He’s a career criminal who can’t stop drinking and driving and getting arrested for operating a vehicle without a license.
On Saturday night Germaine was summoned to come jump her friend’s car in Providence, and somehow despite his long and documented history of driving without a license, he was able to drive down and help her out. But when the cops arrived to see what was going on at 3 AM they arrested and kicked the shit out of him despite his protestations of dindu nuffin.

So basically they were dickheads to the cops for absolutely no reason except for the fact that they police exist and were there, they told him repeatedly to back away, he kept getting near them anyway, and finally he was arrested and resisted.
He wasn’t the only one arrested either. This is Janelle Hazard.

According to the Pubonic Plague his girl Janelle also dindu nuffin, but somehow ended up getting arrested as well.

If this asswipe somehow has a license with his driving history then there pretty much are no rules in Rhode Island.
So what did Janelle get arrested for? Ya know, not listening to the police while screaming Germain dindu nuffin at the top of her lungs despite the fact that he was actively resisting arrest.
Pro tip – screaming racial slurs at cops and then live streaming yourself as you also resist arrest is not evidence of innocence.
Now the Pubonic Plague’s sister Kearra is spreading the word on social media, and urging people to donate so he can get not one lawyer, but two, and sue PPD.
