Jury Acquits Cop Of Manslaughter In Philando Castile Killing, Colin Kaepernick Calls All Cops Slave Catchers, Because SJWs Don’t Understand What Justice Means

The outrage patrol is in a tizzy because Jeronimo Yanez, the Minneapolis police officer who shot and killed Philando Castile in a traffic stop last July, was found not guilty on manslaughter charges yesterday. We’ve all seen the video:

But that video only shows what happened after he was shot, not what led up to it or the shooting itself. Ultimately a jury of 12, two of whom were black, decided there wasn’t enough evidence to convict the officer, largely because of this:

“An audio recording captured Castile telling Yanez he had a gun in the car, and the officer telling Castile not to reach for it. Seconds later, Yanez opened fire.”

The protesters respected the will of the jury now that justice has been served.

LOL. Just kidding. They did what they always do – blockaded highways.

As usual the cries of “no justice, no peace” ring hollow in the minds of these simpletons.

Newsflash morons – this is the very definition of justice. A police officer shot and killed a black in Minnesota. He was then indicted by a grand jury and charged with manslaughter by the District Attorney. He was prosecuted to the full extent of the law. He was allowed to retain legal counsel. Both his lawyer and the state of Minnesota produced witnesses to try to prove their case. A jury of 12, 17% of which was black (which is a higher percentage than the overall black population in American), decided after hearing both sides present their case that there wasn’t enough evidence to convict the defendant of manslaughter. So he was found not guilty.

Justice. This is what it looks like.

Oh I see. A below average NFL quarterback who can’t understand why he can’t find a job, just tweeted out that police officers are the modern day version of slave catchers. Not even kidding you. Slave catchers. Not some cops – all cops. Anyone who wears that badge is a slave catcher. But yea, the reason this Castro-supporting, non-voting backup quarterback can’t find a job is because of racism. It’s not like his never ending sea of social justice tweets could possibly be bad for business for whatever team hires him to make sure the bench doesn’t fly away.

But the problem with these idiots like Kaepernick is they don’t really want justice. They are a lynch mob who wants blood. They don’t care about facts. They care about emotions. See, the thing about justice is it doesn’t necessarily mean you get the outcome you wanted. If this cop was never charged or brought before a grand jury, then they’d have a point. But he was. And the mob just didn’t get the verdict they wanted, on a case they know next to nothing about.

This jury spent two weeks reviewing evidence. Those blockading the highway watched a two minute Youtube video that only caught the aftermath. The easy thing for the jury to do would’ve been to find him guilty. It was what the mob wanted. Instead they made an unpopular decision based on the facts.

So what exactly is this mob even protesting? The state of Minnesota that brought charges against the officer? The Minneapolis Police Department who fired him before he was ever convicted of a crime? Because it seems like the only people they should be upset with were the 12 people, two of whom were black, that know more about this case than anyone.

The simple truth of the matter is this — no one protects more black lives than the police in this country. If you doubt me, look at the murder rates in cities were black lives matter protesters have been the most active. In just about all of these cities the murder rate has skyrocketed as police have stopped aggressive policing designed to save mostly black lives. Because who kills the vast majority of black people in these cities where black lives matter activists have been the most active? It’s not the police, 93% of the time it’s black people killing other black people. When minorities protest police the result is not black lives mattering more, it’s more black people killed by other black people. It’s black lives mattering less.
