New Bedford Guide: If Democrat Representative Daniel Hunt has his way, calling someone a “bitch” could get you jailed for up to six months. Here is the text of the proposed Massachusetts House bill that has already been concurred by the State Senate in May:

Section 53 of chapter 272 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following subsection:-

(c) A person who uses the word “bitch” directed at another person to accost, annoy, degrade or demean the other person shall be considered to be a disorderly person in violation of this section, and shall be subject to the penalties provided in subsections (a) and (b). A violation of this subsection may be reported by the person to whom the offensive language was directed at or by any witness to such incident.

Here are the penalties in Section 53:

“(a) Common night walkers, common street walkers, both male and female, persons who with offensive and disorderly acts or language accost or annoy another person, lewd, wanton and lascivious persons in speech or behavior, keepers of noisy and disorderly houses, and persons guilty of indecent exposure shall be punished by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than 6 months, or by a fine of not more than $200, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(b) Disorderly persons and disturbers of the peace shall, for a first offense, be punished by a fine of not more than $150. For a second or subsequent offense, disorderly persons and disturbers of the peace shall be punished by imprisonment in a jail or house of correction for not more than 6 months or by a fine of not more than $200 or by both such fine and imprisonment; provided, however, that an elementary or secondary school student shall not be adjudged a delinquent child for a violation of this subsection for such conduct within school buildings or on school grounds or in the course of school-related events.”

Dan Cunt represents the 13th Suffolk District, which is basically just Dorchester and parts of Quincy.

Do you understand who uses the word “bitch” in polite conversations in that district? Everyone. The best way to not be called a bitch is to just stop being a little bitch.

This is going to be an absolute nightmare for a lot of people. The Brockton Hub will stop existing, and rap music will be permanently banned. And all to protect hurt feez on the interwebz. My mind is just so blown by the stupidity of this. The bill is literally titled, “an act regarding the use of offensive words.” It’s no longer just SJWs on Twitter whining about things that offend them. It’s the government of Massachusetts enacting laws that will ban you from saying offensive things.

Keep in mind, this is Suffolk County, and Rachael Rollins is the DA there. She has chosen not to prosecute 15 crimes that used to result in jail time because she’s against “mass incarceration.” Now people on HER TEAM are drafting legislation that could send people to jail for six months because some little bitch doesn’t wanna be called a bitch. Makes sense.

Dan Cunt got elected in 2014 for the first time. Because he represents a district that is overwhelmingly blue, no one on the right bothers to run against him.

Why would they? You’re just wasting time and money, because sheep will show up at the polls and vote for anything with a pulse so long as it has a D next to it. It doesn’t matter if they’re trying to send you to jail, where you’ll ironically become someone’s bitch, if you call someone a bitch.

This is just more evidence that the democratic party now exists to oppose free speech. There is nothing they hate more than freedom. They’re no longer hiding it anymore. When you give the government the right to define “hate speech,” this is what they will inevitably do.

And for what it’s worth, I’ve never even heard of this guy Dan Cunt before. Usually you know the radical SJWs on Beacon Hill who will do the craziest shit. Jamie Eldridge, Michelle Dubois, and  Liz Miranda are usually leading the way. And that’s ultimately what this is about for Dan Cunt – making a name for himself. He realizes that in his party the best way to become an AOC is to start saying and pushing the stupidest shit imaginable. Call everything you disagree with “offensive” or “hate speech,” (mostly legitimate criticism of you) and then ban it completely. That way no one can ever criticize anything you say. They’ve clearly thought this one out.
