This is Bill Humphrey, a Twitter blue checkmarked democratic candidate for Newton City Council:
He’s also an outspoken, critic of the police. Here’s his Facebook page. And here’s his take on the recent tragedy on Cape Cod in which career criminal gang banger Mickey Rivera killed a two tour veteran on the way home from visiting his wife and three day old daughter in the hospital, because he was evading police:
Once again, as happens so often, police in Massachusetts have killed an innocent person in a high-speed chase – this time a dad returning from the hospital where his kid was born. The crime prompting a chase? Someone doing 65 in a 55 zone. https://t.co/EIHWQZ2oif

“Police in Massachusetts have killed an innocent person in a high speed chase.”
Do you realize how low and debased you have to be to blame this on the cops? Did the police make this career criminal run from them because he was violating the terms of his bail? Because, oh yea, Mickey Rivera recently had his bail reduced from $35,000 to $1,000 by an unnamed judge for his role in an armed robbery that was unrelated to the time he stabbed two chicks:
On Sept. 19, the Rivera’s second attempt to get bail reduced was granted. The DA’s office objected, but said the judge reduced his bail to $1,000, based in part on a Supreme Judicial Court decision that instructed judges to set bail at levels that defendants can afford.
But that’s the cop’s fault according to this jackwagon:
Nice haircut chud.
The fact that people are pursuing elected office and their official platform includes, “the police shouldn’t try to arrest bad guys, and if they do they are murderers” is insane. Where is the democratic party to widely condemn people like this? Do you want us to believe that the entire party thinks like this? Shouldn’t you make it clear that he doesn’t speak for you? Charlie Baker constantly had to condemn Trump for the crazy shit he has said and done, simply because they’re both Republicans. Guess that only works one way.
This isn’t some fringe goober either. He’s endorsed by Twitter with a blue checkmark. He is a registered and active member of the democratic party. He ran for governor’s council in 2016 and this was his platform:
When the first things you have to say are, “Forward thinking criminal justice reform,” and “equal access to justice,” what it really means is, “let assholes walk free as much as possible.” Which is how you tend to think when you live in an upper class utopia like Newton. Because you don’t live around criminals so you have no idea how they operate. Shockingly he’s a huge supporter of the anti-police organization known as black lives matter too:
