So the Connecticut State Police recovered the body of 18 year old Todd “TJ” Allen today, after they were led there by the last person to see him alive – 19 Year Old Kevin Weismore. Later in the day it was announced that Weismore was arrested for murdering TJ Allen.

Now close your eyes and imagine what you think a cold-blooded murderer looks like.

Was this what you had in mind:

As a turtle rider pointed out earlier, it’s like the love child of Ronald McDonald and he who shall not be named from 48 Cedar Street in Fitchburg. Sweet baby Jesus. That is one evil ginger if I’ve ever seen one. And what the hell is that thing on his chin? And what is up with that ginger pubestache he’s got going on? Northeastern Connecticut is a strange place.

Good God. Throw it in the hole!!

Anyway, Turtleboy got ahold of the signed affidavit, warrant, and full confession that Kevin Weismore gave the cops today. It’s one of the most fascinating and intense documents we’ve ever read. We’ll give you the reader’s digest in a moment, but here’s the whole thing in it’s entirety:

screen-shot-2017-01-13-at-11-49-37-pmscreen-shot-2017-01-13-at-11-49-46-pmscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-37-46-amscreen-shot-2017-01-13-at-11-52-11-pmscreen-shot-2017-01-13-at-11-55-20-pmscreen-shot-2017-01-13-at-11-56-08-pmscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-00-26-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-01-12-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-01-27-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-06-26-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-07-15-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-07-34-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-08-53-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-11-14-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-11-30-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-19-36-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-20-27-amscreen-shot-2017-01-14-at-12-24-11-am A Turtleboy snyposis:

