The other day we published this story about a local trap queen out of Lowell who was selling $100 worth of food stamps for $50 cash on Facebook:
Yea, you can’t do that Myranda. Food stamps are for food, not for barter to exchange for crack money. Eventually the blog made it to her, and she was none too pleased. That’s when the story got way more fun. The food stamps she was selling weren’t even for her daughter because she doesn’t have custody:
This woman lose custody?
That’s hard to believe.
So basically the state of Massachusetts is giving this woman, who was employed at Sal’s Pizza (she lost her job because of this blog actually), so much money on her DTA card that she doesn’t know what to do with it at all. Ya got that? A grown woman with no dependents (she doesn’t have custody) is getting food stamps JUST FOR HER!! More food stamps than she knows what to do with.
Then there’s this:
Yea, no clue what that means, but it sounds important.

This is a classic example of why our schools are failing. There is absolutely no incentive for people to strive to get ahead when they know that the dumber they are, the more babies they have and the more problems they create, the more free stuff they get. Why would anyone work hard in college to get a master’s degree and then have huge student loan bills, when in 30 states, people on benefits make more money than a first year teacher salary.
I’ve never gotten assistance before, do they use WIC/EBT cards AND stamps?
Just the other day I saw two Athol creeps getting money back from their EBT,
(all $20 bills) what’s up with that?
And people still deny food stamp fraud doesn’t exist.
This is abuse of OUR tax money. Report the fraud to the Mass.gov
website. They shouldn’t be allowed to get money out like a bank account
either!!

Doesn’t anyone pay attention to what’s really going on? It’s the same for the illegal (undocumented) democrats. It’s about votes and power.

A couple months ago I was at Market Basket at the service desk, and apparently you can cash your government checks there. So, the couple in front of me, who both appeared to be in their 50s, each cashed their check, in total it was about $1100. Then they immediately bought about $300 in scratch tickets. If that wasn’t disgusting enough, I saw them again when I was checking out, they had a cart full of cases of beer and also bought 10 cartons of cigarettes, no food. Ten minutes it took them to spend their monthly checks on stuff they didn’t need.
So how do they accomplish this. Do they give the buyer the card and hope they only spend a hundred. Run the card down to a hundred sell it and then report they lost it and get another one.
Just take the buyer shopping.
They go with them? No wonder she can’t work – no time.
Something tells me she’ll be in another turtleboy story before the end of this month.
