So Turtleboy was about to go to a KKK rally this weekend, but then we saw this WRTA bus and we became social justice warriors instead:
Oh snap!!! Here I was planning on being wicked racist all day, but luckily I see that every city bus is reminding me that I should do the exact opposite. Never thought of that!! This is why the government exists. To remind people not to be racist.
Seriously though, what the hell is the point of this besides helping Ed Augustus and Joe Petty feeling good about themselves? Is racism like, a big problem in Worcester? Who are the racists? Where is the racism you would like us to stand against? How exactly do we stand against it? Because we hate racism at Turtleboy Sports, but the problem is that the only racism we see comes from people who have spent time at Mosaic, which ironically is leading the charge for meaningless messages like this.
Here’s what really happened. This is part of a campaign by the YWCA, which is basically a much bigger, but equally fraudulent organization as Mosaic. The difference is that they’re much more careful about keeping their books in order so they don’t get shut down. Last month they honored Dianne Wilkerson, who spent several years in jail for stuffing bribes in her bra when she was a State Senator out of Boston. But she’s not white or male, therefore she deserved an award. And if you have a problem with that you’re racist and the YWCA will stand against you.
Joyce McNickles is on the board of the Worcester YWCA, and the organization has ties to every SJW getting paid by the taxpayers in this city. But at the end of the day they’re just in it for the money. They know that racism is not rampant, and those who are racist generally keep it to themselves. But the only way they know how to make money is to hold diversity trainings and receive grant money for meaningless thins like “Stand against racism.” And that stuff isn’t necessary unless people believe that racism is running wild.
We urge you to support the Turtleboy Sponsors by doing business with them. Without them none of this is possible. Click on any of them to check out their sites or Facebook pages.