  • Ellianna Audet is a 14 year old girl, and the last person to receive a text message from TJ Allen. He sent her a text letting her know that he had crashed his bike and that he was injured. Many have rumored that this was his girlfriend, but the age difference would make that….problematic. She says they haven’t seen each other since September. Her phone was confiscated and searched by the cops on December 29. No new leads.
  • Susan Hasan is a 41 year old woman who TJ Allen texted on December 23, asking her if she could get him two ounces of weed. Because that’s a perfectly normal thing for an 18 year old boy to do with a 41 year old woman. Susan Hasan told him no and denied ever selling him weed in the past. LOL. Right.
  • Shelby Lemoi is a 16 year old friend of TJ Allen who regularly bought weed off of him. TJ sold her bags based on whatever money she could scrap up. Since Christmas had just past she had $50 on her on December 26 and arranged to meet up with him in the woods, where he normally sold weed. They met up at noon, she gave him $50 for weed, and then he smoked her up on the L before they parted ways. At that point in the investigation she was the last known person to see him, hours before he sent the text message about being injured.
  • By December 29 it was clear that the cops were suspicious of 41 year old Susan Hasan. They thought that TJ might’ve been at her house on the day he disappeared. So they spoke with a friend of her son named David Johnson, who had spoken with Susan Hasan, and she admitted that she did not mention the fact that TJ was planning on buying weed off of her until after Christmas because she didn’t want to admit to the cops that she was involved in discussions about selling marijuana.
  • On December 29 the police met with TJ’s father, Todd Allen. He admitted that he and his son sold weed together, which they grew on their property. Since they stopped growing weed TJ needed to buy some more. He told his father he wanted to buy weed off of Susan Hasan but her prices were too high. Todd Allen believed at this point that Susan had something to do with TJ’s disappearance.
  • The FBI’s experts were able to determine from Verizon where the last pings on TJ Allen’s cell phone came from. The place where his body was eventually discovered is inside the semi-circle they came up with.
  • On January 12 the police executed a warrant they received to gain access to TJ’s Facebook page. After going through his messages they noticed that he was in contact with Kevin Weismore a lot on Christmas Day and on the day he died. Kevin told TJ that he had 3.25 ounces of weed to sell him and they agreed to meet in the woods the next day. On that day they messaged several times and TJ told Kevin to bring a Philips Head screwdriver.
  • TJ texted Ellianna at 1:39 PM to tell her that he crashed. After that he continued to FB message Kevin. This proves that it was in fact TJ who sent the text message about the bike crash, and it was not some elaborate plan to fool everyone by the killer. At 2:24 PM TJ sent his final Facebook message to Kevin, letting him know that he was at the prearranged meeting place.
  • The Weismore family has had several instances involving the police. Kevin’s dad Kevin also regularly gave his son weed. Because apparently in northeastern Connecticut this is a thing families do with their young male children. In January of 2016 Kevin’s Mom Danielle called the cops because he was unresponsive after allegedly smoking some “laced weed.” She told the cops then that he had a history of narcotics usage.
  • Kevin Weismore made no attempts to contact TJ Allen after he died, nor did he participate in any of the searches for him. If he did, he’d probably be an even bigger asshole.
  • Late on January 12 a search warrant was executed at the Weismore’s house. The parents were brought down to the police station, and Kevin, who was not there at the time, was called and agreed to meet them there.
  • At the police station Kevin spilled the beans about everything. He had recently come in contact with TJ, who was an old high school acquaintance, through a friend. They began talking about getting weed.
  • Kevin told TJ that he had gotten a big stash of weed from Woonsocket (of course Woonsocket). They agreed to meet up in the woods on December 26 at 3 PM. When TJ got there he allegedly pulled a silver gun out and demanded the marijuana because he didn’t have the money.
  • This is when Kevin Weismore transformed into Superman. He hit the gun, which was in TJ’s right hand, knocking it to the ground. At the exact same time Kevin then pulled a knife out of his own pocket with his right hand, which would mean he used his left hand to hit the gun out of TJ’s hand, which would make Kevin one of the most talented ambidextrous James Bond impersonators of all time.
  • Kevin then stabbed TJ repeatedly in the stomach and neck. He admitted that after stabbing him TJ started to move, so he stabbed him again. He says he heard him struggling to breathe until he finally passed.
  • Kevin then admitted to dragging the body behind a rock wall so cars couldn’t see it. Kevin then took the gun and threw it over a cliff with a highway below it (presumably the highway that connects Route 6 to I-395.
  • Kevin admits that he took TJ’s helmet and backpack and threw them in a nearby well. He then burned all his clothes, his weed, and the money TJ had on him, and went to his friend David Howard’s house for the night.
  • The next day Kevin was overcome with guilt so he spilled the beans to David Howard. The two agreed to then dispose of TJ’s bike by throwing it in a pond. He spent the night at David’s house again. The next day he told his sister about what he had done, she urged him to call the police, but he did not listen to her advice.
  • Upon questioning David Howard admitted that Kevin had confessed the entire thing to him, but did not disclose the method in which he killed TJ Allen. He said that Kevin started crying while telling him what happened, and said the TJ puked all over him while he was dying. When Howard asked him where the body was, he said it was so close to his house that he could hit him with a rock.
  • On Friday morning Kevin brought the police to the body. He also brought them to the place where he allegedly threw TJ Allen’s gun, but there was no sign of it after a thorough search with the canine unit.
  • TJ’s parents said he didn’t own a gun, and that that he probably did have $500 on him when he met Kevin Weismore.

This is the most insane story we’ve ever read. He got caught because of Facebook. Until the cops got on TJ’s Facebook page Kevin Weismore was not even remotely on their radar. They were suspicious of his 41 year old pot dealer Susan. Imagine living with that guilt for almost 3 weeks? What do you do every day when you know you could be arrested at any moment for murder? Apparently “get a haircut” was not one of the things he chose to do with his last few moments of freedom.

And I think anyone with a brain knows that Kevin Weismore is a cold blooded murderer who is making up the part about TJ Allen having a gun so that he can play the self-defense card. It just makes zero sense. He couldn’t physically have done what he says he did. Plus, where’s the gun at? Why didn’t he call the police if it was self-defense? Why did they need to burn his clothes? Why did they need to get rid of all the evidence? Oh yea, and Mom thinks TJ Allen had $500 on him, so that would mean Kevin is lying about TJ robbing him at gunpoint because he was broke.

I think it’s pretty obvious what happened here. TJ Allen went to buy $500 worth of weed. Kevin Weismore killed him for the $500 and kept the weed. Who knows if that was his original intent, but he definitely did it, and there’s no fucking way TJ Allen had a gun on him. Looks like this ginger is gonna spend a long, long time behind bars. Wonder if she’ll wait for him.

