Fraud 25 News Not Only Bit Off The Story We Broke Without Citing Us, They Blamed The State Troopers For Doing Their Job, Didn’t Mention DA Joe Early Or Major Anderson

We all knew the MSM was gonna take our story on the daughter of Judge Tim Bibaud having her recent arrest report redacted in order to avoid shame and humiliation of admitting to sucking pee-pee for heroin per orders of DA Joe Early, but we didn’t think they’d fuck it up as badly as Fox 25 News did.
First of all, nowhere in this article is Turtleboy mentioned. This is the most pathetic display of MSM journalism we’ve ever seen. This story literally does not exist without Turtleboy. Fraud 25 News read our blog, decided they’d like to “break” it, took all the work we did and passed it off as their own. And everyone noticed too:
I love how this automatically happens whenever some hack journalist steals our story and passes it off as their own. Turtle riders just destroy them. Which begs the question – why do they do it? They know that everyone knows who broke the story. They’re not fooling anyone. So every time they do this all they’re really doing is just embarrassing themselves and opening themselves up to more public humiliation.
The only one who disagreed was Charlene:
But that’s just because she’s good friends with Dianne Williamson, who we’ve exposed as being a fraud more times than I can count. For the record though Charlene, we always cite and link any time we use the work of another media outlet. Sometimes we break news and other times we comment on it. The story simply would not exist without us, and Fraud 25 News would never think to investigate one random arrest in Worcester without reading our blog first. But please, tell me more about the big story you wrote for the Northboro Patch about animal cruelty that no one read.
The best part is how predictable it was. If I were to guess which MSM outlet would steal the story and fuck it up, my first guess would be Fraud 25 News. But of course they were missing some really big parts of it, and they put an anti-police spin on it, because that’s what the MSM does. Check it:
Two state police troopers have been reprimanded for including comments about oral sex in the arrest report for a woman charged with OUI, a source tells Boston 25 News. Allie Bibaud was arrested on Oct. 16 after allegedly swerving into a police construction detail on I-190 in Worcester. Bibaud, the daughter of Dudley District Court Judge Timothy Bibaud, told officers she was having an argument with a man in her car, which caused her to swerve. During her arrest, Bibaud allegedly made a comment referring to oral sex when she was asked about how she obtained the drugs she was accused of being on.
Just to be clear, the “comment referencing oral sex” was:
“Do you know how many people I had to blow to get that?”
I still don’t know the answer to that question, but I’d love to find out.
Bibaud’s father allegedly asked friends in positions of authority to have the comment removed from her arrest report.
See that right there? That’s the only thing that matters. That’s the story. A judge used his position as a judge, and the connections he had as a judge, in order to have information removed from an official arrest report. That’s all you need to know. Judge Bibaud should immediately resign. It’s blatant corruption. How can he ever be trusted to be fair and impartial? What if one of his daughter’s friends appears before him in court? Will they get slack that others don’t get?
More importantly, the second DA Joe Early got the call he should’ve told Judge Bibaud there was nothing he could do. Instead he made a call to Colonel Richard McKeon and asked him to make it disappear. Completely unethical. At this point McKeon should’ve told him there was nothing he could do. Instead he called Major Susan Anderson and instructed her to get it removed. Of course she couldn’t do that without threatening her officers, which she did. They were forced under duress to change the report in order to please her higher ups.
That’s the story.
Instead the higher ups in the State Police are covering for their masters Joe Early and Tim Bibaud:
The report no longer includes the statement, and state police tell Boston 25 News it shouldn’t have been included in either case.
“The revision consisted only of removal of a sensationalistic and inflammatory directly-quoted statement by the defendant, which made no contribution to proving the elements of the crimes with which she was charged. Inclusion of an unnecessary sensationalistic statement does not meet the report-writing standards required by the department,” a statement from state police said.
Police told Boston 25 News they do not track revisions to reports, and the ultimate decision was made by the state police colonel.
Wait……what?? Her quote “made no contribution proving the elements of the crimes with which she was charged?” She said she sucked dick for heroin. She was busted for heroin possession. She basically confessed to being a prostitute. How is that not relevant? Obviously this could be used in court against her. What if her defense attorney argues that she wasn’t under the influence when she crashed? Wouldn’t that quote strengthen the case of the prosecution? Does that sound like something someone would say if they weren’t currently high on heroin?
Is Colonel McKeon trying to tell us that no other State Police arrest reports contain verbatim statements by those who were arrested? Just this one? And therefore the troopers who wrote this report maliciously tried to smear some poor girl who was just trying to drive around on the highway all fucked up on drugs? You wanna see what this girl looks like when she drives around? Watch her Facebook Lives:
This chicks is a HUGE danger on the roads. She’s also 30 freaking years old!!! Why is Daddy still protecting her? She’s not some 17 year old who got busted at a keg party in the woods. She’s a grownup junkbox endangering the lives of the rest of us.
But God forbid an embarrassing statement that she said be included in the arrest report. That would damage her reputation.
The most infuriating part about this is the fact that the two troopers were reprimanded for not only doing their job, but being hesitant to alter a police report that they wrote. Major Anderson should lose her job and pension for this. Colonel McKeon should resign. This isn’t Major Anderson’s first time she forced her troopers to break the law either. Remember, all troopers in C-Troop are now required to hand out 60 speeding tickets a month. Also known as a quota, which of course is illegal.
This is a pattern of corruption and lawlessness at this point from Major Anderson. She has no business overseeing the police in Central Massachusetts.
Nowhere in this lazy, stolen story are Major Anderson or Joe Early’s names even mentioned. What a lazy attempt at journalism. How are they not mentioned? Judge Bibaud didn’t call Colonel McKeon – Joe Early did on his behalf. Colonel McKeon didn’t reprimand two troopers for writing statements of fact in a report – Major Anderson did.
What Judge Bibaud did violates Canon 3 of the personal conduct code for judges.
This is the story. This is why we are trusted a billion times more than Fraud 25 News and the rest of the failed mainstream media.
