Too often we bitch and complain on social media about problems that are never fixed. For instance, we’ve been hooting and hollering for years about judges in Massachusetts letting career criminals like Jorge Zambrano free to roam the streets, only to see them then take the life of an innocent person like Auburn Police Officer Ron Tarentino. But what came of that? Absolutely nothing.

Luckily the Yarmouth PD are not letting that happen again:

The Yarmouth Police Department had strong words Saturday for the Massachusetts criminal justice system and the alleged suspect who shot and killed one of their own in the line of duty Thursday.

“Less than 48 hours ago, a coward took the life of one of our Police Officers. The attack stunned us and brought to our knees…” Deputy Chief Steven Xiarhos said in a statement posted to the department’s Facebook page.

Officer Gannon was killed Thursday when he and two other officers were trying to serve 29-year-old Thomas Latanowich with an arrest warrant. Gannon was shot in the attic during a sweep of the suspect’s Barnstable home. Officer Gannon’s K9 Nero was also shot in the incident and had to undergo emergency surgery. It’s hoped he will make a full recovery.

“The name of person who attacked our beloved Police Officer Sean Gannon, and our innocent Police dog K9 Nero, will never be uttered in our building or in any of our Media Releases or Facebook posts,” Xiarhos said of Latanowich. “We only refer to him as 125…which stands for the number of prior criminal charges he has on his Board of Probation criminal record in Massachusetts.”

This is unprecedented. Normally the police do not use their social media platforms to get political. But how much do you expect them to take? Sean Gannon SHOULD BE ALIVE TODAY!!! Never forget that. He was a well liked young man in the prime of his life who was an excellent cop. He was a friend and a coworker. Imagine going to work the next day as a Yarmouth Cop and being expected to do your job like nothing happened? Their friend and coworker is dead because Judge Gary Nickerson never held him accountable for stabbing a guy while on probation or choking his pregnant baby momma while on probation. The “professional” thing to do would be to do the whole “thoughts and prayers” thing and act like this was an unavoidable tragedy. This is what Auburn Police Chief Andrew Sluckis after Ron Tarentino was murdered by a similar perp. He refused to criticize the district attorney or justice system that contributed to this.

But the Yarmouth Police aren’t playing games. They just lost one of their own and they’re no longer interested in lying for these corrupt politicians and judges. These people have blood on their hands. Their ideology and overall outlook towards criminal justice is dangerous. It favors violent criminals over civilians and LEO’s.

They’re also sharing this petition, which we urge you to sign as well:

So what will Charlie Baker do about this? Because so far he’s been pretty useless. He actually reappointed one of the parole board members (a former defense attorney who doesn’t believe prisons work) who let Maggot 125 out of jail in 2013. Tall Deval was the FIRST to come out and condemn the State Trooper who shot one of the Dorchester Douche Dumplings in the foot after they started riding around on ATVs on the highway, after it was revealed that the trooper had called a criminal a “scumbag” on MassCops.com. He’s always vocal to condemn fake hate crimes, like when Adam Jones lied about being called the n word at Fenway Park.

But here’s all he’s had to say about the assassination of Sean Gannon on his Twitter:

God bless? That’s it? How bout you show some actual anger about this preventable tragedy and let us know what your plan is to fix this obvious problem? This is two cops in two years killed by career criminals under Charlie Baker’s watch. And he hasn’t fixed it because he’s too busy pushing for charter schools.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Sean Gannon’s family, the YPD, and law enforcement everywhere. But quite frankly our thoughts and prayers are useless. So while others are solemnly remembering a great man we’ll be calling out the system that killed him and demanding that politicians use their power to make sure this never happens again.

Ya know the Cape is loaded with Nickersons, the name of the judge. As far as I can tell a lot of them are inbred. Most of them are gingers like our boy 125 the killer. Would not surprise me in the least if they were some sort of cousin to each other and thats why he was set free by this judge on more than one occasion. Just sayin”

Sad thing is that there are probably hundreds or even thousands of 125’s out there roaming the streets of Massachusetts. Just hope that you don’t run into any of them.