Here’s my take on it. (I suggest you reading paragraph 13 of the arrest warrant to see where I’m going)

Ginger boy mentions TJ pulling a gun and telling him he owes his father money. My guess is that he probably said something to the effect of I’ll just take the weed as payment for the debt. Ginger boy probably got the weed on credit for a little less than the $500 mentioned. So, not only was he going to be on the hook for the money he owed the weed supplier, (as well as the possibility that he was going to get his pasty, white ass beat) he also was out the small profit he had built into the transaction. So, his twisted brain decided he had to kill him to get the weed back.

My final thought is in regard to the Allen family: What kind of parents do drugs and deal drugs with their teenage kids? For some reason the term “white trash” comes to mind.

turtleboy..smfh.. people like you shouldn’t ever be allowed to report the news or relay the news or informed of the news to anybody! You’re a fucking joke you’re not a major news station . Both of those kids have families and I hope to God one day that you don’t get caught in a situation to where people talk about you like this. You should be ashamed of your fucking self and all you other people that are saying that this blog is great and it’s informing people of what’s going on, you need to get your fucking head checked. If you have to go to turtle boy instead of major new stations or major reporting outlets then that is sad in more ways than one.

First of all making fun of the situation is sad in more ways than one. I came across this fucking blog thing and I was repulsed. I hope somebody talks the same way about you if you ever do something as serious as this. I hope this A teenager who put this up on the Internet and not an adult because if it’s an adult that’s even more fucked up. People like you shouldn’t even be given a platform to say anything about the news or anything that goes on in the world. In short, you’re fucking joke.

This is where I really feel bad for Police and probably why cases get thrown out of court.

How in the hell can you take credible statements from illiterate assholes and then try to use them in a police report that makes any sense to any Judge?

‘Well he was gonna bring the weed and cuz the girl wouldn’t sell and $500 and in the woods and stabbed him with a knife and screwdriver and his dad and……… ‘

Should have waited 3 months, its about to be legal in CT.
Until that gun is found, this ginger is a liar by default.
What he could have done- if this scrawny murder victim actually had a gun pointed at him- “hey dude, i literally live across the street and my parents have cameras pointed this way, they know i sell pot and keep a record of every deal i do for my own safety if a situation like this happens”

And then again, what if TJ really did have a gun? Would he have shot kevin over 3 ounces of pot? Highly unlikely. Still though. Its easy to turn the table. This is just an insane tragedy that shouldnt have happened. Its like killing a dude over a bottle of dubra cause ya didnt have the 8 bucks!

      January 16, 2017 at 10:42 am

There was no gun. If there WAS a gun, why throw it over a cliff? It substantiates the story and could have fingerprints. That’s why the gun story makes no sense.

I have no dog in the fight. I am from Northern Connecticut, near the Springfield Mass border. My thoughts.

    – Kevin told David Howard a different story than police. Kevin stated that TJ accused him of owing his Father money for weed.
-Kevin said he burned $3 however Shelby just bought $50 worth of weed off of TJ. $47 dollars is missing for sure.
-Where are all the psychics that chimed in when he was missing?

Amanda, cousin of murders GF, I’m very curious what facts will come out that will change the minds of the public. Please share.

Rest easy TJ you’re home now.

    • Amanda
      January 14, 2017 at 9:15 pm

When we’re talking about dollar amounts being found, I do also find this to be suspicious. Not a lot of this makes sense, you’re right. Do I think there is definitely more to the story that hasn’t been told? Absolutely! Do I think there will always be parts of this situation that nobody knows? Of course! That’s what always happens and I don’t think that this is any different.

What I do know though, is that all of these assumptions we, the public, are making is exactly that until we are told what the truth is IF they ever find out the truth. But in the meantime, people read this, come up with partial stories, end up making some parts up or maybe innocently misinterpret it, they tell someone else, and the story, sometimes rumors, keeps going on, just like the game Telephone. What I definitely know is what I already said. People need to be patient and wait to find out what is TRUE. They need to stop with these ignorant comments not knowing who they’re really hurting. Kevin may never even read this or know about any of this….so why even say the negative things about him? There’s no need for it. Who it really hurts are the innocent people involved in all of this. That’s what people don’t understand or stop to think about when they tell these stories or make the comments they do. I’m not by any means standing up for neither victim or murderer. I’m simply taking sides of the people who are really hurt and effected by these posts who don’t and can’t have a voice during some of the most difficult times of their lives. We’re all human, we have hearts, and we have brains….let’s use them.

