Joe McKnight wasn’t shot because he was black. He was shot because Ronald Gasser is a pussy.

Former USC and New York Jet Joe McKnight was shot and killed in a road rage incident in New Orleans on Thursday. The guy who killed him is named Ronald Gasser.
Initial reports from “witnesses” indicated that Gasser shot McKnight while he was attempting to apologize:
A witness, who declined to give her name, said she was leaving a store in the area when she saw a man at the intersection yelling at another man, who was trying to apologize. The man who was yelling shot the other man more than once, she said.
She also said that he stood over McKnight’s body after he shot him:
She said the shooter shot the man, stood over him and said “I told you don’t you f— with me.” Then he fired again, she said.
So when Jefferson Parish Sheriff Newell Normand announced today that Gasser was not being arrested and was released from police custody, Americans everywhere immediately reached their own conclusions that Joe McKnight’s life didn’t matter. Ya know, because he was black:
Obviously when you hear something like this your first reaction is to be like, “what the fuck?” If you’re down with the black lives matter gypsies then you’re likely to jump to the same conclusion Shuan King did without any knowledge of what actually transpired. But the problem is that the mystery lady who spoke with the press was lying:
“Sheriff Normand added that the shooter, Ronald Gasser, did not stand over McKnight. Gasser, according to Sheriff Normand, was in his car when the shots were fired. The shell casings, Normand said, were in the car. Also, Sheriff Normand said there is no video of the shooting, and no witness account of any “apology” being made by McKnight to Gasser.”
Obviously that matters, especially in a state with a “stand your ground” law, that gives people the ability to defend themselves from carjackers. Doesn’t mean it’s justified, but it does show how blindly people will immediately believe the first thing they hear, simply because it fits their narrative.
With that being said, these “stand your ground” laws are the pussiest shit I’ve ever seen. George Zimmerman was a HUGE pussy too. That’s why we were team Travyon. Because George Zimmerman stalked a kid who was doing nothing wrong, snuck up on him, got his ass beat, and then shot him because his fat ass lost the fight. Please, don’t defend these laws, because it makes you look like a naniburger too. Don’t get me wrong, the mere fact that Joe McKnight was out of his car was a poor decision on his part. Anyone who gets out of their car first during a road rage incident is the aggressor.
But Joe McKnight didn’t have a gun. He didn’t flash a gun. He didn’t say he had a gun. And Ronald Gasser shot him anyway, simply because this pussy ass law gave him the right to. If you honestly feel that you “fear for your life” because a guy is standing outside of your car, then you’re no different than all these Hampshire College snowflakes who allegedly feared for their lives during the American flag rally last weekend. If you have a beef with a guy outside of your car, then be a man, get out of the car, and kick his ass. Shooting someone from your driver’s seat just makes you a bitch.
Oh yea, and the Louisiana law specifically deals with carjackings, which are apparently a common thing down there. But here’s my question – how could Ronald Gasser have possibly thought he was getting carjacked when Joe McKnight’s running Audi was sitting next to his Infiniti at the traffic light?
Who drives their to a carjacking? Doesn’t the fact that he’s driving a car rule out any possibility that he was about to carjack Ronald Gasser? Let’s suppose he did carjack Ronald Gasser’s car. Couldn’t Ronald Gasser just take Joe McKnight’s car after he left with his Infiniti? How does that make any sense?
These laws are just so vague and give way too much leeway to the shooters. Who’s to say what is a reasonable reason to “fear for your life?” If all it takes to legally shoot someone is your word that you did indeed “fear for your life” then you’ve got a shitty law on your hands. I mean, who gets to determine whether or not the shooter was actually scared or “feared” for his life? As we’ve seen with SJW’s, those words are thrown around so much that they’ve lost their meaning.
Anyway, I’m sure there’s a lot more to this story. Maybe Joe McKnight did some crazy fucked up shit that we don’t know about. But I just can’t imagine what could possibly necessitate a human being to shoot another human being in this situation, especially in broad daylight at a traffic light. Regardless, this will inevitable turn into another “black lives matter” bullshit, that has nothing to do with black lives not mattering. It has to do with shitty laws that enable pussies to say they’re scared.