Politicians who show up at the funeral of a cop or soldier are doing so for only one purpose. Photo ops, so that the people actually believe these narcissistic phonies give a shit about the those whose services they are attending, rather than just pandering for votes and lining their own pockets. If they truly cared, they’d do something other than flap their lie spewing pie holes. Fucking frauds

It is best to NEVER utter the names of these people that murder others in cold blood. I would like the address of those that are responsible for this. Just to stand outside their homes, just to drop a card once a year to remind them that the result of their actions never goes away.

How is a retard with 125 charges who right off a 4 year bit violate parole by stabbing someone in 2016 walking the streets in 2018???

That needs to be answered and someone needs to answer for it. This should not have happened.

I lay odds that POS Judge Nickerson didn’t go to the wake,, that fuckstick needs a pillowcase party big time. How any sane person thinks it ok to continue to release a scumbag with a record like 125 has is completely beyond me. These cops need a judicial system that works properly not the farce that is the Mass. Judicial system. On a personal note,, JUDGE, YOU AND YOUR KIND NEED THE MOST MEDIEVAL BEATING POSSIBLE FOLLOWED BY FORCED RETIREMENT WITH NO PENSION,. YOU, JUDGE ARE BEYOND REPREHENSABLE AND A TOTAL PICE OF SHIT! FUCK YOU!

Not sure about Nickerson, but Baker and Healey made an appearance. Quite frankly, reading Baker’s tweet about the murder of Officer Gannon makes my blood boil…yes, they have an extremely dangerous job trying to keep us safe…but to say “A terrible reminder – which happens too frequently – that law enforcement officers never know what their next call has in store for them. God Bless.” Nothing personal about the murder. Nothing calling out for the travesty of 125 and many like him out on the streets because of the liberal judges who don’t care about you or your family. Nothing about changes needed. Sheep. He knows he needs to butter his bread on the side of liberalism to keep himself in a job. And Healey…don’t embarrass yourself by photo ops with police and K9 officers you opportunist. We know where your loyalty lies.

Make no mistake about the despicable 125…this was someone who should have been behind bars but for the lax judges who let him out on the streets endangering the public. It’s time to make changes that mean something because this officer’s life was taken by 125, which is tragic and never should have happened. It’s time to vote for change. Enough with the soft judicial system and the governing that allows this to happen.

Disgusting. On our way home from a fun day at Edaville, we saw a procession of at least a mile of cruisers headed towards the Cape, lights on. Of course the kids asked my husband and I at least one million questions. So sad, how the f do you explain the story truthfully to kids? Pathetic because it wouldn’t make sense how f’d up it really is.

A good man died because of the gutless, toothless criminal justice system in disgraceful, sad Massachusetts. Nothing will change, though. The phony, fraudulent and crony capitalist liberal establishment on Beacon Hill will always reign supreme here. Not to be a downer, but there is nothing we can do. This is the state that overwhelmingly re-elected a man who had killed a girl to a senate seat (see the excellent film Chappaquiddick, an unusually brave Hollywood creation that highlights this incident).

My gut tells me that the left does not give two and a quarter turds about elevating people out of poverty or reforming criminals (both laudable goals, albeit ones the government never seems capable of achieving). Instead, their real interest is in defending the gains made in the sexual revolution. They want to eliminate the idea of the two-parent family, with the roles of mother and father relegated to the ash bin of history. They also want to remove the rights of personhood from anyone too sick, too small or too silent to defend themselves.

What is the end goal? I suppose it’ll be a society where traditional values are destroyed and anyone who disagrees can be conveniently euthanized or marginalized.