I don’t think he ever had the weed. Why would he burn all of the weed? That’s asinine. I think it was all a plan to murder him for the money. TJ wanted 3 1/4 for $500. The ginger offered to give him 3 1/2 for $500. Why give more for the same amount of money. The ginger never had any weed he was willing to sell.

Turtle boy you are always the best! However I just need to point out one error- In the bullet points you say that tj puked on Kevin but in the written statement it’s actually Kevin who puked on TJ (the MP). He probably puked on tj because he was so disgusted with his actions. Piece of shit carrot top. But I Just wanted to make sure that doesn’t confuse anyone else!

She, the one if you’re wondering will wait for him, is my cousin. She’s extremely devastated by all of this and has been the most cooperative through all of this according to the police. Regardless of what anyone assumes, thinks, or believes, the truth will be unveiled at some point. Meanwhile, all of these “jokes” you’re coming up with are completely unnecessary. There are real problems out there which is clearly evident. There are families out there who lost their son, losing get this one to prison for life, and many others who are mourning as well. It’s great for you to reiterate what the warrant states, but any presumption you have should be kept to yourself until all the facts are out. Regardless of what we think happened, it isn’t going to change anything. Reading the disrespect that people have is what’s going to hurt the people closest to both parties more. I wish you and people like you would think about who it may effect before you open your mouth or type it for the world to see.

Thank you for the thumbs up and for having some of the same views as me and putting it out there for people to know. I feel as though some people just follow others’ leads when they don’t know which way to sway. Of course, swaying on the “safe” side, putting people down, and making jokes is what they prefer though. People need to be stronger and smarter than that though, but it’s always been that way and it’ll never change.

        January 14, 2017 at 9:03 pm

My heart aches for TJ and his family. It isn’t about this random ass girl it’s about who was murdered, so what he was buying to weed to help support his disabled father and his mother who work their land for a living. He was a good kid. It’s not about her. She’s not important, justice is.

        • Amanda
          January 14, 2017 at 9:39 pm

Well she’s not just a random ass girl and definitely isn’t any less important because you don’t find her to be an important part of this story. She’s someone who was a part of Kevin’s life and who should have been very close to him, know him in and out like a lot of people think they know their bf or spouse. She’s someone who is an important part of the investigation through finding out any details. She is also another person who is grieving in all of this too because now she’s having to deal with a person in her life being gone, and also coming to the realization that she had been lied to all this time and know that he wasn’t who she thought he was. He made her believe he was whoever he wanted her to think he was. So if you think for a moment that she isn’t important and is just some random person, you definitely need to rethink that comment of yours and know that you’re not correct in your statement either. Again, instead of posting apocryphal assumptions, let’s state the truth here.

          • Samuel
            January 15, 2017 at 12:09 am

She isn’t important. If she didn’t know about the murder she isn’t important. She lost someone, a murderer. He’s low life scum, she should be thankful he’s been caught and leave it at that. How about you stop being biased towards her and think of the father and mother who lost their son, the father’s only biological son to this piece of garbage. She isn’t an important piece of this story. TJ is the one who should be mourned and taken care of. Not her. She was dating a murderer.

By the way, why give thumb downs when someone who deserves to be defended is? Instead, you followers are going to defend someone who knows absolutely nothing about what they’re talking about!? Kudos to you. All the thumb downs on my comments just shows how many naive and idiotic people there really are out there. I heard this is a “popular” site as of the last few years, but it is clearly most popular to the fools who wish to get misguided information. It’s so ironic reading how all of you came up with so many different scenarios about what happened over the past few weeks….and it’s even more ironic when the truth came out and how many of you were DEAD WRONG!! Again, kudos to all of you moronic people.

We’re all morons? Seeings as some of us know the families pretty well I don’t see how you have any standing in that comment. You’re just upset that no one cares about your cousin. This is about TJ being murdered by some kid who called himself his friend. Those facts are there in the warrant and in his own written confession. The only thing that matters now is justice. Your cousin dated a murdering ex narcotic abuser/current drug dealer. There is no injustice done to her that the law can fix. She isn’t the important one. TJ is. His family is. Her mourning some boyfriend she had for less than two years isn’t important. TJs father lost his only son. His mother lost her son. They now have to bury their child. No parent should ever have to bury their child. So Amanda get your head out of your ass and stop trying to turn this all about her and not about who really matter, TJ and his family.

That was an amen for Sam, by the way.
Damn selfish melenials thinking their teenage boyfriends matter. She has nothing to do with this. Someone was MURDERED. Period.

First off….”work the land”? As in…..???

I’m not saying that this entire story is about her. It’s not. There are pieces of every store just like there are pieces to a puzzle. Every little bit matters. What I was saying, if you’d read and actually let what you read sink in, is that she matters, she is important, and she isn’t random. She may not be a key person in this case since she clearly had nothing to do with it not knowing her boyfriend committed this act. If your significant other committed murder, would you feel like you literally had NOTHING to do with this?! No, so there’s no need to act otherwise. My entire point to all of EVERYTHING I have said through this idiotic blog is that everyone needs to stop speculating, stop saying things that aren’t true, stop being so negative towards everyone in BOTH parties involved. I have no idea how old any of you guys are, but if you have or one day have a kid who commits murder, is this something you’d want to come across reading? Take a good look at everything that’s written all over the place about this. It’s completely unnecessary and it hurts EVERYONE involved. That means not just the victim’s parents, but EVERYONE INVOLVED!! Please tell me you know what that means…not just TJ, not just his mom, not just his dad. They are INCLUDED in this, but certainly, not by any means, are the only ones.

And Samuel, before you tell someone they have their head up their own ass, maybe you should make sure it’s really up there. I don’t have my head up my ass or any body’s for that matter. Simply stating that people shouldn’t talk so negatively about others doesn’t make them have a head up their own ass. Start reading statements instead of just jumping to your own conclusion and acting out on it.

Obviously you don’t know, they make maple syrup, raise chickens, sell their eggs and more. TJ used to help his parents income by making fishing lures out of extra chicken feathers. Kevin is not important. Of my child were to commit murder off with their head, they’re no longer my child. And if my daughter tried to make her boyfriend’s murder about her, I disown her too. She does not matter. She had nothing to do with the murder, she doesn’t matter. Justice is what matters. Welcome to the real world. Those who commit crimes are punished and spoken ill of. We aren’t all politically correct and being kind to the family who lost their murderous son. He’s a murderer. Fuck him. They’re better off without. Suck it up. This isn’t about her or him, it’s about justice and if you can’t see that you’re just an ignorant “politically correct” sensitive person who doesn’t understand the real world. She doesn’t matter and neither does Kevin. Justice.

I don’t know if they grew Marijuana or not, because I don’t know the family, nor did I know Kevin’s. But is that included in working land? Or did they truthfully not do that? It’s not something I KNOW to be fact or false so it wasn’t anything I brought up in my posts. But you say he was a good kid and Kevin was bad….but TJ did and sold drugs too. That, in my drfinition, isn’t a good kid doing good things. Maybe he had good intentions in the long run, but what he was doing and how he was doing it was anything but good. It’s illegal. So should he be spoken ill of because of this? NO! Nobody should. Because like I said before, and I obviously can’t say it enough….this is about everyone else involved. If the tables were turned you’d have a different outlook as well. You’re naturally going to be biased for whomever you’re close to. I don’t know either one OR their families. I am not standing up for my cousin saying she needs all this attention you’re saying I am. I’m saying regardless of how you feel or who you feel it towards, have some respect for everyone else…not just the ones on your “side” of the fence.

