In the latest episode of “nobody works at Facebook so trolls can choose any account they want, mass report it for pornography, and get it taken down,” today we woke up to this:
Yup. They unpublished our backup page with 28,000 followers on it, because Kevin Lynch and Didi Delgado’s followers are sitting at home with their cats, mass reporting our page over and over and over again all day. What were we unpublished for? Well, apparently we have been sharing pornographic content:
And what was this pornographic content?
“Something you should do every day is tell someone who has been there for you that you love and appreciate them. Then give them a hug.”
This gets your page unpublished. All we want to do is spread love, encourage turtle riders to tell their family and friends how much they love and appreciate them, and then give them a hug. Because life is too short and we should value and appreciate all the great things we have. Not everyone is so lucky.
Remember, according to Facebook executive Monika Bickert and the PR spokesperson our contact spoke with, a human being reviewed this reported post and reached the conclusion that this Facebook post was pornographic, contained threats or depictions of sexual violence, and/or sexual content involving minors:
Bickert told CNNMoney that Facebook prioritizes the review of posts inciting physical harm — but all reports of violations are reviewed by trained Facebook employees. She said she often gets asked why the company doesn’t have its “world-class engineers” tackle hate speech “proactively and perfectly.”
Not just ANY Facebook employee. A world class engineer. That’s the story they’re sticking with.
In case you haven’t figure out yet, we’re going over the top with the super friendly sunshine posts, knowing that they’ll be taken down, in order to build our case against Facebook to prove that they are lying about human beings reviewing these posts. It’s in their terms and conditions. This makes it a legally binding contract, and they’re gonna be in a world of shit once a judge has this evidence in front of him.
In the meantime we will be creating more and more Turtleboy pages for you to like and follow while we continue to fight these Nazis. Stay tuned.

Do these idiots realize that these actions are just making your case… Stronger? Good Lord.
F Face Book, content’s right here on the blog
The facebook cut-off of this content is seriously impacting my gender transition and happiness ; I’m having suicidal thoughts, urgings to dig into a muddy bottom, and heart palpitations because of this and other microaggressions.
I identify as Turtlegender – and that statue has deep meaning to my gendertribe and our history. I demand that Facebook fight the Patriarchy that is oppressing me and my kind – according to Intersectional Theory – and restore that page!
Fuck Facebook, Fuck DIdi and fuck Kevin and all their followers. They will not silence anything!
Its Simple math to prove Facebook DOES NOT review each individual complaint utilizing live humans, let alone using “highly skilled” engineers.
# of Facebook pages world wide ÷ by average # of daily complaints = x if we solve for x we find that even on the lowest side of # of complaints ÷ by the median average starting pay for a “skilled engineer”x the number of employees needed to review even the lowest average #of complaints at the fastest rate of “skilled engineer” productivity…..Awe Screw the math! It = an unacceptable loss of profits to Facebook and its share holders! Unless Facebook has a warehouse full of unpaid chimpanzees like a simian sweatshop reviewing complaints, Now it all makes sense
Thank goodness for the webpage; It’s like the customer service desk in a shopping mall for us lost kids.
facebook sucks, stop using it.
you’ll have to find another way to drive readers to your site.
i don’t think any type of legal action is going to fix it.
You took on a BLM bigshot using a forum run by a bunch of liberal hipster Whole Foods-shopping Prius drivers. That’s just the world we live in these days.
