 2015. How are you gonna police this? Do you have to wear a dress to school? Is there a form you fill out if you’re claiming to be transgender? Is there a database of names so we know who’s legit and who’s not? Do you have to pass some sort of test to prove you’re transgender?

No, of course not. All you have to do is just say you’re a girl, and that makes you a girl in 2015.

Look, I’m all for freedom and equality. But at some point you have to say this is just silly. We’ve lost our freaking minds. This isn’t equality, it’s madness. If you have a dick you go in the boy’s locker room. End of story. Because locker rooms and bathrooms aren’t segregated by gender or gender identification, they’re segregated by sex.

Anyone who doesn’t think this law will be abused and manipulated doesn’t understand human nature, particularly when it comes to male teenagers. We are sneaky, manipulative, horny creatures, and you’ve just made it easy for us to see the hot girl from 6th period with her top off. And what about teachers? What happens when Mr. Vandergbooger all of a sudden becomes Ms. Vanderbooger? Everyone’s just COOL with the fact that he gets to go in the girls locker room and watch your daughter’s undress?

This bill is being sponsored by Martha Coakley’s grey haired twin sister, Denise Provost.

Guess where she’s from? I’ll give you a hint. The mayor there wants to allow hippies to run onto highways and block traffic, so long as they align with a radical anti-police agenda. Yup, you guessed it – Somerville. AKA Cambridge Jr.

She’s also apparently close friends with Lyndon Johnson

So you know she’s got influence. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – this isn’t liberalism. It’s feel good insanity. We all want people to have basic civil rights and we all oppose discrimination. But that doesn’t mean you get to go into the girls bathroom if you have a penis, regardless of what you identify as. Despite what Denise Provost says, it’s NOT a civil right to use whichever bathroom you feel like using:

They try so hard to come up with the most feel good, PC bullshit they can think of, that they forget who it is they’re supposed to be representing. I mean, think about it. We have grown adults trying to legislate a bunch of penises into the girl’s locker room. There are gonna be lots of kids who are gonna feel uncomfortable changing or having a topless pillow fight now. But fuck them right? Who cares about kids? Who cares about young girls going through puberty, who have a tough enough time changing in front of other girls? Adults like Denise Provost are too busy fighting for the crown of social justice warrior emperor to worry about stupid things like children.

These are the idiots supporting this bill:

They all hate children, but they never miss a good photo-op. Props to Steve Dinitale, a democrat who is taking a stand against the madness. A man who knows the difference between civil rights and lunacy. You live in Fitchburg? Vote for this guy for Mayor. But no matter where you live you should email your State Rep and let them know that they better vote against this stupid, stupid bill.

California has a law similar to that. Was passed far as I remember, lots of uproar over it. Then there was a repeal initiative, did not know how it turned out. But many out there are annoyed at the law, to say the least. Transgender law as I recall.

Totally agree with you Turtle Boy!

So basically, EVERYONE else who is not transgender has to feel uncomfortable just to make the transgender people “comfortable”? This is really fucked up!
Wait until the law suits start on who was stalking who is the girls locker room, then what are they going to say?

Just make a 3 rd locker room or restroom for “Whatever the fuck you want to be”.

This shit is out of control and the liberals have gone even more bat shit… At this point, it makes more sense to combine everything into one bathroom or leave everything as is. This is one screwed up state….

We need to remove the signs for Boys/Girls and Men/Women.
Replace signs with pics of a penis or vagina.
    Pretty simple.

I’m waiting for a girl to be attacked by some supposed transgendered girl attacking or even just watching a girl from the other stall. Some boys are going to fake being transgendered in order to be perves, which they are so keen on being at this age. Why is it we have to wait until someone is hurt or injured before the right regulations are put into place. I feel for these trans kids, but they’re shoving their issues down everyone’s throat these days and it’s too much way too soon.

The Massachusetts legislature, and too many enablers, er voters, make the Commonwealth a ridiculous laughingstock of a rancid state. a Few more years and we can take our pension money and spend it down south.

The whole point of having separate restrooms is so that people can feel comfortable doing bathroom stuff and locker room stuff without having to worry about people of the opposite gender (or sex, or whatever) watching them. If you let men who dress like women and women who dress like men use the opposite bathroom, that individual person might be more comfortable, but it comes at the expense of all the other people in there. The whole point of having a men’s room is that it’s for men. The point of a women’s room is that it’s for women. It doesn’t matter what you identify as, just stick to the right bathroom. Is that so difficult? Wear what you want, call yourself what you want, take whatever hormones you can get a doctor to prescribe you…but can you just give an inch on the bathroom thing?

Thank you TB for reminding me again why I moved out of Massachusetts!!! All I can say about Denise Provost is that she and her cohorts must be a special kind of stupid!

But you realize the catch 22 right? If a transgendered person is forced to use the bathroom of their original sex, they’ll stand out even more there. Imagine someone identifying as a male being forced to use a woman’s bathroom when they look like a typical guy. Isn’t that more disturbing? How would a woman know? Isn’t it about fitting in? At what point are we just going to force people to pull down their pants to identify themselves? Do we ban people from acting and dressing as the gender they feel inside? Besides, what’s to prevent a guy from going inside a women’s bathroom anyway and causing problems?

It’s these kinds of issues that cause a high suicide rate in transgendered people. But I’m getting the feeling most people here just see that as the best solution to this “problem”.

Omg. My daughter refused to go to my alma mater because of this very issue. As a matter of fact, we both decided she wasn’t about to go to a college where men and women share the same bathroom! Who wants some 300 pound linebacker (with or without eyeliner) stinking up the john while you’re trying to shower? Or showering next to said linebacker while he’s doing whatever boys do in the shower? EEEWWW.

Ok, but do you have segregated bathrooms at home? And do young women’s shit not stink? Not that I don’t agree they should be segregated, just curious is all

Do you generally go drop a steamer while your son is brushing his teeth? No. You wait.

Public bathrooms generally aren’t single occupancy.

True, but it still doesn’t address that women/girls can have shit just as smelly. Jes sayin’