I don’t know murdering someone might make them a bad kid. Murder is definitely bad. Common sense. And yet you did say that she deserves attention when we all know she doesn’t. Kevin is a murdering scumbag and no, if the tables were turned I wouldn’t change my opinion at all. It could be my brother or mother or girlfriend who commited murder and I’d be saying the same shit. They’re a piece of shit who deserves to have the book thrown at them. Kevin is scum and his family should be happy he is in jail and no longer free to murder.

Samuel, you also keep going on about how it isn’t about her.

I’ve agreed, it’s not entirely. Also, never ONE TIME has she tried to make it about her. THIS blog mentioned her at the end, asking if she’d wait for him. I commented saying she’s devastated because she is. Just like YOU are for TJ. Everyone has a meaning in someone’s life. Just because they weren’t important to you doesn’t mean they aren’t to the person next to you. She has to have other realizations too. This is just ME saying this, not her.

When you read the rest.of my post, it continues on about the audacity of other people and having the decency to actually keep other people’s feelings into consideration.

For you to downgrade anybody for no reason shows you’re just as moronic as the others as I’ve said before.

This isn’t about her feelings, no, but am I going to defend her when a random blogger who doesn’t know her says what they do? Naturally. For you to continue on with her in mind and add negative comments as well, of course I’m going to defend her. If you want to stop making this be about her, then maybe you should stop making it be about her. I’m trying to make this about everyone. And if you don’t think the people on Kevin’s side should care because he was the murderer, you’re the one has no realistic view on life or human feelings.

To say the least, this blog is the most imbecilic blog I’ve read. To make jokes during a time where jokes are uncalled for, I don’t even need to be reading it and neither does anyone else. Staying and reading anyone else’s comments was asinine because we’re arguing over something that’s not even the issue. From now on, I suggest when you comment on a blog’s comment, you should read it first and actually take in what’s being said.

I’m not wasting another second of my life on this post, or you, or your presumptions. Have fun picking a fight with other people as they have a different view contrary to yours. Being human and having a heart which to you is clearly the wrong thing to do, is all I ask other people to do. Instead of coming up with fictitious stories, tell or wait for the truth…have remorse for everyone involved and don’t slander one person because of caring for the other. Easy peasy. Adios crazy blog and commenters… =)

Not only did he tell her lies Sam but now she has to find a new pot dealer so yes this is a major problem for her to deal with and it does effect her life.

            January 15, 2017 at 11:49 am

She doesn’t do pot, and has never done a drug in her life. She did a drug test while at the police station when she was taken in for questioning. So, here we go again with assumptions and speaking about something that’s not true just like what the other Amanda said. Just shut the fuck up already if you don’t know what you’re talking about.

Well maybe she shouldn’t have dated someone she knew nothing about. Ex narcotic abuser, and a drug dealer. She literally doesn’t matter at all. All that matters is justice for TJ’s murder. Not sure how you’re so blind to that.

            January 15, 2017 at 11:16 pm

            For Tina:

Not only did he tell her lies Sam but now she has to find a new pot dealer so yes this is a major problem for her to deal with and it does effect her life.

Tina, if she needs to find a new pot dealer, what the hell does this imply? That she does drugs…same as smoking pot. So yes, someone did say just that. Maybe you ought to read a little first before throwing in your worthless two cents.

Lies lies lies, now if only people actually cared about her. We don’t care. This is about TJ and justice for him. She was stupid enough to date an ex narcotic user. Maybe she shouldn’t be so stupid. This is about justice for TJ. Not her random ass.

            January 16, 2017 at 2:55 pm

At lies lies lies, she was dumb enough to date an ex narcotic user she did it to herself. Her stupidity doesn’t matter though this is about TJ.

You keep going on about how the girl chose a narcotic user, a loser, how is family is full of losers, etc….that this is all about justice for the dead kid….but I’m sorry….wasn’t he growing, selling, and doing drugs with his own father? Yes. So it wasn’t just the kid who murdered him who had this lifestyle, the other kid did too. What a great kid he must have been.

Now that weed is legal – I wonder how many more of these types of scenarios play out in MA. There will always be backdoor street sales regardless of state regulated weed shops. The backdoor prices will be in competition with the regulated weed shops no doubt.

The overall demand will skyrocket because it is now legal and probably the number one reason to continue a backdoor or street transaction is both quantity and quality of the product. That is just my best guess.
