Just to show you how biased the media is against the police, and just how truly useless NECN is as a news outlet, check out their coverage of the same story we wrote about involving the ratchet patrol who got roughed up by the Webster Police and then whined about it on Facebook:
In shaky, dark cell phone video taken inside an apartment in Webster, Massachusetts, at least three Webster Police officers can be seen fighting with two men. The officers used their fists and a flashlight in the video shot early Wednesday morning on Slater Street. Police had been called to the apartment for the second time in two nights for a noise complaint.
“I didn’t think that a noise complaint would lead to all of this,” said Kasey Crombie, who lives in the apartment and recorded the incident on her cellphone. But when police ran the names of the people inside, they found that one of them, 20-year-old Joshua Crombie, had a warrant out for his arrest stemming from a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
“It was just an unpaid fine, I owed them $150 dollars,” said Joshua Crombie.
Stop right there. Joshua Crombie is so Webster it hurts:
Holy shit, it’s the Mad TV kid all grown up with bad chinstrap. Don’t be fooled though, he’s mad gangsta yo!!
And I’m sorry, the fact that this qualifies as “hood” in Charlton, or wherever these ding-dongs hail from:
Is like the greatest thing that I’ve ever seen.
When Crombie wouldn’t let them in, they called his mom Michelle at work.
“They said for me to open up the door and if I didn’t they were going to bash it in, kick it in, they kind of tricked me into doing that,” said Michelle Crombie.
Those tricky cops!! They fooled her into letting them into the apartment so they could arrest her fugitive from justice son. Because she had to be tricked in order to cooperate with the police. Most normal parents would just tell their criminal kid to turn himself in and pay the $150 fine. Not Michelle though. She had to be “tricked” into it. Gee, I wonder how this brother and sister duo ended up becoming Webster trashbags?
“Under a fresh and continuous pursuit, they could have chased him in there,” said Webster Police Lt. Michael Shaw.
We showed Lt. Shaw the nearly five minute video – first showing a relatively calm situation with Crombie, seen here in cuffs – then showing the officers using force.
Shut the fuck up NECN. You’re drunk. Go home. The officers were using force because one of the idiots thought it would be wise to impede on them while they were doing their job in a small Webster apartment. Stop trying to make the viewer at home have sympathy for these muffs.
“The strikes don’t look good, I agree,” said Lt. Shaw, “but I think that they were warranted at this point, if he’s trying to hit my officers, my officers are going to defend themselves and try to take him into custody.”
Lt. Shaw says what you don’t see in this video is what happened before the officers used force, as they asked for 22-year-old Curtis Hart’s identification.
“He went to hand him a wallet and the officer went to take it, he apparently grabbed on his arm, so the officer pushed him to create distance,” said Lt. Shaw.
Curtis Hart seems like a real winner too:
Grabbing a cop by the arm in close quarters. That’s always a smart move.
But 22-year-old Corey Derosier says he thought his friend was being attacked.
“I simply stood in front of my friend and in front of the officer and said please don’t be aggressive,” said Derosier.
Well that’s a smart thing to do!! Because you totally have the right to get in front of a police officer while he’s doing his job and say, “please don’t be aggressive.” Because you’re up for the Webster Nobel Peace Prize this year. That usually works out well, right Corey?
“He got on their back and they ended up on the ground somehow but one officer was on the bottom and Mr. Derosier was on top of him and then another officer came in and he had the flashlight and he was trying to get him off,” Lt. Shaw said.
“I was hit over the head, I was beaten, I have marks, I was tased for a very long time,” Derosier said.
A great way to not get beaten and tased by the cops is to not jump between a police officer and the numbnuts criminal they are arresting. Just a thought.
Derosier and Hart were arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer. But their friends believe the officers should be the ones punished.
“Honestly I hope they lose their jobs over this,” Kasey Crombie said.
Good God – it’s the Mad TV kid again, except without that God awful chinstrap and flat brimmed adidas hat.
“Maybe they need to get fired or something,” added Joshua Crombie.
Oh well then, that changes everything!! Good thing NECN got these brilliant rocket scientist’s opinions on record about how the police should be disciplined for doing their job. Because 20 year olds who have been arrested in every town between Worcester and Connecticut are people whose opinions we should be taking seriously.
“I feel what they did was right and I stand by them,” Lt. Shaw said.
Lt. Shaw says the incident is under investigation, as is standard with all incidents where there is a use of force.
Of course what they did was right. And it’s ridiculous that they’d even have to be put on the defensive about this. Dickbag #1 had an outstanding warrant. Cops found him. Cops went to arrest him. Dickbag #2 tries grabbing the cop. Dickbag #3 appoints himself the UN and tries brokering a ceasefire by standing in the line of fire between dickbags #1 and #2 and the police. Dickbags all try jumping on cops. Dickbags all get arrested and go to jail. Pretty simple to see what happened. Smart people understand this. Obviously the folks at NECN just aren’t that smart and have a thing for Webster cop blocking wangstas.
