If you like free speech and want to support what we’re doing, feel free to donate to the Turtle fund:
Hey fam – if you’d like to support Turtleboy and what we do here, feel free to hit the donate button at the top. We basically have to run this site like a Bernie Sanders campaign now since we’ve been blacklisted by Google and Facebook, due to the fact that rabid SJWs keep reporting our posts. Getting blacklisted by Google is a death sentence for most websites, since it’s much harder to monetize. And we all know the damage Facebook has done. We’re never going to stop fighting for free speech, but in the meantime the best way for turtle riders to fight back is to donate to the cause. Without you people none of this is possible. We love you all.
Editor’s Note – We were permanently suspended and blacklisted from even creating new Twitter accounts. Luckily a turtle rider stepped up and donated their account to us. You can follow us here.
Yesterday Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey testified in front of the Senate and said unequivocally 5 times in one minute, that Twitter is the public square:
Highlight: "We need to understand what healthy participation looks like in a public square," @Jack says, "and we need to amplify that. And, more importantly, we need to question a lot of the fundamentals that we started with the 12 years ago in the form of incentives." pic.twitter.com/vqpscibvdV

He’s been saying that a lot lately:
It’s an honor to be able to speak to the American people on behalf of our service. We realize Twitter is used by many as a public square, and our singular objective as a company is to help increase the health and integrity of conversations found within.

The Twitter CEO’s wording is significant — according to U.S. law, speech and expression in the public square are protected by the First Amendment, regardless of whether the public squares are under private ownership.
So basically he would be violating the First Amendment by kicking people out of his public square.
Then today he did just that.
Right wing conspiracy theory nutjob Alex Jones was banned from Facebook, Spotify, Google, Youtube, and pretty much every tech network except for Twitter a few weeks back. Today Twitter added him to their list for confronting CNN reporter Oliver Darcy at the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings in Washington, because Darcy has been using his platform at CNN to try to have Alex Jones deplatformed.
For the record, Alex Jones is insane, and he’s a piece of shit for saying Sandy Hook was a false flag. But that doesn’t mean he should be censored. If you don’t like what he’s saying then block him or don’t read his shit. Be an adult. Demanding that people you don’t like be removed from the public square makes you a totalitarian. And the fact that a CNN reporter is leading the fight for censorship tells you everything you need to know about CNN.
The video that Jones put on Twitter is one of the most harmless and hilarious 9 minutes you’ll ever see:
The dude is completely bonkers. He actually makes good points at certain times, but he’s definitely not all there. Nevertheless, this shit is entertaining as hell. Why shouldn’t I be allowed to watch that? Why is Twitter trying to protect me from seeing that? Who or what was harmed, besides some reporter’s ego? More importantly, what Twitter rules did that video violate?
Are you not allowed to confront people in public space on camera and then have that video posted to Twitter? Because here’s what insane Sharia law advocate Linda Sarsour, and that chick from Coyote Ugly did inside the Kavanaugh hearings…
I was just arrested for civil disobedience in the Kavanaugh hearings.
Many citizens before me have fought for the equal rights of women. I can’t be silent when someone is nominated to the Supreme Court who would take our equal rights away.#StopKavanaghpic.twitter.com/f3SG7gmVam

Both of them are still on Twitter. Both of them still have blue checkmarks verifying their legitimacy.
So just to review, these are things you can do:
- Disrupt one of the most important checks and balances our government has – a SCOTUS confirmation hearing – just because you don’t like the guy getting confirmed and identify yourself as part of the “resistance.”
- Tweet out multiple videos of yourself being arrested and forcefully dragged out after disrupting this hearing.
Things you can’t do:
- Confront a member of the media, who is trying to deplatform you, OUTSIDE of the hearing.
- Post video of you confronting said reporter on Twitter.
In other words – insane right wingers are not welcomed on social media, but insane left wingers are.
Just a reminder that this is also something Linda Sarsour said about Hirsi Ali, a former Muslim who had her genitals mutilated and ran to the United States as a refugee because she had a fatwa on her head and was trying to escape an arranged marriage:
These are Twitter’s terms of service:
First of all, those are so stupid. You should be allowed to tell someone you hope they die, wish they’d get run over by a car, or tell someone they deserve to die. Because they’re just words, not threats. If you don’t like the words then block the person saying those words. Be an adult.
But this is Twitter’s platform so they can make whatever rules they want. The problem is that this tweet violates those rules:
Because she’s saying that Hirsi Ali deserves an ass whooping, and she wishes she could take her vagina away. Because she is critical of a religion she used to be a member of.
This guy is still on Twitter too:
Our friend Mindy Robinson compiled hundreds of blatantly racist tweets from blue checkmark verified accounts. None were taken down. Guess who they were racist against?
Wypipo. Because Twitter and other SJWs don’t believe you can be racist towards white people. \
But seriously, what did Alex Jones do wrong there? He confronted a reporter and called him mean names. He didn’t even tweet. It’s just a video of him in public. Will the people who yell “fake news” at Jim Acosta all be banned next? Do they really not see the road they’re going down here?
Keep in mind, CNN and the Boston Globe and New York Times are the same people who constantly whine about being censored by Trump. But they aren’t censored in any way, shape, or form. Then when actual censorship happens by a social media company that is so important that the POTUS uses it to announce policy decisions, they applaud it.
But wait, it gets even more Orwellian….
Paul Joseph Watson is a conservative British guy who makes Youtube videos, does podcasts, and works for Infowars. What was he suspended for?
Posting the video of Alex Jones confronting Oliver Darcy. He literally just reported an event that happened in the United States Capital building between two well known reporters.
This. Is. Insanity.
Twitter explained why they did this to him…..
“If other accounts are utilized in an attempt to circumvent their ban.”
Holy big brother!! So if you tweet a link from Infowars, or a video showing Alex Jones on it, you get suspended because you’re trying to “circumvent” the Jones ban. It’s literally guilt by association.
And of course the left is celebrating it:
Because it’s not them. Yet. Fred Guttenburg basically did the same thing Jones did. He is the father of a Parkland student who was killed, and barged up to Kavanaugh at the hearing, demanded a handshake (as if he’s the only person who has ever lost a child, and thus is deserving of a handshake from a SCOTUS appointee), and then cried about it when he got blown off.
WATCH: Fred Guttenberg, the father of a Parkland school shooting victim, approaches Brett Kavanaugh during a break in his confirmation hearing, but when he attempted to shake the Supreme Court nominee's hand, Kavanaugh appears to walk away. https://t.co/U2w8doDZr5 pic.twitter.com/xyQwhWHARr

He’s still got his checkmark though.
No one should be applauding this. I don’t care what your politics are, free speech should be a universal principle we all support. If you don’t, then you’re not liberal, you’re a Nazi. End of story.
Meanwhile, people always tell us to go to Gab. Fuck Gab. This is all they do all day:
I don’t wanna go from a left wing platform to a right wing platform. I just want to go to a neutral place where everyone is so we can exchange ideas freely. Is that really so hard to understand?
