Source: New charges have been filed against a Weymouth photographer who is already facing allegations that he raped a child. Joseph James, 39, was arraigned in Norfolk Superior Court in Dedham on a count of child pornography possession. He was previously charged with four counts of enticing a child under 14 and eight counts of raping a child more than 10 years younger than him. His bail was raised from $75,000 to $80,000, according to the Patriot Ledger.
Authorities say James had a months-long sexual relationship with a 15-year-old girl he met on Facebook in 2016. Police began investigating James once the victim’s parents became aware of the relationship. The girl told police that she lied to James about her age, but they continued to have sex after he learned she was 15.
Prosecutors say James initially contacted the girl on Facebook after she clicked “like” on one of his postings on the social network, where the account for his photography business remained active as of Thursday. On it, he had posted a series of images of women he said he’d photographed, some of them nude.
The girl’s parents handed over two phones used by the girl to investigators, who prosecutors said found a series of emails, texts and social media exchanges showing James repeatedly enticing the girl to meet him and giving her advice about how she could slip out after her curfew so her parents wouldn’t notice.
Who would’ve ever guessed that this “photographer” would turn out to be a diddler?
Sorry, but any parent who entrusted their child with Statutory Corey is equally at fault. This guy’s face just screams “Level 3” and “I’ve got court on Tuesday”:
His photography Facebook page is still up for some reason, and almost all the pictures are of young girls, many of whom are still in high school, in various states of undress.
His page is littered with teen noodz that got him arrested. Yet it’s still up. Meanwhile our pages get unpublished for this:
The guy was literally going around soliciting strictly high school girls:
And his pervatron friends were basically letting it be known in the comments that they’re squeezig out the last of the sour cream to these photographs:
Look, I understand lots of high school girls wanna reach Kardashian level skantacularity, but any heterosexual, middle aged male that takes pictures like this of high school girls for a living is probably trying to bang 15 year olds. That’s just science. Seriously, you’re a “photographer.” You can take pictures of pretty much anything if you’re good at your craft. And you chose teenage girls. If as a parent this does not set off alarm bells in your head, then you’re largely to blame as well.
Oh, and if he has to go on Facebook and beg for “lovely ladies” to take their clothes off while he builds up material for the spank bank….
You should probably seek another photographer for your senior photos. Just sayin.
He also does rap battles with guys in flat brimmed Chicago Bulls hats:
So you know he’s a winner.
Turns out life had been “very challenging and painful” for the Weymouth Joe Namath, until a “beautiful girl” came along to heal his pain and give him a new path:
And believe it or not this is NOT the 15 year old he is accused of sticking his cervix scraper inside of:
She just happens to look like a child, which is apparently his cup of tea.
And on Valentine’s Day he made it Facebook official:
You know it’s not good when you announce your relationship status on Facebook and your new girlfriend feels the need to say, “Yes I’m legal”:
“It this one at least legal?” As in, his friends are used to him not doing girls who are actually of age.
The relationship did not appear to last very long though. Sure, they shared sweet nothings together in February of 2016:
But shortly after that he stopped commenting and her posts became sad and morbid. Next thing you know this happens:
Runs in the family….
No clue who his victim was or whether or not she was one of his Titanic French girls, but good on her parents for being extra nosy, going through her phone, and calling the cops. Teenagers have no right to privacy. If you think your kid is potentially getting stuffed by a 38 year old bootleg “photographer” then you should obviously go through all of their emails, text messages, and Instafaces. Kids have no rights, and you have a duty as a parent to protect them from predators.
In the ultimate twist of fate Flat Brim Shady thinks it’s “creeping” when you look at other people’s Facebook pages:
Sorry Joey, but creeping on your Facebook page didn’t make me miserable. It made me laugh at you. And now everyone’s laughing at you too.
The bottom line is that if you’re gonna diddle kids like this and take naked pictures of them for your viewing pleasure, don’t post them on your Facebook page.