First and foremost ..RIP Officer Gannon and prayers to his family and brothers & sisters in blue. I commend the Chief for speaking out. To all that sit in courtrooms and follow trials .. you know no matter how hard an attorney for the commonwealth or a probation officer try to have people committed to jail on probation violations they all get away with it. Ignore a court order? Keep using drugs? Catch a new case? No problem- no we won’t hold them on bail because they “can’t afford it” and its “unfair because they’re poor ” and instead of sending them to jail after they screw up on probation again and again just put them back on probation and give them more time on probation or more programs to go to so they can screw up some more. Baker ruined everything again with all the new changes. Every one who uses the term “opioid crisis ” is essentially giving away “get out of jail free cards”. End of rant .. until the next tragedy

What needs to happen is a review of the policies and procedures and laws which allowed this to even happen … whatever happened to 3 strikes? Someone who has, for over a decade, demonstrated a propensity for violence and crime has no fucking business walking the streets and the if there is no policy/procedure/law to ensure that then there’s your starting point, fucking make one!

Of course people fuck up in life and not always be held to the coals for the rest of their lives; but then there are other scumbags like this slutsy mcfuck-knuckle who didn’t so something small like rip off a candy bar or get in a bar fight… no here we have a first class rumple-forskin who beat people, carried guns, ran from the cops, drove without a license, stabbed someone, beat a pregnant woman, sold drugs, and intimidated witnesses … Al Capone wanna be mother fucker … and they just kept letting him out. It takes him killing a cop to get locked up… You wanna know how to fix this guy? Tattoo some white supremacist shit on him, shave his head, and drop him in Compton out of a big ass lifted pickup with a rebel flag… see how long he lasts there. Maybe then he can feel the terror he has inflicted on the people he has hurt/killed and their families…

You should pay more attention instead of posting useless rants on the internet. MA just completed a 3 year review and decided to lessen the penalties for crime and make it easier for criminals to stay out of jail. Faker Baker just signed it into law. That’s what we get when we keep electing liberals and Democrats.

Liberals are worse than the scum they pander to.

The death penalty, along with a quick trial should be reinstated starting today. And not a long drawn out appeal process. A quick trial and execution of the sentence. In a case like this; there will be no deterrence if justice is not enforced quickly. He knew exactly what he was doing.

I guess when you’re down and the libs are shutting your ass down and squeezing you financially, you jump on a band wagon. Sadly, the YPD isn’t going to save this dying turtle. And guess what, all the republicans in the world aren’t going to save shit. We’re too far past the point of common sense, as has been shown, even so-called conservatives fall into the PC death trap. White privilege? Fucking joke, it’s actually Black, Asian, and Hispanic privilege. Natives probably have the most valid claim, but everyone shits on them. Manson had it right, its just that no one listened. Helter Skelter jack assses, it is the only thing that will get us the white dominant society we so strive to have back. .

Not sure I agree with the helter skelter thing there big guy, but I gave some thought about what you are saying. Then today I see Trump’s appointment to the USSC Gorsuch vote with the liberals to strike down one of his deportation laws. Wow, I thought, the guy (or chick??) is right, even a Judge everyone thought was a die hard conservative pulls a 180 and sides with the softies. Gosh darn what is going on? Maybe we are past the point of changing things for the better?

Vote republican. Even if you are democrat and love that your politicians vote for their pay raises all the time and even though your politicians love giving free stuff to folks who have no interest in working or becoming legal. Vote republican even though your liberal judges love giving scumbags up to 125 chances to turn their lives around. The only way it will change is to vote these liberals out of office. If the world war 2 veterans were still alive and young they would be kicking our asses all over the place to allow our society to become the terrible way it is becoming.

You missed the point, fuck stick. If the parole board had done their job, officer Gannon would be alive today. Ass clown “125” would not have the moniker “125” … he would be referred to as “71” or “77” at most.

@Snowflakes, You’re being part of the problem by encouraging people to vote simply for party. Thats a large portion of the reason were have these stupid problems. Forget party, vote for the person who’s going to fix it. Then if they don’t fix it, vote for someone else who will.
