It was another bad day for Tom Brady today:

But ya know what? I don’t even give a shit. I stopped caring. We already proved that none of this matters. We won a Super Bowl with balls that were guarded better than Fort Knox. Tom Brady had the game of his life that day against the best defense in football, proving once again that nothing matters less than PSI. Everyone who is being honest with themselves knows that Tom Brady is an innocent man. He literally did nothing wrong. This was revenge for Spygate and a “fuck you” to Bill Belichick. A four game suspension because of a faulty sting operation that rejected and ignored simple science is a miscarriage of justice. Meanwhile Hillary Clinton violates pretty much every law possible and she gets to run for President.

But we’ve been over this all a million times already, and Turtleboy just don’t have the energy to fight it anymore. Nathan Hale, Abraham Lincoln, and Jesus were all innocent and great people too. But they had to be sacrificed for the greater good. Sometimes the bad guys win.

So when this is written in the history books people will talk about Tom Brady being the good guy. He was the sacrificial lamb for Roger Goodell. And Roger Goodell is cancer. This only helps Brady’s legacy. A federal judge ruled in his favor, and the only reason they could get him on a suspension was because an appeals court ruled that Goodell didn’t have to have facts on his side in order to suspend the greatest player of all time. They simply ruled that the collective bargaining agreement gave Goodell dictatorial powers, so he could suspend innocent people whenever he feels like it. It’s the union’s fault, and they will obviously get this taken out of the next contract. In the meantime Tom Brady has to be the one who was sacrificed. No biggie, we’ll take one for the team because because we are America’s team.

Most importantly though, anyone who doesn’t think this is going to work out for the Patriots advantage doesn’t understand Tom Brady. Remember how they started off last year guns-a-blazing because they had a huge chip on their shoulder? Yea, that was great and all, but they kind of lost that fire by the end of the season. Think of what Brady is gonna do once he comes back from this suspension? It’s going to be cold blooded murder week after week.

And honestly, it’s important for the future of the franchise to find out what we’ve got in Jimmy Garoppolo. He gets to play three of the four games at home against division rivals. He starts the year off on the road against one of the best teams in the NFL. Without this suspension we’d never really know if this guy can be the quarterback of the future. If he comes out of this 3-1, or even 4-0, it’ll improve Jimmy’s trade value and give us piece of mind if Brady’s body ever catches up to him.

A lot of people are talking about boycotting. Don’t do that. That’s dumb. It will accomplish nothing and the rest of the league will just laugh at us. Instead get your ass in that stadium and cheer on the greatest franchise in the history of sports, because they’re going to need us now more than ever. God loves us more.
