Alrighty then. It appears as if the Worcester Airport is a fan of shemale pornography. Perfectly normal. The tweet was quickly un-favorited by the Worcester Airport account, but it is important to point out that there are 2 Worcester Airport accounts – the “official” and “unofficial” accounts.

Neither of which have the much coveted blue checkmark to verify that they represent the brand. Twitter only gives those out to Masslive “reporters” who have 500 followers. We follow both, so it’s impossible to figure out which account liked it.

Either way, both pages seem to act as virtual mouthpieces for Worcester Airport. And the unofficial page links directly to this site,  which is dedicated exclusively to Worcester Airport flights and information. And both pages are followed by local and state politicians, media pundits, and other people in the local politburo. If it’s a spam account, it’s doing an amazing job attracting high profile people from the area. Not sure which of them is into shemale porn, since the tweet was quickly un-favorited thus making it impossible for us to trace it back. But someone out there should probably tell the person running the account that if you’re going to present yourself as a spokesperson for Worcester Airport, you should probably create a burner account just for the porn. Act like you’ve been there before. And the “official” account should probably look into getting that blue checkmark, like Logan and other real airports have. The whole point of the blue checkmark is to let people know which is the real account, especially when other accounts pretending to be the real account are out there. If we’re gonna pretend Worcester is a real city, perhaps we should start carrying ourselves like one. Just sayin.
