I don’t know much about Fall River politics, nor do I care. But I know how math works, and I know that Paul Coogan would’ve won in a landslide if he was the only person running against Jasiel. All the other idiots knew they had no shot at winning but ran anyway, because they’re obviously idiots who didn’t care that they were helping Jasiel get elected Mayor on the same day that he was recalled.
Joe Camara is one of these idiots, taking 1,971 (14.5%) votes away from Coogan. Now his sister is working for Correia and lining her pockets with bribe money from pot dealers. Oh, and even though he ran for mayor “against Jasiel, they’re still BFFL’s.
What a coincidence!!
The guy who knew he had no shot at winning, but ran anyway and thus ensured Jasiel would win, coincidentally has a sister who works for Juicy Jasiel and was making bank off of his corruption. Nothing to see here!
Let’s also point out that after Correia won the mayoral race in March, he removed Coogan from the high school’s building committee as punishment for running against him, but didn’t remove Camara even though he also ran against him and was on the same committee.
Less than 24 hours after Fall River Mayor Jasiel Correia II won his position back amid a recall election and federal charges he removed one of his challengers from the B.M.C Durfee High School Building Committee.
“We have a word down here for this – revenge politics,” Paul Coogan said in an interview with MassLive Thursday. “It’s not what’s best for the city it’s what’s best for the mayor.”
Joseph Camara, who also ran against Correia and sits on the committee, was not removed. Camara has said he will not run for mayor again in the fall.
Gee whiz, I wonder why he punished one guy and not the other? It’s almost as if Juicy and Joey were working in concert the entire time to make sure Juicy won and Joey’s sister got a job. Do I have proof that that happened? Nope. But generally I follow the money and I see who benefits from what and I throw the question out there, which is all I’m doing right now.

Why would anyone trust a greasy spic in the first place
This is a simple case of moral clulessness. Juicy’s actions were always for the betterment of Fall River. He is alleged to have cut corners and may have made a few mistakes but it was done with good intentions for the city you see. I reccomend a 1 month sentence of house arrest and a 50k raise because his job will be stressful for that month.
I can’t pin point it. But something about this guys face , i can help to think it would be satisfying to beat it in with a base ball bat.
While I don’t condone violence towards a pol, I’d make the exception for JJ… Something like an older retired war vet, having to have JJ lean in to hear him, then a surprise uppercut from the vet, knocking JJ silly, ashamed and embarrassed, all on camera…..
